@[ACES] Kim Sunggyu What was she to do now? She was here for him. Just for him. She didn't know why it was that way either. "I..I'll go then." She blinked and walked back into the house, not really knowing what to do. If she bumped into Jaeyeon, she found her. If she didn't, she wasn't going to look for her.

Sunggyu finally showed a genuine smile. He glanced around, seeing that the younger girl was no longer around. "Go find Jaeyeon." He told her as he released her from his grip. "I don't want you to feel as though you are here just for me." As much as he wanted her to be with him, he knew keeping her away from others wasn't the best of ideas. He wasn't enough to melt her icy personality and Jaeyeon was a good starter to break the tip of her cold exterior.

@[ACES] Kim Sunggyu New slate.. new slate. She had to keep reminding herself that the past never occurred but it was so difficult. He never stayed for her when she needed him most. And now? "Only this once. No more." She finally answered with her lips tightly pursed. She could feel each of his fingers putting in and effort to hold her as if she was going to slip away any moment.

Jaeyeon watched as Sunggyu and Eunjung moved away to a more invisible spot from the place they were in before. Sh craned her neck higher to see if she could even the least bit see what was going on. Giving up, Jaeyeon lowered down and pouts before going back inside to interact with the other guests in the party.

@[T] Ham Eunjung Eunjung had pulled her wrist away, sensing it, Sunggyu gripped onto her arm and pulled her away from the eyes of the others just a pillar away from the backyard. He didn't needed the managers to see them hanging out in dark corners like this.

"You came because I asked. And now I'm asking you again, to stay." Sunggyu somehow felt those words coming out from his mouth like he had said it before. "Stay with me." He said almost in a whisper. "Please."

"If.. if I stayed.. I don't have a reason to stay, sunbaenim. " she told him with her gaze straight in the eyes. Realising they were alone but still wary of her surroundings- this was his territory after all, she lowered her voice to a whisper. "I came here because you begged me to and now I don't see a reason to stay so I shall go, Sunggyu. In fact, I don't even understand why I came in the first place." She sighed and pulled her wrist away from him gently.

Jaeyeon stood up and blinked as she watched her group mate and the sunbae interact rather awkwardly. She was now very sure there was something between the two. Feeling uncomfortable and being like a third-wheel, she felt the need to leave the two older alone to have their talk, and so she slipped into the house unbeknownst to the two.

Landing her steps into the house she looked back to see the two and came out with an idea. She scooted over to hide behind the curtain to watch them secretly.

@[T] Ham Eunjung Sunggyu swiftly reached out to grab Eunjung's wrist, holding her back. "Don't leav-" Then he realize Jaeyeon was right beside them. "Don't leave so soon." He was still holding on to her wrist, he was afraid he would leave if he had loosen his grip. "I mean, dorms could be packed any other time. But parties like these don't come by often!" Sunggyu's eyes was locked onto hers, giving her several subtle nods, wanting her to stay.

As though a flashback had hit him, that night, they were drunk, she stayed and he wake up beside her the following morning. Some kind of guilt had hit him, she waited for him to return, didn't she?

Sunggyu had always had a way with words, that was how he had coaxed her to stay at the club a few hours more, have a few more drinks, take a few steps to the small bedroom and slip off a few articles of clothing but this Sunggyu was different. This Sunggyu could barely give her a reason to stay. Maybe starting a fresh was the best plan yet.

"I have not completed all my packing into my new dorm. Sorry, sunbaenim. " she bowed and turned to leave.

@[T] Ham Eunjung Sunggyu heard her whispering his name after she had greeting Jaeyeon. The awkward atmosphere was stuffy. He gave a subtle tug at his collar as though something was suffocating him. He forced up a smile, remembering that Jaeyeon had no idea what had happened between the two of them, they were all company mates.

