@✶ ┆ a. seongmin. ᵈᵒʳᵐᵒᵘˢᵉ Jaewook releases Seongmin’s waist and watches as his boyfriend’s hand glides down his arm only to latch their hands together; slender fingers woven.
“Aye aye, cap’in.” Jaewook playfully salutes the latter, following the little mouse down the various halls. His sharp eyes taking in the different signage they pass.
It’s not long before they reach their destination. Jaewook steps inside after Seongmin, taking in the set up with a growing grin. He gently begins to take the lead, tugging the latter behind him carefully.
“It looks so cozy, you set this up all by yourself?” He asks, eyeing the picnic basket as it was the center of attention. “What did you bring?”

@✦ ┆ l. jaewook. ᵇˡᵃᶜᵏ ᵐᵃᵐᵇᵃ His heart thumps in joy as he is kissed, lashes fluttering as he reminds himself to breathe, turning his head to peek at the entrance to the theater. For a moment he debates being a little debaucherous, glancing between his boyfriend and the room for a few seconds before bubbling out a happy sigh and settling back on his heels.
“Okay! It’s just this way.” He slides his hand along the other’s arm, slipping his fingers between the male’s and guiding him through a maze of back halls before creaking open a door labeled “Test Room”. Seongmin gestures to the private viewing room with a proud grin. The room was smaller than a normal theater, walls draped in the similar red curtains and fancy lights, but instead of the usual theater chairs, a cozy couch was set in the center, two similar ones framing it. He had set up the area with blankets and pillows, his little picnic basket standing tall on the coffee table in the center. “Tada~”

@✶ ┆ a. seongmin. ᵈᵒʳᵐᵒᵘˢᵉ “I’m relieved you weren’t waiting long.” He hums with a soft, thankful sigh. Jaewook instantly allows a grin to form as Seongmin spins to show off his pajama set. A coo leaves the taller man’s lips, admiring his boyfriend’s cute antics.
“I love your pjs, very you, I think.” A chuckle follows in suit of his comment. He places the hand that was previously on Seong’s head around his slender waist. Eyes briefly closing at the gentle kiss planted on his cheek.
“You’re such a sweetheart, Seongmin.” Jaewook coos, turning his head to meet the latter’s gaze. However, his orbs drop to the mouse’s lips, their noses grazing vaguely before he leans in to steal a soft peck. “Let’s go get the movie set up and get cozy, alright?”

@✦ ┆ l. jaewook. ᵇˡᵃᶜᵏ ᵐᵃᵐᵇᵃ “Uh huh, only a couple minutes.” He looks at the others outfit, giggling softly as it’s the first time he’s really seen the male outside of his normal day to day outfits. Closing his eyes as his head was pat, the mouse does a little twirl to show off his gingerbread man patterned pajama set, proud of the holiday find he had snagged before the storm hit. “What do you think? I think it’s perfect for a holiday movie. The Polar Express would be nice.. but I don’t really mind what we watch, so long as it’s with you.” He tips onto his toes and presses a gentle kiss against the other’s cheek.

@✶ ┆ a. seongmin. ᵈᵒʳᵐᵒᵘˢᵉ The smile that forms upon Seongmin’s features is enough to spark a bright one from Jaewook. Seeing his boyfriend smile so fondly was intoxicating. The happy movements included.
“Hey there, hopefully you didn’t want too long.” He coos, arms reaching out slightly when Seongmin stumbles over his own feet. A soft breath of relief pouring from his lips when the latter manages not to fall. “I’m more than happy to be here, especially with you. It seems like it’s gonna be a nice and quiet space for us. Did you still wanna watch polar express? Or did you have a different film in mind?” He asks, lifting a hand to gingerly the top of the mouse’s head.

