Taehyung’s reaction was too obvious. It was the response of someone adapted to constant fear and violence. Taeyong tried not to retract his hand too quickly, believing that doing so would only make the omega feel guilty of his own reaction.

Taeyong smiled softly at Taehyung’s words, nodding his head in acknowledgement as he explained. Before he could type a reply on his phone, the omega had changed the topic. He blinked a few times at the question, but quickly adjusted to the shift. It was clear that the omega did not want to mull over the topic for too long. The alpha understood, so he went with the flow.

‘Are we playing 5 random fun facts again?’ The voice from the phone was monotonous, but the smirk on Taeyong’s face was amused. He thought about the question, running his fingers along the sides of his device. Then, he looked at the black mirror, typing his response.

‘I like taking walks. I try to do it every morning and night, after breakfast and dinner. I get to breathe fresh air and clear my mind. It’s very therapeutic. I also take photos of the scene around me when I walk, as a form of memory.’ He spared a glance at Taehyung, then wrote on his phone. ‘Would you like to see some photos?’

@☼┊wen taehyung ᵒ "Tae...are you scared for me?" Jiheon asked in a soften voice after Taehyung cupped her face. She knew her brother was gonna be concern for her safety even though she was old enough to protect herself.

"I can protect myself, Tae..I may not be a fighter, but I know how to be a runner. Outrunning alphas is my specialty. I can even outrun any Wen alpha too that comes in my way." She said with a minimal of boastfulness. "Hehehe." She snickered a bit.

''I know things are going to be tough for you, but I'll be there for you on every step of the way. Just please don't push me away or hide anything from me anymore."

@☘︎┊nie aeri ᵃ Eunbi barely was able to read Aeri’s lips before shaking her head. “Please don’t be sorry it was something I wanted to do for you.” She said with the best smile she could summon. “You might be right I should get some rest, oh, please don’t worry about the food I have some at my dorm.” Eunbi had an apology guilty look. “I’m sorry for cutting this visit short. I really do hope you heal up soon and really do try not to escape again.” She turned to leave before pausing at the door. “I’ll try to visit you again when I can.” She said before really leaving to go back to her dorm.

@❀┊jiang jiheon ᵒ She was right, of course. He would be fine. Honestly why should he even care about a baby? Especially Jungkooks baby. But.. there was a part deep inside him that grieved the loss.

"I know... I didn't even know it was there honestly.. Which, I dunno I guess it was a good thing..?" He lifted his gaze to look at her seriously, moving his hands to hold her cheeks and shake his head, "Don't you dare put yourself in danger for me, Jiheon.. I swear if something happened to you... I don't know what I'd do.."

@☘︎┊nie taeyong ᵃ Taeyong was right, and he knew he was right, he would tell Jiheon soon he just needed to figure out /how/ to tell her. If he didn't tell her anything she would be angrier than ever and that was also something he didn't really want to face.

When the hand first landed on his head his entire body flinched and tensed up, and it took a moment for him to register that he wasn't being harmed. There was no way Taeyong hadn't noticed that reaction but he said nothing about it. Instead shooting the Alpha a weary smile.

"I.. yeah, I might.. Honestly I already see the counsellor once a week on her orders anyway so I guess she will be happy to hear all about this.. Usually I just talk nonsense at her.." He breathed out a soft snort at the thoughts, shaking his head once. He knew he needed to stop pushing away people who were only trying to help but there was a constant fear in the back of his mind of what might happen if he said or did the wrong thing.

Quickly, he wanted to change the subject, instead turning his gentle gaze on the alpha, "Tell me something about yourself?"

@☘︎┊nie eunbi ᵇ Aeri shook her head, "No, not that you're having a headache." She told the other before looking at her food. "You must be tired making foods for me, I'm sorry." She apologized and she gently caressed the other's hair gently, "You should rest, I'll leave you some foods for you if you want." She told Eunbi with a small smile on her face.

@☘︎┊nie aeri ᵃ Eunbi dealing with her headache didn't notice Aeri was talking since she couldn't read the other lips. It took a while before Eunbi with a very confuse look stare at Aeri. "Ah sorry I get dizzy out of nowhere." She said with a small laugh; however she couldn't get shake off the little 'picture' wondering what the heck was going on. "Please do keep eating." She added seeing Aeri had stopped.

