@ᵃ adam chng. His eyes softened, a soft yet low giggle leaving his lips. “It’s cute though! I do not mind it~” he told him, reassuring him that it was fine. Sicheng noticed Adam’s reaction to his next words, making his heart skip a beat. “Well, I wouldn’t want you to be hurt or have a heart attack. That’d be sad~” he mentioned at the thought, lips curling in a pout.

“Thank you, my dear Adam~ look who is talking though!” he added and released a bit more of his sweet fall scent for the other when the alpha was hiding in his neck. “Sounds good! Ohhh, well remind me what we are baking~” he said as he got some flour, eggs, butter, sugar and vanilla.

@ᵒ dong sicheng. Taken aback by the comment, he let out nervous laughter, though short-lived. "Aish, don't mention that to me; gonna make it hard for me to stare at you now...without...the embarrassment and reality of heart eyes coming into play." Just on the brink of recovering, he is hit with another metaphorical arrow, causing his body to flush with a growing heat. Running his hand over his face, grumbling sheepishly, once his hand was down it reveals his shy grin, "God...You might give me a heart attack with what you say. Don't worry, we will...be more than seeing one another~ I just want it to be a bit romantic though."

Adam chuckled lightly, watching Sicheng spin around, giving a show and tell of the apron, "Beautiful, as always." Nuzzling his face into the warmth, humming in agreement and letting this moment linger before they would have to pull apart and head for the kitchen. "Let's get baking~" He heads over to the kitchen, taking out the cooking tools and turns to meet Sicheng's eyes, "Let me know what ingredients we need, you'll be the head chef, pretty one~"

@ᵃ adam chng. Sicheng noticed Adam’s expression as an amused grin appeared on his own face. He got a bit closer to the alpha, head slightly tilted and lips parting. “You’re so cute when you look at me like that... almost looking like you have heart eyes.” he teased and chuckled with a deep tone. The omega then shook his head, eyes closing as he thought about the moment that Adam and him would probably be together officially - very soon he hoped. “Well, I’d love to be all yours as soon as possible. You know... I’d let you bite me.” he admitted, shyly.

“Mm, it does! It is very cute. Yours looks nice on you as well.” he complimented in return and twirled. As the cobra hybrid approached him to stand behind him, he let out a soft gasp, feeling the warm breath against his neck. His eyes closed and he bit his lower lip, his neck a sensitive area of his body. “It’s... just right~” he mumbled.

Adam is effortlessly put in a daze every time Sicheng does something minor, be it how he smiles towards him, how a hue kisses his cheeks, or how his eyes twinkle and sway easily with the words he confesses. He drew a slow exhale, his chest and shoulders relaxing as he floated on cloud nine. It was a growing task the more he lingered around, the smaller, soft man, from wanting to squish him to express his desires through that one physical gesture. Finally, snapping out of it, a lopsided grin invited itself into the picture, "I hope I don't leave you dreaming and longing about us too long, I'd rather make it all a reality, if I am honest."

"I thought you would look perfect in it, it does read, Sicheng's apron, no?" Adam hummed contently, closing the distance, and bent his neck so his nose could brush up along the omega's neck. His hot breath tickling his soft skin, as his digits tied the apron around the smaller waist, "Is it tight enough or just right?"

@ᵃ adam chng. “Well, you really are. I always long for your affection and it constantly makes me happy, almost longing for it as we are away from one another and dreaming about it and you~” he confessed with a shy smile on his face.

He watched as Adam got an apron for him and grinned, noticing how cute it was. “I love it. Such pretty colours and cute with the little trim and frills~” the omega mumbled and began putting it on, but then stopped and nodded. “Please? Would you help me?”

@ᵃ son hyunwoo. "Okayie dokie~" He chimed out to the suggestion and followed his friend to the couch, settling down with politeness as if pardoning his intrusion to the couch, his hands found themselves neatly folded on his lap. "I'm not that hungry so you don't have to worry, hyung. But if you want to grab snacks for us, I won't say no. mm...but I'll have some water or juice."

He peeked up at his nervous host, and offered a warm smile, hoping it would bring clouds ready to rain relief on the bear hybrid.

@ᵒ dong sicheng. Adam chuckled softly at the confession, "Never knew one could be good at giving affection, and I am glad to carry that compliment with me." Once the two had stripped out of their outer attire, they were free to roam the apartment and to begin the evening of baking.

Keeping his back turned, he fetched the aprons he boasted about, handing the one he picked for Sicheng; it was a baby blue with a white floral pattern brown polka dot trim at the bottom of the skirt with soft frills. "This one is yours~" In his other hand was a polka brown apron that matched the trim of Sicheng's kitchen clothing, and with a sheepish grin he asked, "Do you need assistance putting it on, princess~?"

