@minseok k。ᵈᵘˢᵗ²ᵈᵘˢᵗ The phoenix's answer had Chanyeol falling silent for a few seconds, and he was fairly certain that Minseok would be able to hear his heartbeat with how loud it was thumping in his chest. Chanyeol should've been taking his time. He should've been finding out each and every detail, no matter how small, about Minseok before letting his emotions run wild because of his failed previous relationship, and yet, he wasn't even making an attempt to stop how he was feeling. "Me-? You mentioned your past lovers and friends, but...you're wanting to stay connected with /me/ out of everyone?" He asked quietly, still stunned that the other male actually wanted Chanyeol to come and find him so they didn't have to be apart. "Because...if that's what you're saying, of course, /of course/, I'd come to look for you. Makes me even more glad that I'm a cop and an excellent tracker."

"I promise that I don't feel a thing. Well, okay, that's sort of a lie. Sometimes - and /only/ sometimes - does it get to be a bit uncomfortable. That's only during the transition of wolf to human, though. And, as I said, it's not a common occurrence." Chanyeol explained before he nudged Minseok's hand to get him to follow and then turned away, walking towards his room since they had planned on cuddling on the bed, after all. "I'm positive I wouldn't survive without going into the woods every once in a while; I'd go crazy. It's a shame that you can't enjoy winter like everyone else, though. Snowball fights are exhilarating and ice skating provides a fun way to exercise, and then there is so, so much more..." He trailed off as he hopped up onto the mattress to make himself comfortable. "Maybe one day, we'll find out how you can experience snow and the chilly days without diminishing your flames."

@chanyeol p。ʳᵉᵃˡ-ᵖᶜʸ It made sense in a convoluted roundabout way though he understood completely what Chanyeol was getting at. However it was that reality that made it so hard for him to accept the curse of his rebirth and the eternity of his immortal life. "It's too painful to think of everything I must have forgotten. The friends and loves of my past... I don't want to forget the people I meet, the people I grow to care about. I might not remember it afterwards but there are just some things I don't want to forget... Some people..." The flaming amber orbs shifted uncomfortably afraid that voicing his thoughts would bring the worst to life and Min would rather spend his days blissfully ignorant of the fate that would come for however long he was blessed to live this life rather than dreading the inevitable end of another cycle. "Just I... I might not remember but I'd like to hope that when the time comes I'd be able to find you again, that you would look for me..."

The rampant thumps slamming against the floor made the phoenix grin at how happy Chanyeol was in this form, the beautiful wolf truly like a giant puppy in his eyes though there was something fierce burning behind that husky appearance that left a reminder of the predator he truly was. "That's good to know because it sounded like literal agony." Then again it was hard to gage as the phoenix's own transformation wasn't nearly as raw, the transition taking place in a splendor of flames that felt more instantaneous than anything else. Listening to the wolf talk about his past was a first for Minseok, the twitch of his fingers tugging on the gentle bristles the only sign that he didn't find the admittance as casual as Chanyeol made it seem; It would certainly explain why the elder wolf often acted more like a doting mother than an older sister. "It must be hard to stay out of the forest though. I'll admit I tend to spend most of my free time in the sky when I can, another reason why I've come to hate winter. Rainy days come and go but winter lasts for months..."

@minseok k。ᵈᵘˢᵗ²ᵈᵘˢᵗ "Well, I can't say that I'm a death expert, so I'm just going to trust your words on this. I suppose if you end up putting it like you're not going to be able to relive that life ever again, I guess it doesn't matter too much, now, does it? Because that's different than an immortal who may or may not remember their past, but at least it would still be connected to the life they're living now...if that makes any sense." Chanyeol then paused, tilting his head to the side once Minseok cut himself off. "Eh? Just like what, Min? What were you going to say there?" The werewolf asked with an encouraging gaze. Would the phoenix look for him if something were to happen? God, he didn't want to think about that because his heart would yearn for the other male too much, but...surely, they were close enough for that to be considered. Right...?

Chanyeol's wolf took charge while in this animal form, but that didn't mean that human Chanyeol couldn't speak or voice his opinions, too. Even still, the wolf acted more animalistic considering the circumstances, and, therefore, was thoroughly enjoying the pets he was getting from Minseok, his joy showing through his enormous tail thumping on the wooden floor. "Thank you. No, it doesn't hurt. I don't think any of us would want to become human if that was the case." He replied and then closed his eyes once the other male indulged in his warmth. "That's a good benefit to have when sometimes you have to go out and survive in the woods. My pack lived out in the woods, but after everyone was slaughtered, my sister and I became more modernized in fear of that hunting group finding us as well..."