"Leave? So soon?" Sunggyu didn't even realize he blurted out those words. He didn't want her to leave. He didn't even get to talk to her. The place didn't give them the space and time to. Being a host was tiring, but he didn't expect it to be like this. He didn't know what he would do if Jaeyeon wasn't here. What he would do to stop her from leaving. "I mean.. the night is still young, and you.. all.. had just arrived." He changed his choice of words, he didn't want to make it sound bias.

@[T] Kang Jaeyeon She looked at the younger and smiled. "Hey Jaeyeon." She whispered, "Sunggyu sunbaenim." She recalled the last time they had met, in the training room when he kissed her and now, they were acting like strangers. Still, she did say a clean slate. Eunjung couldn't explain the odd feeling she had inside her chest, seeing her own group mate with him. "Shouldn't you two be inside with the rest of the guests? Afterall, it's sunbae's party." She tried to give a reason to be alone again. "In fact, I think I've some packing to do, I should go back soon." She smiled meekly at the two. "Jaeyeon, you enjoy yourself okay?" She had every reason to leave. The man who invited her barely looked at her, let alone spoke to her the whole night.

Jaeyeon waited for Sunggyu to take the lead, but felt a small push to her back instead. She looked at the male with a questioning look before realising that maybe it would be a better idea for her to approach first, since her fellow member wasn't much of a social person. Jaeyeon looked back at Sunggyu, giving him an 'are you sure?' look. She shrugged and made her way towards the leader.

"Hi unnie." Jaeyeon sat down on the concrete perimeter of the artificial waterfall and greeted the older with a smile.

@[T] Ham Eunjung Sunggyu noticed that she had probably picked the darkest lit spot in the entire backyard. Was she avoiding people like how she always did? He imagined her reaction if he had approached her first. After all, she was supposedly here for Baekhyun.

Sunggyu gave Jaeyeon a soft push on her back, to motion her to approach first. It should be a better approach, having her own member do the talking first. A clean slate, he remembered. He shouldn't be too close to her. They are just a sunbae-hoobae relationship.

Even alone in the garden, Kim Sunggyu had to mock her. With one of her group mates, the pair was approaching her- and fast! They obviously saw her looking so if she ran away just then, it would've been obvious that she was avoiding them. So she sat and waited while jabbing her food mindlessly, not looking up.

@[ACES] Kim Sunggyu "Whether I did it or not, it still took long!" Jaeyeon crossed her arms across the chest and pouted because she knew the older's got a point. She huffed out a breath of air and jutted out her lower lips showing her disappointment in the older's group member for not even showing a bit of interest after her hardwork. "I bet he wouldn't even come." She huffed once again.

Jaeyeon looked over to where Sunggyu was looking at and she, indeed, saw her group mate sitting there alone. She nodded her head in agreement and asked, "Since when was she here?" Jaeyeon had been too busy talking she didn't even notice anyone walking past them.

@[T] Kang Jaeyeon Sunggyu let's out a chuckle as he stuck his hand into his back pocket. "Are you sure you were the one who did the hair? Not your stylist noona?" He grinned and his signature eyesmile appeared. "But you look great, reall its a waste Jongup isnt paying attention to you." Then he looked at her for a second, scanning her outfit. She did dress up on purpose for the event, didn't she. "Should I go get him over?" Matchermaker Gyu had reappeared.

It was fun seeing everyone mingling with each other. That's what company bonding was for. His tiny eyes glanced around the once empty backyard, spotting a figure, sitting by the artificial waterfall. She wasn't that hard to notice under the dim light.

Sunggyu motioned to Jaeyeon with a slight tilt of his head, "Shall we go over there? Eunjung is there alone" He didn't want his guest to be sitting around, alone, and having Jaeyeon the moodmaker around would make things better isn't it?

Yuri was like a kid left by her parents in a candy store, she went crazy taking little pieces of every kind of dish there was. It was like a fun game for her. She'll take a taste at everything and put the food in different categories she made in her mind. When she looked at the dessert section, there was a splendid Oreo cheesecake, but Chanyeol got to it first. She was a bit sore about it but when she glanced at her plate, she thought that it was for the best.

