How Evaluations Work:
All company evaluations will take place here. Some will be individual, some may be with partners or groups. The ceo or trainer will notify you of any specifics of the particular evaluation when it is time.
You will have anywhere from 3 days to 1 week to roll depending on the evaluation. In order to be seen as complaint it is mandatory to roll the dice in the room. Refer to the list below to see what each roll represents. After rolling, you will need to make a post with a youtube link of your performance (If it's a partner or group performance make sure you agree on the link). How you explain any mishaps depending on your roll is completely up to you.
Your roll also determines how many points you get, which will be used to get your closer to debut. If you roll a 1-3, three times in a row.
Roll Meanings:
Roll 1 = Worst Performance.
Roll 2 = Mediocre Performance.
Roll 3 = Best Performance.
Roll 4 = Mediocre Performance.
Roll 5 = Best Performance.