@chanyeol p。ʳᵉᵃˡ-ᵖᶜʸ "Sadly I don't think it's that easy. Asking a grim reaper to break the rules of death just so I can steal a few glimpses of a past I'll never get back.. Sounds like it would have too many consequences in the long run and I don't want Bobae to believe I'm using him just to have my memories back, especially if we're as connected as it seems. He said we even met a few times in the mortal realm but... My memories still always fade. But that doesn't mean I wouldn't find him again. Just like--" Minseok stopped short of the words that nearly slipped off his tongue. The phoenix was all too aware that unlike himself Chanyeol's extended lifetime didn't have an expiration date as his own did, wondering if the man would still be in his life during his next reincarnation. Such questions were trifles in the reality that the pair weren't in such a relationship to concern themselves with such things, and he couldn't fault the elder at all for his hesitation in pursuit after the loss he suffered.

The audible crunch of bone and flesh morphing made the man flinch, the transition sounding more painful than his own shift but he didn't dare look until the familiar rich tenor of Yeol's voice echoed in his head. With a glance the feline orbs rounded in shock, taking in the glorious snowy fur running his fingers delicately over the bristles admiring how soft it was. "I-- Chanyeol you're beautiful... It's it.. Painful when you shift? You're not hurt are you?" It was difficult to hide his concern after the noises he'd just heard but the oversized wolf was simply too magnificent to ignore, leaning down the phoenix nuzzled his face into the wolf's neck. "You're so warm... And you're fur is silky like strung cotton."

@minseok k。ᵈᵘˢᵗ²ᵈᵘˢᵗ "Ah yes, that's a different story for you. I don't know if I could bear to leave and forget all of my friends and memories every single time I died or something. Maybe you could ask him to show you a glimpse of some of your past? I don't see why that would be any trouble. Not like you would be able to change anything that happened already, but..." He shrugged his shoulders as he trailed off. "Yes, exactly, the past is the past. What happened was horrible and I wish I didn't have to go through it, but that's where you learn from your mistakes. I /definitely/ learned from my mistakes, which I why I'm not rushing into anything, even though I really do like you." As soon as he finished speaking, his clothes dropped to the floor and he allowed himself to channel into his inner wolf, bones and joints audibly snapping and transforming as the shift took place. Soon enough, a large, pure white wolf replaced the lanky male. Chanyeol shook out his fur before turning around so he could walk over and nudge Minseok's leg with his muzzle. Since Minseok was part-animal like he was, Chanyeol was able to communicate through a special internal bond. 'Well...what do you think?'

@chanyeol p。ʳᵉᵃˡ-ᵖᶜʸ The elder knew there was nothing more she could say to console the poor pup when he was lost in an abyss of his own misery, questioning every choice he ever made, every decision that lead to this point. The only thing keeping her together was knowing she had to be strong for Chanyeol lest he see just how deeply his pain affected her. “There’s no telling whether or not you’ll end up getting hurt again, but I’ll be there to catch you when you fall. That fear may never go away. Breaking a mating bond is difficult enough as it is but the longer the mates are connected the harder it is to sever. You know as well as I that there are plenty wolves out there who die in grief over their mate, it’s not easy to outlive someone you literally share your life with. But you’re strong, Chanyeol, you’re so much stronger than you give yourself credit for. You have so much love and warmth in your heart, you can’t ever lose that. But I think someday you’ll be willing to try, you’ll find someone who makes you want to try. Maybe you can’t track them down like prey but you’ll know when the time comes. We all half our other half locked away in someone else, your wolf will call to them whether you’re ready for it or not but ultimately it’s your choice to accept them into your life. Don’t ever forget that. If you’re not ready, you don’t have to give in to what your wolf wants. When the time is right you’ll know what to do and any mate who is truly worthy of your precious heart Yeol would be willing to wait for you. I don’t have a single doubt about that. You’ll find your happiness someday.” Placing a brief, affectionate peck atop his head Yoora continued calmly brushing back the wild blond tufts as she began to sing an ancient lullaby once belonging to their mother, gently lulling the wolf into some much needed rest in preparation for the internal battle long ahead.