Yuri followed Chanyeol to the second floor. They sat down and munched down the food happily. She was so into tasking all the flavours of the different dishes. She was too immersed in it that she didn't notice a tall guy standing in front of her and Chanyeol. It only dawned on her when an arm was on her shoulder. It was Chanyeol's. "Oh Jun hyung." Chanyeol said as he smiled while his eyes were looking to tease the guy standing in front of them. "Junhyung..." Yuri trailed off unsure of what to say.

Chanyeol and Yuri walked up to the stretch of table filled with food of different sorts, stimulating their salivary glands. Yuri took a plate and selected her portion of food meanwhile Chanyeol felt a magnetic force pulling him to the prettiest Oreo Cheesecake on the table. He sweeped a perfect slice and placed it on his plate with much adoration.

Both of them decided to enjoy the food on the stairs leading up to the second floor, climbing a few steps of it then sat comfortable side by side before digging into their food.

Chanyeol was indulging his cheesecake when he suddenly looked up at the figure towering over them. Yong Junhyung.

Sunggyu was not alone. One of her group mates, Jaeyeon, if she remembered correctly, was chatting to the idol merrily. Her trip out, hoping to catch Sunggyu alone- not that she would ever admit that, even to herself, was futile.
He was popular, she could've expected that she wasn't his only guest. Why did she even agree to come to such a social event anyway? Turning away from the talking pair, she walked down the garden, looking for a place to sit so that she cold finish her (cold) food. She was cold too, but going in made her more uncomfortable.

As the male turned around to face her, she immediately recognized who the face belongs to, it was Sunggyu. "Oh! Sunbae!" She greeted and bowed down slightly. She scoffed at the older's question, "Tch.. I would've, if he hadn't walked away from me." She answered and turnd her head away. She then realised what she just said and turned back around, "Wait, what? No no no no!" She denied but then covered her face and whispered an 'oh my gosh' to herself.

She shrugged her shoulder at the question and answered, "Not so bad, really~". She made a pouty face as Sunggyu ruffled her fringe. While fixing it back to place, she whined, "Sunbae! You know how long I had to do this!"

Sunggyu took another small sip from the plastic cup, the cup was way lighter than before, it was already half emptied. Suddenly, he felt a soft poke on his shoulder. He turned his head around wondering who it was. He was greeted by a face, all too familiar to him, Jaeyeon. "Why aren't you inside ogling at Jongup?" He chuckled and teased the girl. He hadn't noticed the other girl whom he personally invited in the backyard as well.

"How have you been keeping up?" The two haven't gotten a chance to really chit chat after the start of the scandal program. He reached out to her fringe and ruffled it, messing up her hair slightly.

Sunggyu talked about her? Now that was surprising. She didn't think he wanted their past to be known and there was nothing about the present to talk able either. "Baekhyun says all sorts of things about you." She gave him a coy smile.

"I'll go get more drinks. I'm not going to see Sunggyu." She pointed at the tall male and walked off to the food table. What the heck. Sunggyu was why she was even at the party in the first place and she hadn't even had a chance to look at him properly.

"It's stuffy in the room.. that's right. It's stuffy." She mumbled to herself, giving her reason to go to the backyard. It was definitely not for Sunggyu.

Chanyeol couldn't help being slightly flustered at the mention of Baekhyun's name. He dismissed it with a laugh and tilted his head a little, his eyes still fixed at Eunjung. "Really he does? He better be saying good things about me, that pabo."

Chanyeol was about to ask some friendly questions to Eunjung but was knocked down to the ground by someone who was now giving him a tight hug out of a sudden. He turned around, and faced his date whom he takes note, is dressed up really prettily for the party. "Yuri! Its about time, you nearly missed everything...I'm joking. We just commenced the party, so no worries."

Yuri whispered about how it was weird that they were dates, but they both knew why. "I told you, that Baekpabo is down with some weird animal flu," he pouted, and then his face morphed into a creepy smile, glancing from Yuri to Junhyung and back to Yuri. "And...I have something up my sleeves. But lets get something to eat first."

