@yu jimin.@park jongseong. Minjeong rendezvoused with her two closest confidants as they began on their way. The trio meandered down the bustling boulevard, the shorter blonde's shrill laughter filled the air at her friends' banter. The points of her coffin shaped acrylics raking through her messy tresses, her faded waves reflecting under the iridescent glow of streetlights, as she linked arms with the blonde male after her assault. As they neared the pulsating heart of the club, the resonant thump of the bass intensified. Eventually, navigating through the throngs of revelers, their camaraderie forming an invisible barrier against the surrounding chaos. Before them stretched a serpentine line of eager patrons, a testament to the night's promise of revelry. Standing at the club’s opulent entrance, Minjeong cast a discerning glance over the lengthy queue, her eyes shimmering with a blend of amusement and cunning. She turned to her blonde companion, her eyebrow arching in a silent challenge, as her tinged lips curled at the corners. "Or you do the first two and i'll cover the last?" she quipped, the implication clear in her tone. "How we getting in? Cause these shoes ain't made for lines-"
@park jongseong.@kim minjeong. Jimin's eyes sparkled with amusement as she smiled, Jongseong's witty remark about her tardiness cutting through the moment. She playfully nudged him, enjoying the easy camaraderie that always followed his clever jabs. a transitory fit of laughter ensued, shaking her head as minjeong's claim rang out. Further validating her own lateness even more. Albeit the humor in shorter female's exasperation was too much for her to resist the heavy urge of mirth that threatened to pour from her lips again. "Yeaaah! It was bad okay!" Jimin’s face lit up with genuine delight as the male's words, aware most occasions it went without saying to her, she just couldnt deny hearing it never grew old to her. "Easier said when you don't have so many steps to get readyy. hair, makeup, if your shoes suddenly don't match you have to start over!" She announced playfully. As Jimin heard the last pronouncement of his sentence, her eyes filled with intrigue. She liked the sound of that, a promising start to the night’s festivities, and she eagerly quickened her pace toward his guide to their destination.
@yu jimin.@kim minjeong. "There's my tardy girls" That signature lopsided smile upturned the right side of his mouth, Jimin appeared far more steps ahead of Minjeong, to which led him to adhere her explanation that stemmed a snicker from the male. "Traffic? is that what we're going with tonight?" Nothing less of amusement carried his tone, the underlying slur of each word clinging as if it belonged. " You /always/ look fine, jimmy- Although the third choice was probably the better one if you tried on five- But yeah! you tire yourself out you look finee." A shake of his head ensued while an expression kin to that of if he wanted to laugh but held an mix of a poker facade and that tilt of his lips instead, sure it drove his hollow point. He was easy to release the drink, used to the equity snagging that became a habit, just as the shorter of the trio came in to distance. Her utterance the sole release of his features contorting in the wake of his laughter. "Is it really that hard to plan ahead? i mean god, this is the millionth time we went over this- it's definitely up your , that's for being late " He shied away from the prods of her adorned finger, single hand waving the action away before his rooted stance broke into angled steps in the allotted direction. "How about threee 'cause it wont be on me, someone owes me." His words discerned tour de force, complacent in his side-quest moments in which led to the statement, he spun on his heel in tow of walking backwards to face the pair as he beckoned them on.
@yu jimin.@park jongseong. Clamors and thuds filled the riotous interior of Minjeong's room, she was already late but that was a given considering the sudden workload she had to partake just moments before she announced her conclusion for the day. The influx of yauping was easy to ignore, finding each piece of her ensemble proved more onerous. Eventually arriving after what felt like hours, Minjeong stalked over to the pair, exasperation perceivable as she took a generous drag of her pen before perching on the corner of one of the neighboring buildings. "I don't even wanna hear it, getting dressed was a show! I couldn't find anything- Hey where's ours? Selfish asss" Blithe laughter soften the delivery of her insults, knowing the taller blonde usually kept some form of intoxicant, she wasn't the least bit surprised to find he had started the night's diversions in advance, leaving the two females to catch up. "You owe us both two rounds of shots just for that!" She declared, her manicured finger jabbed into his side.
