@โœงหš u. aeri When she started looking over the proposed schedule, leaning forward with her forearms on the edge of the desk, Song Kang couldn't help but be infected by her enthusiasm. As she gestured to a few things, he followed her pointing finger, his eyes squinting at the screen. He was impressed that she had taken the time to think through her picks, choosing opportunities that gave her comfort yet showed that she was willing to go out of her comfort zone.

He exchanged a look with his manager, who nodded in silent agreement. "I think that's a start to the plan," replied Song Kang, his tone encouraging. "Starting with these will let you ease into things while still building momentum. Once you're more comfortable, we can tackle the more challenging projects."

He leaned back slightly, his expression softening. "This isn't just about us telling you what to do, Giselle. It's a partnership. Your input matters, and if something doesn't feel right or you need more time, just let us know. We'll adjust. But remember," he added, his gaze steady, "every step, no matter how small, is progress."

He glanced back at the tablet, then at Giselle. “If you’re ready, we’ll finalize these initial shoots and start prepping. Welcome aboard, Giselle.”

@โœงหš s. kang Giselle was still a little nervous after she told the story of her past to the two men in front of her, holding onto the hem of her dress as she looked up at them with a soft yet nervous smile. She nodded her head at his encouraging words, trying her best to keep herself calm before smiling again.” I... I will try my best to accept all the challenges, thank you Mr. Kang.”

Looking up at Song Kang, Giselle looked at the schedules that they showed her on the tablet as she nodded her head a few more times before taking a big breath. “I will be happy to work with you and all the staffs in the company, to use my story to inspire other that are just like me.” The young model was more than happy to begin her career as an actual model that was supported by a company, something she couldn’t imagine just 2 years ago. Her excitement just rushed through her whole body as she leaned over to shake hands with Kang, nodding her head once more.

“I am just happy that I can finally be a professional model now, thank you again Mr. Kang. I will not let you or the company down, I will remember that I’m representing the company now and not just myself.” She said it with confidence in her voice, determined that she would do amazingly working for a company like this. Even though she knew that this company had just barely started, she would do anything to make this company known to the world.

Giselle sat back on her chair as she checked some of the schedules that they prepared for her, spotting a few that she was very interested in. She pointed at them to kang and his manager next to him, biting her lip softly as she looked at them.” I think these are some of the things I can do first, then we can slowly do the others? I don’t know if you are okay with that? “

@โœงหš u. aeri Song Kang watched the determined look behind Aeri's slightly nervous smile, further catching the way she bit her lip as she looked between him and the manager. He could see the earnest hope in her eyes, the silent promises she was making to herself as she held the contract and flipped through the pages. She apologized profusely for her Korean, stammering a little, and Song Kang noticed red cheeks, understanding that such courage it must have taken to sit in front of two strangers in a foreign tongue. Leaning slightly forward, softening his features, "No need to apologize, Giselle. Being here and forging ahead regardless of the challenges says much more than the language barrier."

As she began to speak about her journey, Song Kang listened attentively. A slight quiver was there in her voice as she shared how the last couple of years were tough, how many doors had shut in her face, and how much she really wanted to inspire others with her story. It brought him back to his own struggles when he first had arrived in Seoul, wanting to make his own name.

The moment she finally picked up the pen and, with the same resolute feeling, signed her name, he felt pride welling up inside. He knew this opportunity meant the world to her, and he vowed silently not to disappoint her. After she handed back the signed contract, he took it with a small nod. "Congratulations, Giselle, Aeri," he said, using her stage name then her actual name, with an approving smile. "Welcome to Above Modeling Agency. We are glad to have you with us."

He looked over at his manager, who already had several preliminary schedules pulled up on his tablet. "Now, regarding what is next, a few basic shoots for your portfolio, a few training sessions to make you comfortable with our team, and a public image consultant who will help refine your brand. We'll have a meeting prepared with our media team so that we can share your story."

He saw that spark in her eyes at the mention of the prepared schedule, he added, "There's no rush, though. We want you to feel comfortable and confident, one step at a time." Song Kang reached out a hand to her, offering a firm, supportive handshake. "You've already made the most difficult decision when you decided to not give up, Aeri. Now, let's make that dream come true. Together."

@โœงหš s. kang The men's face was a little serious for Aeri since it had been a little while since she was interviewed by a company, biting down her lower lip as she looked at the men in front of her. " i.. it is nice to meet you, Mrs. Kang." Her face turned a little red as she was kind of nervous as she was alone with two men who she had no knowledge of, especially Song Kang who just introduced himself as the CEO of the company." So.. sorry my Korean isn't that fluent since I only moved to Korea for 2 and half years and I can't find anyone to help me. " Looking down at her hands as they intertwined together, but looking when Song Kang talks again.