@ᵇ goto yutaro. Hyunwoo was pleased when Yutaro returned his hug. He wanted to be near the younger man all the time, and he wished he could touch him more often, but he knew that Yutaro was quite innocent in comparison to himself, and he didn't want to push his special someone too fast. Sometimes he wondered if Yutaro was just naturally affectionate with his friends, and he tried not to read too much into any warmth the younger man might show to him, but he couldn't help but have hope that Yutaro cared for him.

"Why don't we sit down?" Hyunwoo waved his hand, pointing out the couch. "Would you like something to eat or drink. This is an alpha apartment, so there are always plenty of snacks around." Hyunwoo shifted from one foot to the other, anxious to do whatever he could to make Yutaro feel at home.

@ᵃ son hyunwoo. "It's okay, hyung, it's perfectly okay~ It's nice to be missed by someone, so I don't take offense to it." He reassured his friend, laughter bubbling out of him with ease, only for it to become muffled by Hyunwoo's figure. He eagerly returned the hug, feeling warmth pulse throughout his body, just being this close to the alpha, was enough for his secret feelings to remind him of how he felt towards the man, that skinship wasn't just a normal thing he received from him anymore.

He yearned to be touched and to be close to his secret crush, if he could spend the majority of his days by his side, it would feel like the higher-ups had blessed him, and he would be beyond grateful for the strings they pulled to make that happen. "I'll eagerly and patiently wait for the week then. Maybe make something food-related for you as a welcome back."

@ᵇ goto yutaro. "I know I shouldn't be glad that you missed me because I'm the one who wasn't here and made you wonder about me, but I have to say - - I'm glad you missed me." Impulsively, Hyunwoo pulled Yutaro into his arms, hugging him tight, one hand reaching up to his hair, kepping him in his arms a little longer than necessary for a friendly hug."I'll be around a lot this week, so you won't need to worry about me."

@ᵃ son hyunwoo. Yutaro wore a fleece pj hoodie that acted as a short dress, concealing his shorts underneath them. His visage enlightened at the sight of his dear friend, whom he also spent a couple of days pondering about. He didn't hesitate, took the hand in a leap, and snuggled closely to the alpha's broad figure. "It has been way too long, I was worried...when I would see you....I miss you super duper much, this much!" He exclaimed, throwing his arms out to the side, exaggerating his yearning.

@ᵇ goto yutaro. Hyunwoo, having hurriedly cleaned his apartment, jumps when he hears a knock at his front door. Taking a moment to calm himself down, he takes a few deep breaths before he heads over to the door. Opening it, his attempt at nonchalance is ruined when he immediately beams at Yutaro, reaching out to take him hand, encouraging him to come inside. "I'm glad you came, Taro bean. It feels like forever since I've seen you. I've missed you a bunch."

@ᵃ son hyunwoo. Yutaro lightly knocks at your door, swaying on his heels with excitement as he clasps his hands behind his back.

@ᵃ adam chng. “Yes, it is lovely to be able to be this close this fast.” he commented with a small chuckle.

As he heard Adam’s suggestion about being able to cuddle on his couch, his lips curled into a wider smile, heart thumping against his chest at the idea. “That sounds perfect to me. I love being close to you and receiving your affection. You’re so good at giving it~” Sicheng leaned over to hug Adam once more, his eyes softening at the gesture of the kiss on his hand.

The sloth hybrid followed Adam inside of his apartment, also removing his shoes. A soft gasp left his lips as the omega heard the alpha’s confession. “You did? That’s so cute! We’ll look all matchy matchy and romantic together. That’s so thoughtful, Adam~”

@ᵒ dong sicheng. "It's nothing really, I guess there are perks to living in the same building, no~?" He replied, lips lifting into a languid smile.

The alpha squeezed his hand, an act of reassurance and admiration, his dark gaze stealing a quick glimpse of his companion. "Don't worry, Princess. Once we get back to my place, I will shower you with affection and much better to do it while on the couch, don't you think?" He lifted their connected hands, his tiers leaving behind a thank you kiss on his knuckles.

Adam led the way to his apartment, unlocked the door, and slipped out of his shoes to leave behind with the other collection of shoes. "I may have..." He began while scratching at his cheek with his index finger, his back facing the omega. "Gotten us matching aprons for when we bake....So you know we don't get messy." Adam quickly added the last bit, before taking long strides, retreating to the kitchen to hide his slightly flustered visage.

@ᵃ adam chng. As soon as their bodies collided together, the sloth hybrid’s lips curled into a satisfied smile. Sicheng buried his own face in the alpha’s chest, breathing in the other’s scent as his eyes comfortably closed. He rested his hands against Adam’s cooler body, his fingers lightly playing with the fabric of the alpha’s shirt. “Thank you for coming to pick me up~” he whispered softly.