@yoora p。ʸʸᵒᵒʳʳᵃ "I've tried so hard to be careful with my heart, Yoora. I thought I got it right this time, and so did my wolf, but I guess we were both wrong. All that happened was that we ended up hurt and broken. How am I ever going to want to give my heart away when I have that fear of it being given back to me? I don't know if I can handle rejection again. It's too painful..." The younger whispered. Right now, it seemed too scary to fall in love a second time because he didn't know what would come out of that. In his mind, the possibility of the same thing happening was enough to weigh him down and force him to cower away from the dreaded 'L-word'. "Yes...you taught me how to track, but this is different, Yoora. My mate isn't just some prey that I can hone in on and jump at the first chance I get. That wouldn't solve anything. Not to mention, they'd probably think I was some sort of psychopath for doing such a thing." Hearing that his sister was going to keep him comfort, even if it was just for the rest of the night, made him relax a little. It was almost like he was a small pup again and he needed Yoora to 'fight' off all of the monsters that were going to get him. Except now, it felt like /he/ was the monster and he needed saving from himself. "Thank you, sis. I don't know if I'll ever get one hundred percent better...but you being so supportive and caring means the world to me."

"It's probably the survival instinct of the wolf in me. Keeps me alive. I know I'd have perished long ago if not for that. Glad you think it's attractive, though!"
"I'm sure! Lemme see what you've got." Chanyeol encouraged the other, then shoveled some of the food into his mouth. Once he heard the word 'songs', his eyes widened. "You wrote songs? That's awesome!" A smile formed on his lips after he finished chewing. "I'd love to read them over!"

@chanyeol p。ʳᵉᵃˡ-ᵖᶜʸ "That's probably because it's hypothetical." He laughed. "I hope I'm never in that situation."
"It is important. It's also quite an attractive quality. Or at least I think so.."
"Are you sure? Cause I don't mind waiting." When asked what he needed help with, he carefully moved the pages closer to the werewolf. "I'd like your opinion on these songs I wrote.. And any ideas for how to make them better."

@chanyeol p。ʳᵉᵃˡ-ᵖᶜʸ "Chanyeol you can't think that way... Maybe it happens more often than we hear.. I doubt you're the first and I know you won't be the last but if you get stuck dwelling on the pain you won't be able to open yourself to the possibilities of the future.. Just be more careful with your heart. You'll see everyone is in need of healing, just some need it more than others. And when you find the person that does you won't ever want to let them go." Yoora could sense that what the pup's doubts were only a glimmer of the pain he was truly feeling. He lost a part of himself, a part he would never be able to get back even if his wolf returned. She could only hope that Chanyeol would find a way to overcome his personal demons and find the light in the darkness waiting for him. "Then you just have to be willing to wait and understand that that person will come along soon enough. It could be tomorrow, a minty from now, decades, but you'll find them. I have absolutely no doubt about that. You learned everything about tracking from me right? You'll find them in no time." Her voice continued its soft reprise hoping the small joke would spark that glimpse of hope within her brother and she could search the earth's for whoever and wherever his true mate had been all along though knowing the answer only lie within the wolf himself. "I'll stay here until you fall asleep... And tomorrow will be the first day to a start of something new. Every day things will get a little better and someday I know that goofy smile of yours will be back in your face."

@baekhyun b。ʰʸᵘⁿⁿᶦᵉ⁰⁴ "You're being very positive about me hypothetically arresting you." Chanyeol chuckled while opening up one of the kitchen drawers to find proper utensils for his meal. "Great! Thank you. I can't live off of instant meals and my friends' cooking for the rest of my life, as much as I would love to do that. Being able to provide for myself is important, obviously."
"Ah, I don't mind helping you out while I'm eating." He said reassuringly as he sat down across from the vampire. "What /do/ you need help with, though?"

@chanyeol p。ʳᵉᵃˡ-ᵖᶜʸ "No, of course not." He answered with a smile. "You're my friend. Even if you were coming to arrest me, I'd still see my friend."
"Alright, alright. I won't suggest she uses your photo." The new vampire agreed. "I'll teach you a little then. As best I can! But first, enjoy this. It's all for you. I have my blood bags." Baekhyun sat at the table before pulling a couple of pages out of his backpack. "When you're finished, will you help me with this?"