He gobbled up the last of his pizza slice and turned back to Eunjung. "Hey Eunjung, in fact, Sunggyu keeps talking about you all the time too. You should ask him about it, they aren't all good," he lied with a knowing smile. "If you want to hit him, or eat with him, he's at our backyard."

Watching as everyone had their own things to do, Jaeyeon wondered what she should do too. She surely was not going to just stand by watching everyone enjoying themselves. So she took a cup of some random drink and looked around the house.

Jaeyeon walked up the stairs and wondered around the place before going back down to look at the other things around the house. Her feet eventually lead her to the backyard. She took a sip of her drink and walked her way to the grassy space. Upon reaching the said place, she was surprised to see someone there, so she poked his shoulder lightly.

Sunggyu wasn't sure how he should enjoy the party, there were too many things in his mind. No alcohol, he told himself mentally. He know what alcohol would do to him and it would be too much for everyone in the house to handle. He filled the plastic cup that he had took from the side with fruit punch instead.

As he was drinking, he glanced around the living room. His eyes caught upon Eunjung talking to Chanyeol, most probably about Baekhyun who wasn't present. Then Yuri arrived, better late then never, surprisingly, hadn't greet Junhyung, yet dashing to Chanyeol with a hug. Seems like Chanyeol was getting all the girls tonight.

Sunggyu took his drink and strolled out to the grassy backyard, the breeze was making ripples in the pool itself. He leaned against the pillar as he took another sip of the bland fruit punch. The sky had started to glow orange as the sun dipped down the horizon.

Jongup smiles widely at Sunggyu's short speech amd right after the speech, Jongup hit for the buffet table with his hyungs. He was starving and filled his plate with tons of different foods.

Upon sitting down to enjoy his food, he glanced at Sunggyu and Eunjung for a moment. Eventhough he knew something was going on with them, he didn't want to in, so he just gave a small smile and just ate his food deliciously.

A smile is form upon hearing Sunggyu small speech and as soon as the party had officially commence, Junhyung makes his way to the buffet table choosing filling his own plate with the different food. He sure was hungry and filling his stomach seems to be his first priority before getting to know the others.

Yuri went in nervously and looked for her date. She felt relieved as she ran towards her date and gave him one massive hug. "Finally! I'm here." she said then laughed at her remark. "So Yeollie, what's going on in this party?" she asked as she clung on to her date. "You know, this is actually a bit weird that I'm your date." she whispered to him then laughed goofily. Although she kept her poise, she was secretly looking around for food since she hasn't eaten the whole day yet. Hunger was taking its toll on her stomach and she knew about it, but she's rather hide it feeling a bit embarrassed.

She was suddenly pulled towards Sunggyu then pushed away again but she didn't have a chance to complain. His little speech, the popping of the wine, the sudden cheering happened in a whirlwind, too fast for her to grasp. Although she had told Sunggyu that she was coming for Baekhyun, she had actually came for him. Baekhyun was just a source of comfort if things got too stuffy or awkward. But right now her comfort wasn't there and Sunggyu was busy with other guests.

"Oh hi." she smiled awkwardly when Chanyeol approached. "I've heard a lot about you too." she paused before adding, "From Baekhyun." This was Chanyeol, she recognized, her best friend's boyfriend. Someone she saw and heard about often enough, being in the same company and all. "He says a lot of nice things about you."

Chanyeol broke into a small laugh at Sunggyu's too short of a speech and then cheered loudly as the wine shot out of the bottle. He pulled s into a brief brotherly hug, grinned widely. He then stopped for a second to pout and rub at slightly soiled hoodie, due to the wine, but then continued cheering again.

"I'm gonna help myself with food now, and I'll entertain the girls," he joked, making his way to the food, grabbing a slice of pizza and then eating beside the person he was familiar with , but not familiar enough, Eunjung. "I dont think we've met before but I've heard alot about you," he smiled carefully at the female, nodding his head slightly to the music and bit off his still warm pizza.