@☼┊wen taehyung ᵒ The young nurs looked at her new patient as she handed over the heat pad that Taehyung wanted, smiling down at him as he stands next to the bed. "Here is your the head pad that you asked for, Taehyung. " Dilraba nodded her head, agreeing at Taehyung's words." Yea, I have to say you are not wrong, it could be really cold during fall and winter." She looked around as she search for some more blanket that wasn't in use, bringing one of them to Taehyung." Here you go, hopefully this will keep you warm for the time being. I will go to talk to someone to try and fix the heating problem." Dilraba took notes about the sittuation on her note pad that she always carries, she sits down on the chair next to Taehyung's bed." Is there anything else you need beside the food and heating problems."

@☘︎┊nie eunbi ᵇ Aeri noticed the other winced a bit and she instinctively put down her chopstick and holds the other's hand with her right hand, "H-Hey, you alright?" She asked Eunbi as she looked at her with a worried look. She leaned close to her, "E-Eunbi?" She asked the other.

@☼┊wen taehyung ᵒ “It’s still very impressive to even know a little there’s no need to say unfortunately. I take it you’re still leaning, and that’s perfectly fine.” She said with a smile. “I wasn’t sure if you like sweets or not, so I brought both kinds. You can keep the containers I don’t mind at all.” She laughed as she shook her head. “It’s really nothing new since It’s been happening since I was little. The doctors told me I have topographical disorientation.” She sighed in relief to know she brought the right gifts. “Woot I’m glad I got you the right stuff.”

Eunbi keeps silent for a few seconds noticing the sad look but doesn’t comment on it. “Oh, that would be helpful especially for people like me.” She couldn’t help the dark humor that came out next. “With it the only way anyone can fall is if an accident happens or if someone want to do it or if someone forces someone else to do it.” Eunbi once again shook her head. “You’re welcome ahh don’t be silly I wanted to do this for you.” She laughed. “Even if that’s the case we can get to know each other as two people who had fallen off the cliff. We already have something in common.”

@☼┊wen taehyung ᵒ cooing under her breath, the fellow omega couldn't help but be rather endeared at the sight, the soft mumbles coming from the male's brims was practically adorable. she couldn't help but smile from ear to ear, even if she's shy and reserved, a small rather meek smile plays on her lips as she waves a hand at him with a soft grin. "that's me haha, hey, it's totally fine. i don't mind, you do need all the rest you can get taehyung."

smiling warmly, the girl holds up the books she brought with her, papers and sticky notes sticking out and showcasing that she indeed used these papers, books and little notes stuck on to have studied prior. she thought that rather than just indulging taehyung in some sweet treats - against the hospital orders that is. the lan blood within the young Japanese girl was testing her - and she felt that bringing along the books would've been a good way of distracting herself from the bit of rule-breaking she was currently doing.

"I know you wouldn't even care much for classes and the likes, but with exams upcoming - hopefully you would be given the the exception from sitting in for finals this year though, but just in case you can't and you must sit in on them - maybe you can look at these little notes I've made and read up on them. familiarize yourself a little and I can always visit often to come assist you in understanding them better. there's also some pass papers with the solutions and such too that you could just maybe revise them through if you have no idea about them."

she explains helpfully before lifting what's in her other hand, her surprise for the male as she wiggle her brows with a small grin. "so- I am familiar with indian treats and let's just say this is called a mitai box but it's sugar free! so it shouldn't be that much of an issue, so I think this would be safe in your system, but it's really really good with the honey and all that." she explains before settling down on the provided chair and tugging the box out, placing it on his little table that comes above him to eat and she brings out a pack of yogurt flavored drink as well with a small smile.

"I hope these things can cheer you up. are you doing okay? are you in pain?"

@☼┊wen taehyung ᵒ 'I can't believe it..the baby is gone.' Danbi was also shocked, but also kept shut while Jiheon shushed her.

'Shush, Danbi. Comfort him, not overwhelm him into more emotional and mental distress.' The Jiang omega scoleded her wolf.

"...you'll be okay. Whatever tribulations you're going through, I'll always be there for you every step in the way for now on." Jiheon asked in a soften tone while looking at Taehyung. She knew she was deeply worried about her brother's wellbeing.

"This time, I won't allow anyone else lay a single finger on you. If they do, they have to go through me."

@☘︎┊nie aeri ᵃ "A week? At least you'll discharge soon." Eunbi was getting more and more confused by the second. A week ago was when she felt pain in her own arm even though she's perfectly fine. "Another school?" She asked reading Aeri lips only to feel a small headache coming. "I never transfer to another school who started that rumor?" She mumbled out dropping her spoon as she grabbed her head. Eunbi was starting to see small blurry like pictures in her mind.