@chanyeol p。ʳᵉᵃˡ-ᵖᶜʸ "Let the past stay in the past... That's an interesting way of thinking. It's a great way of going about it honestly but for someone like me it's like a double edged sword. Sometimes I wish I could remember, my trove is filled with stuff that has to be millenia old and I can't really remember any of it. Every time I'm reincarnated Bobae has been making a point of erasing my memories..." Minseok didn't catch the way Chanyeol's cheek began to darken at first, not until the stuttered rambling came next causing the phoenix to giggle under his breath as a warmth spread within his chest. Yeol may have been bold and playful when he wanted but underneath he was still just a shy pup yearning for affection just like any other. Settling onto the couch he turned his back to the elder, patiently waiting (at least as patient as he could) for the elder to shift while resisting the temptation to glance over his shoulder and steal a peak or two... Or three. "I know things were bad but I didn't realize just how bad it was... But like you said the past is the past right? That means there's always a brighter future to look forward to." It hadn't occurred to him at first just how serious this whole fiasco had been for Chanyeol, what the man must have been going through all this time having only later realized that the wolf had lost himself along with his mate. The though made Min want to curl in on himself but he wanted to be there for Chanyeol in his darkest hours, to be that beacon of light to help lead him out of the dark until the wolf could once again see on his own.

@yoora p。ʸʸᵒᵒʳʳᵃ "But...but it happens! Like in your story! That girl lost her mate, too, and so did I...I'm sure it happens more often than you think, even with a mate dying or falling in love with someone else." He said sadly. "The heartbreak- it's unreal. I hope I never have to experience this pain ever again, Yoora. I hope /no one/ has to experience this kind of pain." It was too hard to describe, but after his wolf left, it was like half of him just disappeared without a trace. His wolf was struggling with the loss of his mate and the sadness that came with thinking that he'd chosen wrong. All of this time, both Chanyeol and his wolf had thought that they had found their soulmate, but sometimes the fates like to mess around and make life utter hell. At least now, they'd be able to begin to heal. "But my wolf /did/ make a mistake. He made the wrong choice and is upset with himself over it. I think the only thing that will make him truly happy and whole again is finding the right one. Finding the right person that we need to spend the rest of our life with. Until then, even if he does come back, it might still take some time for him to recover fully."

@minseok k。ᵈᵘˢᵗ²ᵈᵘˢᵗ "It really is. It just...yeah. There isn't a word to properly describe both the feelings and emotions that come from saving a life like I said. Mhm, true. Sometimes it's hard to pick yourself up and keep going, but you have to remember that the 'arrow of life' is always moving in a forward motion, so let the past be the past." The werewolf said with a nod of confidence. Though he couldn't help but blush brightly from how Minseok chose to word his next statement, and Chanyeol quickly blubbered out a response. "I-I...oh my God, that's not- ah...that sounds strange, I- um...oh my." His hands came up to pat his red cheeks, trying to will the embarrassing hue away. "That works for me! Eh, why wouldn't you be surprised? Do I look like a guy who would always want to be early? Or is it because I love my job so much? I mean, I love my sleep, too, but unfortunately, the grind never stops, y'know?" Chanyeol watched the shorter approach him, lips pursed into a thin line. "I'm aware. I don't have too much energy to do things for the time being. going back to work has helped, but- I haven't stepped foot in the gym in weeks. The regulars all probably think I died. Mhm, my appetite has been pretty nonexistent. Usually, I'm a pretty good eater, but again, these past few weeks kind of killed that." As soon as the sandwich was in view, the wolf's mouth began to water. How it smelled and how it looked had his mind going crazy. "Oh, wow. I...might eat that sooner than later. But first-! Yes, I would absolutely love some pets. Do you mind turning around while /I/ get so I can shift?"

