⸢ ⋆ ⸥ Nope! While we do encourage OC names here, they're not mandatory or necessary. We simply ask that your name makes sense for your character. We also allow partially changed names (ex. So Deokjun/Xiao Dejun or Steven Yoon/Yoon Keeho, Sim Hyunjin/Hwang Hyunjin)

⸢ ⋆ ⸥ Once all debuted spots are filled, yes if you'd like to be an idol then you'll have to first be a trainee. Be sure to check out what's required and how to earn points towards debuting

Note that if an already debuted idol character leaves or is demoted to trainee status, all trainees have a chance to take that spot.

⸢ ⋆ ⸥ Yes! We recognize that life changes and so does our mind both ic and ooc and people make career changes all the time. Be sure to check out the requests room for any requirements before requesting your change.

⸢ ⋆ ⸥ Mainly for trainees but evaluations for idols and actors will happen occasionally as well. All evaluations will be explained in detail when the time comes. More details can be found in the expectations and requirements for the appropriate occupation.

⸢ ⋆ ⸥ We allow recommendations and ideas to be pitched both ic and ooc to the admins, whoever the CEO is the one with the final say on what gets released.

Note that requesting or pitching a song does not automatically make it exclusive to your character. Also, you may lose the chance to release the song if another character requests the same song and is more active or a higher rank.

⸢ ⋆ ⸥ Yep! unless stated otherwise, all songs that have been canonically released are open for credits for members of the roleplay. However, you MUST have at least a 7 talent or skill to claim a credit. It also must make sense for your character to have claimed the credit.

⸢ ⋆ ⸥ Not at all! Stage Names are 100% optional. They can also be anything you'd like in any language. You may also change your stage name at any time or remove/gain one later on.

⸢ ⋆ ⸥ Talents are things you have a natural ability for, while skills are an ability you gain through practice and training. This is why we consider them to be different, because what is a skill for one person, may be a talent for another and vice versa. While you have a limit when initially joining, you can acquire more talents and skills through points later on.

To avoid OP'd characters, you are only allowed 6 talents and skills each, resulting in a total of 12. However, no more than 8 altogether can be above 6/10 and only 5 can be maxed out.

⸢ ⋆ ⸥ For instruments, it's completely up to your character, as someone may be naturally gifted at the guitar and others become good through practice. However, please note that each instrument is considered a separate talent/skill.

For languages, they are all considered a skill if the language is not their native language. Your character can not speak more than 5 languages and no more than 3 can be B2 or higher. All languages will count as one skill.

Note that that the setting of the roleplay is mainly in South Korea, so keep this in mind when listing the languages of your character's and their proficiency.

Language proficiency levels are

A1 (beginner), A2 (basic), B1 (intermediate), B2, (upper intermediate), C1 (advanced), C2 (fluent).

⸢ ⋆ ⸥ In an effort to be all inclusive, all gender identities and representations are allowed both ic and ooc. For logistic purposes, we will count them based on their biological gender (still accounting for and respecting those that are in transition). If you'd like your faceclaim or character to be specifically counted towards a gender, please just let us know.

⸢ ⋆ ⸥ Cosmic Shards is a roleplay specific point system created by the admin team. Please refer to the Cosmic Shards room for more information. At the end of the week, all the rooms in the roleplay are checked and the shards (aka points) are dispersed to the appropriare characters. It also takes the place of our requests room, so in order to request anything, be sure to check the room to see what (if anything) is required.