Taeyong’s gaze softened at Taehyung’s reply, the understanding smile gracing his lips melancholic. He could relate to the omega’s avoidance at informing his younger sibling of his condition. Though Taeyong didn’t have a younger sibling of his own, Mina played that role very easily in his life. If anything happened to him, he wouldn’t want Mina to worry either. He was the older person in the relationship, so he shouldn’t worry the younger individual of his problems.

‘She’ll need to know eventually.’ Taeyong wrote on his phone. ‘But I understand why you don’t want to tell her. Still, I’d suggest talking to her at some point, maybe after your discharge. She’s still family after all.’

Taeyong watched Taehyung as the latter spoke, noting the bitter expression upon his countenance. It was saddening, making the alpha furrow his own brows with concern. Without thinking twice, he reached over and patted the omega’s head, ruffling his hair.

‘It’ll take time, but you’ll be okay, yes.’ Taeyong typed once he pulled his hand away. ‘Will you take up on their recommendation? It wouldn’t hurt to have someone to talk to and walk through the process of your thoughts and emotions.’ He paused, then added, ‘It could help alleviate your loneliness?’

Whether it was an attempt at a joke or an actual suggestion to one of Taehyung’s predicaments, not even Taeyong knew. Still, he gave the patient a smile, showing his sincerity for the latter’s well-being.

@☘︎┊nie eunbi ᵇ Aeri noticed the other said something and it made her smile then she digs into the food that the other made, "Been here for a week now, but next week, I'll be discharge!" She chuckled and looked at the other. "Eunbi-ah." Aeri called the other, "I thought you left to study in the other school?" She asked the other before gets another spoonful of the fried rice.

@☘︎┊nie eunbi ᵇ He smiled weakly and shook his head waving his hand at her in denial, "Only a small amount of sign, unfortunately. " He admitted. His eyes were on the containers placed down, he was really blessed to have so many people looking after him through this. He was making mental notes of all the people to be sure to thank them properly once he was home and settled again. "Nothing new? You gotta be careful~ Playing cards are perfect, they'll keep me entertained even when I'm by myself,"

He saw the worry on her face and felt a little bad for concerning yet another person. If only they all knew the truth, he wouldn't sound so stupid would he? He let out a soft laugh and nodded his head in agreement, "A gate and a fence would be good. Less people falling off right?" He joked back with her but the smile never reached her eyes that were still reflecting a constant sadness, almost showing grief, "Thank you, Eunbi.. Really.. I.. you didn't have to do this, you know? You don't even know me after all.."

@☘︎┊nie taeyong ᵃ He could see what Taeyong was feeling in his eyes. It was the same way so many others looked at him when they were around him. Sympathetic. Some empathetic. Sadness. Concern. Worry. Disgust? Not at him sure, but nonetheless..

He could tell from that look alone that Taeyong had an idea of who he'd been speaking about so he didn't bother to expand on it. Truly, it was kind of pissing him off that Jungkook hadn't shown his face yet to check on him - and he didn't want Taeyong to see that side of him.

The next question had him pause briefly, were there others? Sure he had his sister but he couldn't concern her with this right? Other than that.. who else?

Wonwoo and Chaewon had found him but Wonwoo didn't really seem like someone he could lean on or rely on like that. And Chaewon was busy right now. "...No.. Nobody else.. My sister, but.. she's younger and I don't want to weigh all this on her.."

Taeyong words were kind, even though spoken through a phone it felt like the male really did care about him even a little bit. "It's.. hard.. they are recommending that I get therapy. They're not pushing it but they're recommending it.. I think that's a little bit of the reason why they're keeping me for so long, but they won't say that. They say they are monitoring the pain.." His smile was almost bitter as it formed, and he shook his head with a sad sigh, "I know I'll be okay though, right? This is just a speed bump, or whatever.."

@❀┊jiang jiheon ᵒ All he could do was nod his head to her question. She'd caught on right away, and for that he was thankful. The last thing he wanted to do was try to over explain what was happening to him right now. "Yeah, I... It.. Yeah.." Was all he managed to get out of his mouth.

When her arms wrapped around him in comfort he nearly broke down, but he didn't want to do that. Not in front of her. He could do that later on when he was alone again.

"It's.. It's okay.. you know.. It would of been bad to have a baby right now anyway.." He spoke soft, his voice gentle and caring as his fingers slid through her hair slowly, whether he was trying to comfort her or himself he wasn't sure.