@✦ ┆ l. jaewook. ᵇˡᵃᶜᵏ ᵐᵃᵐᵇᵃ The mouse had started to hum the song he had been recording before the storm, the dance playing in his head as he leans against the wall. The sound of someone approaching has him standing up straight, eyes wide until he spots Jaewook. A broad smile grows on his features, the male happily moving towards his boyfriend.
"Wook hyungie! Hi~" He almost trips over his feet, stumbling slightly with a soft giggle and reaching towards the other. "I'm glad you made it!"

@✶ ┆ a. seongmin. ᵈᵒʳᵐᵒᵘˢᵉ Jaewook doesn’t waste time. He’s changed and out the door of the basement within five minutes. His long legs bring him down the halls of the resort, sharp eyes surveying each room to see if he could find his boyfriend. Eventually, he does see familiar figure from just a short distance ways
“Seong!” He cheers, jogging toward his boyfriend. “I’m happy to see you.” A contagious smile forms.

@✦ ┆ l. jaewook. ᵇˡᵃᶜᵏ ᵐᵃᵐᵇᵃ Seongmin makes it to the theater rather quickly, using the hallways he had found while snooping around the place. He was quick to settle the blanket he had brought inside, also placing a small basket down on the main table in the area. He then goes and waits outside the theater, knowing the alpha would have no clue where he was at, as he had found the spot on a whim.

@✦ ┆ l. jaewook. ᵇˡᵃᶜᵏ ᵐᵃᵐᵇᵃ He is admittedly dazzled by the other’s beautiful smile, a warm feeling of giddy nerves reaching his normally calm stomach. Butterflies flutter around in there the moment he hears Jaewook’s chuckle, his face turning slightly pink as he starts to realize he really did have a crush on this man. The mouse blinks a few times and shakes his head adamantly. “Even though other actors wear similar things, you own the look. It’s like it was made for you and your proportions perfectly.” The shorter male steps closer and hooks his arm around the other’s.
“I think it’s best to watch The Polar Express. The other movie is quite touching and should probably be saved for a time when we plan on watching the film.” He rests his other hand against the male’s arm as well, beaming up at him. “If that’s okay?”

@✶ ┆ a. seongmin. ᵈᵒʳᵐᵒᵘˢᵉ Jaewook’s smile forms almost instantly when Seongmin greets him so happily. The confession of having Jaewook all to himself bringing warmth to his chest. “I feel the same, I’m happy it can just be the two of us.” He agrees without a moment is hesitation.
“Oh?” Jaewook a moment to glance down at his coat, almost as if he forgot what he was wearing. “Thank you, I think it’s really the height that helps and a lot of actors wear similar coats.” He chuckles, the soft laughter only making Jaewook smile more.
“Hm, I haven’t seen the first one, but The Polar Express, I have. I feel that my attention will be on you no matter which movie. So you should pick the one you’re fine with me interrupting to speak with you.”

@✦ ┆ l. jaewook. ᵇˡᵃᶜᵏ ᵐᵃᵐᵇᵃ Seongmin turns at the sound of his nickname, his eyes lighting up even further as he spots the snake. "Hi Hyung! We got to see each other briefly but it's so good to have you all to myself." His hands slowly raise up, clutching them together in excitement.
"Wah.. you really look like an actor in a long coat like that.. so dashing." He nods his head to further back up his thought, tapping his cheek with a soft giggle. "I am glad you asked. I couldn't choose between Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium, and The Polar Express."

@✶ ┆ a. seongmin. ᵈᵒʳᵐᵒᵘˢᵉ Jaewook doesn’t waste a moment getting ready. Bundling up as was recommended by the little mouse. A few added coats later, he’s out the door and swiftly making his way toward the theater.
“Little mouse~!” He whispers, noting the latter observing the different options of movies. Jaewook’s long legs carry him toward Seongmin, reaching him within a few seconds. “Found which one you’d like to go in?”