@chanyeol p。ʳᵉᵃˡ-ᵖᶜʸ Despite the major size difference between them now after the centuries that have passed, the giant in her arms was nothing more than a wounded pup in need of healing. The largest part of that struggle was knowing it wouldn’t be easy, that the pain would continue to linger and fester before a change occurred in Chanyeol’s life that would renew the light he’d lost. “I know it seems like all hope is lost right now but things will brighten up. I don’t know why you of all people had to go through this, no wolf should have to bare the loss of a mate…” Brushing aside the blonde tufts in comfort Yoora released a deep breath leaning against the couch deep in thought. “I don’t think it was a mistake. What you and Lu had was as genuine as they come, I could tell from the way you always gushed about him, but the fact remains that even as wolves we’re still human and capable of change. People grow apart and sometimes the person we thought was the one for us may not have been. Lu will always play a part in your life and shaping your future and I believe your wolf chose him for a reason. Whatever that reason may be you can learn and understand so that when your true mate comes along you won’t live with doubts and regrets. I can’t say when it will happen but the first step is within. Everything else will come naturally in due time and your wolf will return, that I have no doubt.”

@baekhyun b。ʰʸᵘⁿⁿᶦᵉ⁰⁴ “You wouldn’t be scared of me if you committed a crime and knew I was coming to arrest you? Interesting. I mean, I’m not trying to make people scared of me outside of work...I’m a pretty chill cop, actually.” He said. “What?! But I don’t want my photo circulating. She can choose another.” The werewolf then shrugged his shoulders. “Anything is better than nothing, Baekhyun. Even if it was just simple dishes.” Once the contained was opened, the delicious aroma of the food wafted into his nostrils. He hoped he wasn’t drooling. Unconsciously, he brought a hand up and wiped at his mouth. “Smells wonderful! I’m sure the taste will be great, too!”

@chanyeol p。ʳᵉᵃˡ-ᵖᶜʸ "I've never been scared of you. Honestly, I didn't know you were going for the scary cop image." Shaking his head he said "No~ She should use the one of you to advertise. It will show off her skill even more."
"Me teach? Ah- I'm not sure I'm good enough to do that yet.. But I guess I can try.. If you'd like?" He offered, feeling a bit unsure about his skills. As he opened the container he smiled and said "I made bulgogi and rice."

@yoora p。ʸʸᵒᵒʳʳᵃ Chanyeol leaned his large body against his sister's, clinging onto her while she began to tell her story. With each word, he felt his heart hurting more and more because of the pain that the poor girl was going through, especially because it hit home and parts of it resembled his current situation. Halfway through the story, Chanyeol's eyelids fluttered shut, but the male didn't, of course, doze off since he was invested in Yoora's words. He stayed silent during the entire thing, not interrupting his sister once. When she began to wrap up, his eyes again opened and he exhaled slowly as he took in the ending. How could he love himself after everything that he'd been through? Chanyeol was always one who placed the blame on himself, and this situation wasn't any different. In his mind, /he/ was responsible for the downfall of his relationship, even though that wasn't true. Two parties were involved, and, therefore, two parties were the reason it didn't work out. After a few moments of silence, Chanyeol spoke up. "It's really scary, Yoora. Why did this have to happen to me? I know...I know things are going to get better eventually, but...God, right now, my life looks so grim."

@hyunggu k。ᵒⁿ²ᵘ "Oh, aren't you smooth?" The werewolf asked, his tone full of mirth and amusement. "I'll call you whatever pops up first in my mind, deal? But I agree; I think that alcohol would help tremendously. I don't plan on getting drunk...because, well, I've only done that once and I do /not/ want to experience that again...but tipsy is definitely still on the list." Chanyeol then raised his brows. "You brought your own, eh? Nice!" He commented as he watched the tanuki pull out a wine bottle out of the sack that was hanging off of the front of his pants. So, the other male really wasn't lying; his jeans had been holding up a bag which seemed to be too heavy for such a place, yet it didn't seem like Kino was struggling with it at all. "Wow, seems like a generous gift since alcohol isn't very cheap these days. I know it wasn't as expensive back then, but still..." The werewolf moved to the kitchen cupboard above the stove before grabbing and setting down two wine glasses on the marbletop counter. "There aren't too many interesting facts about me if I'm going to be honest." He hummed. "When I was younger, I don't know my exact age, but my entire pack was murdered by werewolf hunters. Well, except for me and my sister, that is. My mother managed to hide me in a bush while the bloody battle was going on. All of the wolves were well-trained, but since we were ambushed out of nowhere and their numbers just were too high, my pack was too overwhelmed. How my sister survived...you'll have to ask Yoora directly about that. But I was fortunate to have her to raise me afterward." After taking a deep breath, he continued on. "Fast forward, though, I fell in love with helping people and enforcing laws, so...I became a cop! And I've been one ever since. Then, towards the end of last year, I moved here because I wanted to be independent and live on my own. I think I made a great choice, but now I'm happy that my sister is in town with me. And, yeah! That's basically my background, heh. How about you?"