@☼┊wen taeyeon ᵃ Truthfully, he hadn't really thought that Taeyeon would leave him alone, but he had thought she would leave him alone for longer than this. At least give him some time to recover before she came for him again. His eyes were steady but wary while he watched her as she spoke, fingers clutching the edge of the bed, knowing there was a nurse call button just within reach but he was too scared to press it.

He stiffened again when she stepped closer to him again, shrinking into the blankets and wishing he could just disappear. And there it was. He hadn't asked her to help him. He would never of asked her to help him. Now he was in her debt. Now he owed her. That thought positively /terrified/ him.

"Taeyeon, I-- no.. you-- please, I didn't need you to do that.." It was obvious how scared he was despite how badly he was hoping to hide it, "It's very generous, but.. I'm sure that.. I .. we.. Jungkook could.. afford it.. I'm sure it would of been fine.."

@☘︎┊nie aeri ᵃ Eunbi couldn't help feeling that something was off about Aeri. She never meet the other before the whole cliff accident so why just why did she had a nagging vibe it wasn't the case? "As long as rocking the world doesn't mean you end up back at the hospital." Eunbi half jokingly said able to keep an eye on Aeri the whole time she was taking out the food. "How long have you been in here?" She asked as she try to shake off the vibe. "Why thank you I made it to your liking like always." She unconsciously said before laughing. "Sure." She took out the extra chopstick, and spoon she pack just in case.

@☘︎┊nie eunbi ᵇ Aeri chuckled before looking at her, Eunbi's smile stays the same but something is off with her somehow. "You can always visit me anytime in the day until my arm is healed and I'm ready to rock the world!" She said before she took off all her books to the side and away from the table tray, she could smell the foods that Eunbi brought to her. "Woah, you really are good with this!" She giggled. Once the foods were on the table, she giddily opened the kimchi fried rice like an excited kid that she is, "It smells so good as always!" She missed the foods but little did Aeri knew what really happened to her. "Come, let's eat together!"

@☘︎┊nie aeri ᵃ Eunbi let out a laugh upon reading Aeri lips. “That’s great to know.” She playfully narrows her eyes. “Do I have to visit you more often if it means you’re going to stay put. Oh, I have everything you requested for me to make.” She said looking at the backpack, and another bag in one of her hands. “Are you sure you’re able to eat it all?” She couldn’t help questioning very doubtfully but also making the normal amount just in case.

“I added some non-sweet dessert as thanks for saving me from the cliff before.” She tilted her head slightly to the side. “We should make some space for all the food, or do you want to keep studying?” She put the bag she was holding on a small table near Aeri's bed before taking off her backpack and taking out multiple containers out of it. She neatly put it on the table while letting out a hum.

@☼┊wen taehyung ᵒ Eunbi would be lying if she said she wasn’t surprised to see Taehyung signing. She was so shocked that she almost dropped the container she was holding. “I didn’t know you can sign.” She said/sign once she put the containers on a table near his bed. “You’re welcome I just hope it’s to your liking. I’m happy to know you’re doing well.” She sheepishly smiled upon reading the lost part. “I’m doing great being lost is nothing new to me at all.” She laughed. “I brought playing cards, and uno. I’ll leave it with you so you can play with your friends when they come to visit you.”

The one thing Eunbi couldn’t help show was her worry upon seeing the poor guy. “I believe I read you fell down the cliff?” She questioned trying to remember if she was correct. She knew she was the last person to question how it happened, but he just doesn’t seem like the clumsy one or even one to pretend to be clumsy to her. “The cliff really needs some sort of gate or something so people don’t fall into it so easily.”

@☼┊wen taehyung ᵒ It was odd, seeing the sadness in Taehyung’s eyes. They were filled with pain, one that could only be attributed to individuals holding grave secrets that not a single soul could know.

It piqued Taeyong’s interest—in a way any normal human would react. Mankind was always known for their curiosity after all. Even so, he suppressed his intrigue, fully aware of his relationship with Taehyung.

They were students attending the same academy at best. Two students who finally crossed paths today, when the alpha paid the omega a visit. Outside of this dynamic, they were basically strangers.

He had no place to ask what was on Taehyung’s mind. So, he didn’t.

Instead, he focused on the omega’s answer, eyes catching the brief second when the latter’s body went still. He did not comment on it, instead paying attention to what the patient had to say.

A curious head tilt was all the affirmation Taeyong gave. A frown creased his features, deepening as Taehyung continued to explain. From their conversation in the chatroom, it didn’t appear that the omega had parents. It made the alpha wonder the identity of this “guardian”.