@park jongseong.@kim minjeong. (Eeiii on mobile so cant really gauge the sizee )
Jimin was known among her friends for her habitual tardiness, and tonight was no exception. The hot winds of the summer night seemed to sting her exposed skin with each step, while the rhythmic echo of her heels against the pavement formed a comforting white noise of familiarity. Jimin braced herself for the inevitable reproach awaiting her upon meeting the tall blonde, already devising ways to appease her friend's frustrations. Whether blaming the elusive straight irons that seemed to sprout legs and disappear or lamenting how none of her carefully chosen dresses quite flattered her as envisioned, she mentally rehearsed her excuses, hoping they would soften the anticipated disappointment. Jimin knew her tendency to run late was a recurring issue. But pinpointing how to remedy it was what always left her puzzled. Turning the corner into their designated meeting spot, she offered Jongseong an apologetic smile, hastily explaining the delays that had plagued the late arrival. “Why does it seem like traffic is anytime we want to go out?? And I swear nothing looked right! I probably tried on five different dresses before deciding on this one.” Placing one hand to her chest, she inhaled deep to catch her breath after listing her onslaught of set backs of the night. Letting her sights linger on Jongseong’s semblance and noticing the drink in his hand. “Ugh I didn’t even have the time to pre-game.” A deep pout followed her words before outreaching to the bottle for more than one sip.
@yu jimin.@kim minjeong. Sedated steps led Jongseong to a corner adorned by a streetlight just a few feet taut of fences, the landmark in which broke off into a curve towards another sidewalk path and then the street leading to their parade of the night. He preferred to park a means away from the destination and strongly advocated for the other two in abiding be it that way it felt safer, a travesty derived from his persecution complex. He would always wait for the two, regardless if every night it took a limb and more for them to meet him on time, at the selfsame meeting ground at that. Jongseong was usually the first to appear before the intersection. And if he bothered prodding them? “I’m on my way, it wont take long” , “im literally done, chill” Was his ever so graceful but awfully disarranged version of ‘thanks for your concern’. Jongseong foreseen as much due to each occurrence, it was nothing short of amusing for the male. A plastic bottle dangled loosely within his hold, clutched at the rim. The labeling sticker long tore off, leaving its sticky residue intact, originally the disposable was occupied with the contents of water before it’d been replaced with it’s limpid opposition. The very poison that keeps his body functioning as he took but a swig. Dark irises scrutinizing the ever familiar surroundings, surely he could hear the evolving figures were a subtle distance away, their characteristic murmurs but a soft shuffle in the bias mid-night air if one didn’t listen close enough, however Jongseong did. “God, finally.” He breathed out.
@kim youngkyun. Though the male was extroverted and enjoyed talking to new people, Chris wasn't really the type to approach anyone at the club first, not that he's never done it, the male just never really preferred to do such things. He would always come along for a good time with his friends and then be their designated driver home to ensure that they would all get home safely. Tonight was different though, the male hadn't enjoyed himself in a while, and wanted nothing more than to let loose. So when he approached the male that he's looking at in the moment, he was a little shocked by his own actions, but that still didn't stop him.
"No one else close enough to be talking to." He lied, there were plenty of people around in the club, but at the moment, his eyes were on the one in front of him. Nodding his head, he got the attention of the bartender before asking for two beers, before taking a seat next to the other, scooting himself just close enough so the other could hear him over the loud music without having to shout. "You sure? I can get you anything you like, I don't mind." He said honestly, but wouldn't argue too much as he liked the simplicity of ordering the same thing.
Once he got settled in, he cleared his throat before looking at the other a smile, dimple popping on his cheek. "I'm Chris, by the way." He introduced himself, his eyes still taking in the other male that was sitting across from him, his elbow leaning lightly on the bar top, with the beer in his hand.
@christopher bang. ~ Present Day ~
Scrambling, he woke up put his business card on the table, and fell over himself trying to get dressed. What the , did I do last night?.. he took some time to remember the events.
~ The Previous Day ~
. This was so outside of Youngkyun's wheelhouse, that he never went out, he got dragged out by some of his friends. This was going to be a night to remember. He decided to look in the mirror and splash water on his face, even though he had just taken a shower, what an idiot. He was never one for living it up at night, the last time he did this, he went home with.. "No, not the time to remember his name now it doesn't matter." Walking outside of his bathroom he got dressed and decided to wear a red collared shirt with a skull on the right pectoral muscle, and some black tight jeans, with a white belt and white Nike Air Force 1's. It was a simple outfit, as he didn't want to attract too much attention, he figured that he would wingman for most of his friends going to this club, or whatever they decided to bring him out to.