@baekhyun b。ʰʸᵘⁿⁿᶦᵉ⁰⁴ "I hope to God not. I don't need my face plastered all over the place, especially because I'm a cop! Who would be scared of me then? If she wants to advertise, then she should take photos of herself and use those. Her photos are way better than mine, anyway." He pointed out. "Ah, you just recently learned? Maybe you can teach me some basic things then." Chanyeol watched as the vampire pulled out a container from his backpack with curious eyes. "Uh...what did you make?"

@chanyeol p。ʳᵉᵃˡ-ᵖᶜʸ "Do you think she'll make one? Cause I'm pretty sure people in town would love to see. And it would be great advertisement for Ari's talent."
"I can't really say much.. I didn't know how to cook until a few months ago." He said, moving over to the table with his backpack and taking out a medium sized container. "Remember that when you're eating this. Don't worry, I didn't add blood to this."

@baekhyun b。ʰʸᵘⁿⁿᶦᵉ⁰⁴ “Oh, yeah. She definitely did.” He snorted, shaking his head at the memory. “Probably enough to make a photo album, to be honest. But yeah- she did! Ari’s great at makeup. I think I’d be fine with just a light application...not...well, this.” Chanyeol said as he motioned towards his face. “Of course. That didn’t have an effect on my decision, however. I can’t cook and I don’t want to leave the house, so...”

@chanyeol p。ʳᵉᵃˡ-ᵖᶜʸ "Did Ari take any pictures?" He asked, putting the makeup remover on the counter. "She really did a good job." When he finished putting the blood bags in the fridge he turned to the other and shook his head. "That's not good for you

@chanyeol p。ʳᵉᵃˡ-ᵖᶜʸ Listening to the taller describe his usual endeavors, it was easy enough to sense the warmth and kindness Chanyeol possessed. It had been clear enough with how inviting he was the day he arrived at Magnolia Springs, the good-natured rebuttals he shared with his peers even when he had a tendency to be the of the joke more often than not. Knowing such a position that gave him the opportunity to do something forward and helpful – preventative if you will – for the care of others was truly no small feat yet he couldn’t imagine Chanyeol doing anything else. “I’m sure their gratitude is just as immeasurable. Mistakes are inevitable but it’s how you make up for them that count.” With a bright smile spread around bubbles of laughter Minseok merely shrugged at the insinuation before sauntering towards the table to grab his own drink and testing to make sure the clothing would indeed manage to stay on for the time being. “You have my word that next time I take my pants off you’ll be the first to know. Mmm I’ll look through my schedule for the month and let you know what mornings I’ll be on duty so there won’t be any mixups. Tsk why am I not surprised that you’re that one guy who always tries to be the early bird? I’ll admit I procrastinate to stay in bed until it’s absolutely necessary to get up. And even then it’s a struggle.” The grin quickly dwindled into concern as Min took tentative steps up to the giant with a small sigh. “But Yeol… You do know you can’t stay cooped up in here forever right? Is that why you look thinner than before? You haven’t been eating?” Quickly rummaging through the bag the phoenix held out a decadent roast beef sandwich wedged between two thick cut pieces of freshly baked rye. “Even if you don’t eat it now try to eat something tonight okay? Now that I’m not soaking wet, I do believe I still owe you some pets no? I think relaxing will help take your mind off things right now.”

@minseok k。ᵈᵘˢᵗ²ᵈᵘˢᵗ "Oof, yeah. I can't imagine burning through one of my favorite shirts, or Hell- my uniform! That would be an utter nightmare." his voice trailed off and kino brought out a tiny sack that was tied to the belt loop of his jeans. without warning, he plunged his entire arm up to his shoulder into the bag. he rummaged around before his eyes light up and he produced a dusty wine bottle along with an opener.
"i've been saving this wine for a special occasion. i had an old friend gift me this over a hundred years ago."
the tanuki set to uncorking the bottle, his face screwed with determination.
"so tell me about yourself, chanyeol. i suppose we should at least get to know each other somewhat before we get intimate."
he jokingly wiggled his eyebrows.