Perhaps… a lover of sort?

An image crossed his mind then—a certain Wen alpha, child of the sect leader. Taeyong was grimacing before he could chase the thought away.

There were many thoughts running in Taeyong’s mind now. He could choose to spill out all the unsavoury opinions he had of Wens in general, especially someone like Taehyung’s “guardian”. However, he decided those would not help, so he chose to change the subject.

‘Is there anyone else who can care for you besides this guardian? Surely he’s not the only one looking after you?’

Typing out the latter question made Taeyong wince, but the alternative was much-too-cruel to say at someone’s face.

‘Being left alone to process all this trauma must’ve been hard on you.’ There was worry on Taeyong’s face. ‘I wish I could take away the pain you felt right after the incident, but I can’t change the past. I can only accompany you in the present.’ Taeyong offered a smile. ‘You don’t have to endure the pain by yourself, Taehyung. You can talk to someone about it.’

@☼┊wen taehyung ᵒ "What is it? I won't judge you because you're my brother. It's my job as your sister to listen."

Jiheon became shocked and surprised when Taehyung revealed to her that he was apparently pregnant, but didn't know who the father was

"Wait a minute, the fall...you don't mean-"

She cut herself off since she was afraid of making him stress out any further about the sudden. "No...oh my god."

The female immediately hug her brother as she start to comfort him, knowing what's happening to the unborn baby.

@☼┊wen taehyung ᵒ Seeing the poor omega looked at him petrified, it could only made Taeyeon grinned at his expression. "Dear boy, do you think I would go away that easy after 'you fell on a cliff'?" She quoted and smirked, "I told you already that the bargain still stands."

"You hating the idea of getting rid of him made me feel... blinded by rage at that moment." She admitted with an unreal sympathy, "Yet you still survived." Taeyeon stood up and went closer to Taehyung's bed, the moon light helps to unravel Taeyeon's face through the small gap in the curtains. "Usually you were the one to visit our intended meet-ups, but now, I came to visit you to offer my deepest sympathies." She said.

"I have paid your treatment and your hospital bills in full, so you don't have to worry about how long will you stay here, but with a different name, of course." Taeyeon smirked and the other's hair gently.

@☘︎┊nie eunbi ᵇ Aeri rested for a long while and she doesn't know what to do with her right arm only working, she had escaped from the hospital but gets dragged back in the same day she goes out unattended. She had been in a hospital too many times for the troubles she had all those years but a broken arm is the longest she stayed inside the hospital.

She was on the bed with a table tray full of books and notes, it was a good thing she writes down the notes before the accident happened to her so it won't be a problem for her to understand what she is studying. She spins her pen with her fingers while staring at the window, wondering when she will be discharged once her arm is fully healed before she sensed someone coming to the room.

Aeri whipped her head towards the door and saw Eunbi, her isolated frown now turned into a gleeful smile. "Heya Eunbi!" She greeted before chuckling, "I'm doing fine and... studying, but I won't escape here now that you're here and visiting!"

@☘︎┊nie aeri ᵃ The deaf beta upon seeing Aeri was sick of hospital food took it upon herself to cook. It took a while as she had decided to make all of Aeri requests- ramen, onigiri, jajangmyeon, and kimchi fried rice. She even threw in some non sweet dessert packing everything up when it was ready.

It surprises herself that this time around to the hospital she didn't get to lost taking only about forty-five minutes before she found the place, and heading towards the room. "Food delivery." She said, and sign a habit of her since she was young, poking her head in with a smile. "How are you feeling? I really hope you didn't try to escape /again/."

@☼┊wen taeyeon ᵃ He'd been in and out of sleep all day, on strong painkillers that were super effective on keeping him in a deep sleep state for most the part while he tried to recover. He hadn't even stirred when Taeyeon had first come into the room. Or for the most of the time she'd been there.

However, at some point.. his body started to wake up, the nurses had already done their rounds by now, the hairs on the back of his neck stood up. Something was wrong. He couldn't put his finger on what it was but something felt very, very wrong.

Then he heard her voice. It was like the sound pierced his very soul and he jolted upright within seconds of hearing it. Inhaling sharp when his stomach immediately rebelled against the movement, cramping up as his body curled in to try and soothe itself. A painful reminder of what he had lost and of what Taeyeon had done to him.

His eyes took a moment to adjust to the darkness, his body trembling from the fear he was feeling. Should he yell? He was sure yelling would make it worse. After a moment of just staring into the dark he finally spoke. "What are you doing here?"