@✦ ┆ l. jaewook. ᵇˡᵃᶜᵏ ᵐᵃᵐᵇᵃ Seongmin happily waddles into the theater, very happy to not have had to go too far in order to reach the theater. He had realized after the message sent that there wasn't much need for a puffy coat and yet he still wore one anyway, in case they ended up going for a walk or something. He peeks around, eyes bright as he moves to look up at the movie options.

-I glance at my phone when receiving the text, nodding despite you not seeing me. I simply heart your message and head out. It doesn’t take me very long to reach the lake with how long my normal walking stride was. I spot you lounging on the blanket you have set up, a bright smile forming as I make my way over-
Oh my, if it isn’t the most beautiful pup around. Mind if I join you?
-I ask enthusiastically, already setting down the basket near yours and placing myself beside you. I lean in and kiss your cheek-
It’s really pretty right now, not to mention; we are kind of hidden from everything and everyone. Perfect make out spot.

/smooches you once more before heading back to my cabin to get everything ready, a basket with blankets for us to sit on and cover with in case it gets cold. i prepare kimchi, chili cucumber and potato salad. the pancakes take me the longest, the batter made with bananas and cinnamon and i make them all fluffy, yummy even without nutella.
/once everything is ready, i text you and head towards the lake to find us a good spot, laying down the blanket and kicking off my shoes to get on the blanket and sit down cross-legged, waiting for you.

I crouch by the lake, watching the gentle waves ripple across the surface, each one distorting the reflection of stars scattered above. Slowly, I dip my hand into the cool water, feeling a shiver roll through me, yet I keep it there, swirling my fingers to trace tiny patterns in the dark surface. The moon's glow mingles with the starlight, casting a soft shimmer that dances along the ripples. Around me, the sounds of chirping insects fill the night, and a chilly breeze slips across the water, brushing against my cheeks and ruffling my hair. Everything feels calm and alive—a perfect moment. Almost perfect.

The breeze was gentle, and the sound of the water lapping at the shore filled the peaceful silence. He looked up at Hoseok with a soft smile, his eyes bright with quiet contentment.

"I'm glad you agreed to come out here," he said, turning the shell over in his hand. "It’s nice to just slow down a little, don’t you think?"

@❀┆ h. intak。ʸᵘᵏᵒⁿ ʷᵒˡᶠ He hadn’t realized how lost he had been in thought he was until he lifted up. A startled noise escaping him as he clung to you gently. He settled quietly without much words. He hums and nods silently agreeing.
They’ll be back soon. So it’ll be alright.
He leaned on you a bit, his eyes closing for a small moment.

@• ✿┆ k. sunwoo。ᵛᵃˡᵃᶦˢ ᵇˡᵃᶜᵏⁿᵉᶜᵏ he was busy setting up the seating area as you tell about your concerns and worries, nodding and quietly responding with hums, his eyebrows knitting together a few times before he moves a little closer as you clearly are upset thinking about it. his hand rises and he gently grasps your chin, brushing his thumb over your bottle lip to console you.
Don’t apologize. I absolutely understand why you feel the way you do.
he leans in and pecks your lips before sweeping you off your feet and carrying you to the blanketed area, settling you down on another towel on top of the blanket.
you’re gonna miss them, and it’s a total bummer.

It was.
I just— woke up with a lot of stress this morning, but barely got sleep because of it. And then… as dumb as it sounds JuJae duo had to tell me that they’re gonna be gone for a bit…
Spending their cycles together so I should be happy for them I guess. I got mind to deal with for a few days while they’re gone so I won’t be worried about it then but ..
the stress got worse in the evening with work things so that on top of them leaving is just .. upsetting
He sighs.. spewing his thoughts out without even realizing it. And moving closer back towards you as he finishes speaking seeking your warmth again. Clearing his throat he looked at you to apologize.

the walk back to their little setup didn’t take long, even with his careful little steps to not impale his foot on a stick or a sharp rock. he bends down and grabs a towel, wrapping it snugly around you first before grabbing his own.
That was honestly nice.
