He paused as he dragged his gaze away reluctantly to stare at the looming pile of reports he had yet to review for the end of the semester "but..." He glanced back at sehun now struggling to bring his eyes to meet the others gaze, afraid he'd get lost there again.

' latte with extra milk?' he asked, his voice a low murmur laced with amusement. he watched Luhan’s cheeks flush, the faint pink spreading across his delicate features, and sehun felt his chest swell with pride.

' mine,' his wolf growled possessively.

sehun took a step back, his demeanor suddenly shifting to exaggerated gallantry. he swept into a low bow, one hand pressed dramatically to his chest, the other extended toward luhan. 'your alpha,' he announced with a cheeky grin, 'is here to whisk you away from all these boring responsibilities. will you do me the honor, my grace, of joining me on an adventure?' his voice was theatrical, but the love in his gaze was unmistakable.

Luhan drummed the pen against the table restlessly, a print-out of the semesters budget on the desk in front of him. He sighed heavily, brow furrowed in concentration as he ran his free hand through his short blonde hair. "For the love of Fenrir, what is this..." he mumbled under his breath, dropping the green pen and picking up a red highlighter to mark yet another line item where the costs had exceeded the budget.

Though Luhan heard the light knock at the door he didn't register that someone had entered the room until the bright peppermint overtones of his favorite scent reached him from the draft that swept it further into the room than the wolf it belonged to.
Moments later he felt strong arms grip the armrests of his chair and turn him towards the newcomer; the stress melted from Luhan's face as he gazed into the brilliant ice blue eyes that crinkled softly at the edges and met his. "good afternoon to you too" Luhan said, a gentle smile lifting the corners of his mouth as the thoughts that darkened his cloudy grey eyes seemed to skitter away.

Luhan felt his heart flutter as Sehun pressed the kiss to his forehead; before responding he carefully peered around Sehun to make sure the door had been fully shut. Not one to leave anything to chance, as usual, Sehun had deftly closed and locked it behind him on his way in.
With a soft breath of released tension, Luhan moved smoothly, pushing the chair out from under him and pushing himself up into Sehun's arms.
"Only thing I need to relax is you,"
He allowed the other to straighten slightly before pressing a soft kiss to the corner of Sehun's mouth as if asking for more but unwilling to wait for a taste.
"I missed you," he murmured softly.

reaching the office, he knocked lightly before walking in, a small smile tugging at his lips as he saw luhan absorbed in his work. the familiar sight tugged at something in sehun’s chest, a quiet affection he couldn’t quite put into words.

'I knew I’d find you here, ' sehun said softly, dropping his backpack onto the floor beside the door.

sehun smirked, walking over to the desk, his steps quiet but sure. he reached into his bag, pulling out a small, insulated thermos. he kneeled next to luhan’s chair, his movements smooth and effortless as he spun luhan around to face him.

' I got you tea,' sehun said with a soft smile. 'chamomile and honey, so you can relax.' he leaned down, brushing a kiss against luhan’s forehead, a tender gesture.