Arriving at the club, Youngkyun flashed his ID and got in easily, he had done some photoshoots for the Nightclub so he knew the promoter, so getting in was easy, the promoter was a bit cute also, but nothing that would catch his attention immediately. Youngkyun is a picky dude, he knows what he wants when he wants it, but to be very honest, he wasn't sure what he wanted tonight. He sat at his usual table with three of his friends and while they were getting hammered, so to speak, Kyun decided to go with a more conventional drink, a diet Sprite, with a singular cherry inside. He loved picking the cherry out and eating it, and tying it with his tongue, he had been doing it since he was a kid. Looking around, he noticed a group of nine males go into a booth and cram in together, and they looked, HOT, this was like athlete-level hot, he wondered why athletes would be here, shouldn't they be practicing?
He kept glancing his eye at one particular individual, he seemed to be the life of the party and his energy was drawing Youngkyun into him, as soon as whenever this individual would go and get a drink or move towards another side of the room, Youngkyun would follow. He would stop himself multiple times from talking to him and he decided that maybe he should buy an alcoholic beverage, he was at a club after all. He hadn't taken a sip of the forbidden poison in a while, and maybe it would help him loosen up. As he was walking up to the bar, he heard someone speak to him, then he heard a question, and looking around he noticed it was just him and the mysterious male. IT WAS THE MALE HE somewhat stalking, but not really, just admiring from afar. "Who me? I uh.. yeah sure, whatever you are having." Sweating now, he fixed his shirt a bit and sat down on a bar stool waiting for the stranger's next move.
@kim youngkyun. It wasn't often that Christopher had spent his nights out and drinking, however with the winning streak that his team had experienced he was easily convinced on a night out. The boys often preferred to go to the bar, but with a new celebration came new experiences, and before he knew it, the team had drove to the nightclub in their respective vehicles, knowing full well they'd have to get a ride home, and collect their cars in the morning.
The club was loud with music blaring through the speakers, bass vibrating the floor and the chatter of people. Lights dancing around the room just as the ones on the floor had been doing its self. The boys originally sat at a booth together, the nine of them squeezing in tightly, and a few of them sitting in chairs on the other side, sharing a few drinks together, before they decided to split up and mingle around with the other people.
Chris himself had decided to head to the bar, and order himself a fresh drink, the buzz had already started to hit him and normally he would have decided to stop drinking there, but the energy of his team had easily rubbed off on him and he was itching for another cold beer in his hands. Approaching the bar, he could already feel himself start to feel lighter in each step that he took and his head was beginning to get a little fuzzy. So when his eyes landed on a rather attractive stranger, he couldn't help himself but to approach. "Hey there." He hoped that approaching the male wouldn't cause any hostility, but he wasn't one to shy away, especially when already under the influence. "Can I buy you a drink?" Of course, he had to go for the lamest line he could use.
it wasn't much of a 'surprise' when her friends decided to have a night out with natty signifying that: "it's a last hangout before your big exams, this is a good luck night, to let loose and enjoy, revel in the booze and men and women," her friend sasha wiggled her brows at her. sasha was also a flight attendant, they've both been working the same batch for over two years now and has gotten pretty close to one another over time. natty trusted her much more than the others they call 'friends,' natty would rather call them mere acquaintances.
sasha also knew about natty shortcoming with her ex and the drama, the hell, the turmoil, pain and anguish the thai woman went through when sporting that heart break. it was a challenging time no less. so when sasha talked her into attending the club that saturday night, wanting to throw a little get together party in the open with others to come and go as they please - who was natty to say no? she reveled in the limelight, the night life, the idea of socializing with many people who may come and go. she thrived on being a social butterfly and it showed tonight as she walked into the club, lights dim and neon as the LED's spread throughout the floor, highlighting the woman's features. she glanced around momentarily, something in her gut doesn't sit right, why does she feel like she would run into 'him' tonight of all nights?
it's quite the possibility, since lucas and natty would use the nightclub as a hot spot to get away and dance the night away, drinks on their tongues and bodies hot and sweaty as they fooled around in the vip sections. the pang that aches her chest is present, yet dull. she thinks she's doing better, there's that bit of longing - no one understood her body as much as lucas, no one but her best friend perhaps. but either way, as the woman walked over to greet the others, she's taking the shot drink in one go, head hung back, eyes closed and lips parted as a liquor coated tongue swipes across her silken brims, splattered with essence from the shot and a wave of dizzy giddiness that hit her like a freight train.
"another please?" her eyes are crinkled at the corners, a foxy look she shoots the bartender as her body hunches over the counter, perched back and her body showcased the ty behavior she saves for nights out such as these - where she could let loose like a canon ball and not give a about anyone or anything telling her to behave.
