This company focuses on Kpop and other asian music, preferring to create girl or boy groups yet will allow opportunities for soloists and rare possibility for co–ed collabs. Although every company allows some creative freedoms to idols, this company will usually be in charge of picking songs and concepts for their debuted groups. Soloists have better chances of picking their own songs.

Launched in 2013 by former idols who were burned by big companies and wanted to create a label that would permit them to self–publish music without the constraints or strict rules of a traditional company. After recruiting other soloists and branching into the Western industry, Sunrise quickly grew attention for the blending of cultures. Now the company is known for promoting inclusivity and diversity with a variety of idols from different ethnicities and backgrounds to create an internationally popular company. Although Sunrise headquarters is in Los Angeles, the company has offices in Seoul, frequently switching between South Korea and the United States to balance promotions in both countries.

We recommend you join if you want to experience idol life that is more friendly to international and non–Korean characters with a company that is inspired by the Western industry rather than traditional Kpop. This company prefers to debut soloists, duos/trios, and groups that have a different flair than normal Kpop. However there is possibility for Kpop groups to still be created. Idols will be given lots of creative freedom even for groups.