Aeri smiled softly at the both of them, nodding her head." I. I understand, I will do my best to show my potential to the company." Holding the contract that was handed to her, reading through everything and making sure she understood everything by asking for anything she didn't." I know I don't have that much experiences as a model, but I hope to use my story and what I experiences so far to show people that everyone like me also can have a successful career in whatever they set to achieve." Tears was circling in her eyes as she remembers everything that had happened in the past, trying her hardest to not show her emotions too much in front them." T.. thank you for giving a chance to do this, it had been really hard for the past few years for me to have a chance to show my potentials."

Knowing that the company would be able to help get her story out to the public and let everyone learn how dark and miserable someone could be was something that really touched her." I think I'm ready to sign to your company now, Mr. Kang." She put down the contract on the table as she picked the pen to sign the contract, knowing this could be the chance of her life time to shine and something that would help herself as well to forget about her past.

After signing the paper she put down the pen with a smile on her face, slowly pushing the contract that was given to her toward the men who recruited her and the CEO, Mr.Kang. " Thank you once again for give me this chance, I promise I will not let this opportunity that is given to me go to waste." Firmly nodding her head at both men with a bright smile, sitting back slowly as she took a deep breath to let out her nervousness. " Is there anything else I need to do to begin my work? " Aeri wasn't sure what else she needed, asking them nervously.

@โœงหš u. aeri Song Kang sat back in his chair and surveyed the young female that had just introduced herself as Aeri-or Giselle, as she liked to be known. Nervous, clearly so, her hands were nicely placed in her lap and she took a deep breath before speaking with him. He knew that look in her eyes, a resolute glint, like so many times before, either in his own eyes or those of people who came to his agency to get a second chance.

He turned to the other man who was sitting beside him, his close friend and the manager of the agency, with whose help he had built Above Modeling Agency from scratch. Refocusing his attention on Aeri, he could see now why she had caught his friend's eye in the preliminary rounds. There was a rawness to her, an unpolished potential that was there, if honed correctly, she could really gem. It was that sort of thing Song Kang had built his agency for, finding and developing talents like her.

"Giselle, right?" The tone was smooth even, his expression unruffled. "To formally introduce myself again, I am Song Kang, the CEO herein. I appreciate your enthusiasm." He watched as her shoulders visibly relaxed at his acknowledgment. "You're here because you saw something in us, and we saw something in you. I won't sugarcoat things, modeling isn't easy, and experience is something that will come in time. What we need to see from you is the willingness to put in the effort and learn."

His eyes met hers directly, and he knew she was hanging on every word. It reminded him of his own first meetings when he was starting out in the industry, how every chance seemed like the only chance. "We don't expect you to be perfect," he went on to say, "but we do expect commitment. If you're ready to put in effort, we'll provide you with a platform where you can prove your worth."

Song Kang looked at the manager once more, the latter nodded a little. He turned to Aeri and picked up a bundle of papers from his desk. "This is the contract," he said, pushing them toward her. "Take all the time you need to look it over. If you are comfortable, we can sign it today, or you take it and come back whenever you are ready." He placed the contract before her on the desk and softened his tone. "We're not just looking for models here," he said in a hushed tone, as if he was initiating her into some sort of confidence. "We're looking for stories. I hope you'll let us help you write yours.".

@โœงหš s. kang Aeri had been looking for a place for her to have a long term contract as a model which was her dream for a while now, but with every place she tried for few months all gave her the same answer saying that she lacked in experiences. She was so defeated after being rejected so many times with the same excuse, just when she was about to give up she was given a flyer from someone promoting an agency that was just starting and looking for people and models to recruit. The excitement showed on Aeri's face when she read that people with lack of experiences are welcomed since it was a small company, a soft smile curved at the corner of her lips and gave the agency a call right after to secure a interview with them. To her surprise, she was immediately recruited by them and was set to sign a exclusive contract with the CEO of the company.

The young model nervously walked to the office where the agency was located, taking a deep breath as she slowly push the door open before greeting the front desk and ask for the direction to the office to meet Song Kang, the one who created this agency who also gave her the chance to prove herself. Aeri looked down at herself as she fixed her dress that she prepared for this meeting, nothing too fancy just something that would show her perfect figure to impress him. She stopped at the door of the CEO's office, taking another deep breath as she knocked on the door and opened the door where she saw the man who recruited her and another person who she assumed to be the one that is behind this company. " Nice to meet you, my name is Aeri Unchinaga. But my stage is Giselle." Bowing gently to both men in front of her, slowly sat down on the chair in front of her before putting her small purse next to her.

"Thank you for giving me this opportunity to show my talent."Aeri said," and give me a chance to achieve the dream that I have for years." Holding her breath as she placed both of her hands on her laps, she tries her best to not overact that would give them too much pressure. " You muse be Mr.Kang, thank you for accepting me, Sir." Aeri flashed a soft smile at Song Kang, looking up at the both of them as she waits for their response.