The alpha pulling away from the hug earned a small whine from Sicheng, the omega already missing the alpha’s scent and body closer to his. With courage, his hands slowly dropped from Adam’s shoulders, now lowered to the sloth’s sides. “Mm, okay, that sounds good. Let’s go my dear king~” he replied as he took Adam’s hand and flashed him a charming smile when he heard the compliments. “Thank you! You look very handsome.”

The hug knocked warmth into the alpha's sails, his heart fluttered with affection, and then the fragrance of the omega's shower products tickled his nose, reeling him in closer till the lower half of his face was hiding in the silky, styled locks. Selfishly and more on instinct, he inspired more of this fresh scent that amalgamated with the autumn freshly baked goods pheromones.

Sooner or later, someone had to detach from this act of endearment, or else the plans would never blossom and would remain a dream with bitterness attached. Adam peeled away, feeling Sicheng's warmth lingering on his figure, and there he was, offering a hand with a gentleman smile on display. "Let's get baking, princess~ Mm." His eyes took in the outfit, which was simple but breathtaking. "You look beautiful." Adam said succinctly.

@ᵃ adam chng. After hearing about their upcoming date, Sicheng had decided to take a quick shower to feel all nice and clean and to smell fresh. He had just styled his hair naturally and brushed his teeth, changed in a pair of oversized denims and a simple white tee. As they were going to be staying at home, he also wanted to be comfortable and chill about it.

As he heard the knock on the door, he rushed over, opening it with a grin. He greeted the alpha with a hug, his wallet and phone in his pockets as he was all ready for their lovely date.

@ᵒ dong sicheng. After a quick shopping trip, ensuring the ingredients were safely stored in the storage compartment of his motorcycle, he made his way to pick up Sicheng. Was it silly to pick someone up when you live in the same complex? Mayb,e but he still wanted to do it.

Now carrying the bag of groceries, he took the elevator to the floor of omega's residences and knocked at the door, waiting patiently for someone to answer the door. Adam wasn't dressed in anything fancy, something between lazy and casual; he thought overdressing for a chill date would be overkill. He wore a thin, grey long-sleeve that complimented his muscles and black cargo pants with white stitching popping out against the dark fabric. His bottoms drooped a bit lower, revealing a bit of his hip and the tattoos that decorated his lower half.

Taemin promised his friend of need, Sicheng, to go and help close the gap between him and his crush, anything to make that sweet sloth hybrid happy again. Dressed in one of Jongwon's hoodies, a comfort mechanism since the Feline hybrid was more of an introvert with good masking abilities, despite his chaotic nature and friendliness, he was a worried, anxious wart of interrupting a stranger's day. He bunched the sweater collar in his hand, lifting it to his nose, the pheromones of his alpha intoxicating the older man, soothing the fit of nerves coiling in his stomach.

He double-checked the number on his phone that he got the right apartment, and with a few seconds to think it through, he knocked at the door three times, each one loud and firm.

Only the alpha in rut was around, locked in his mess of a room, the enclosure keeping his pheromones at bay from the rest of the living space and his roommates' bedrooms. Laying out on his bed, staring at the ceiling, his body burning and aching as if a bunch of fire ants had roamed around his frame, biting every centimeter, leaving blistering marks behind. The loud intrusions of those knocks snapped him out of it, pushing himself off the bed as Taemin decided to try again at the door, in the same matter. Why did everyone seem to be bothering the alpha during his rut, the perfect time to be alone and away from the outside life? Did a damn door-to-door salesperson manage to sneak into the complex and was here pestering at his shared apartment?

The agitated alpha groaned, rubbing his hand down his face and over his prickling facial hair, now past the four o'clock stage. Taemin waited at the door. The more time passed, the more he got a hunch that no one was home, but he didn't want to give up without one more knock. The omega had practiced what he would have said before making his way up here, over and over again, ironing out any imperfections or unnecessary bits. Adam's hand gripped the handle firmly, grounded his frustrations into the inanimate object, turning the thing before prying the door open.

Taemin stood attentive, his curled fist stuck mid-air as his eyes met with Adam's eye-bagged sockets; his voice was delayed, "Hey, I was wondering...if...Adam...was...." Taemin's heart dropped, somewhere unknown, past his stomach and feet as panic decided to fill the void of the beating organ instead with an unnerving vibration. Adam was taken aback, he never would have pictured this would be the day he would see his lost mate, and if it weren't for his rut hormones, he would have acted more collected.

Without thinking, Adam closed the distance; he hugged his lost mate so tightly that Taemin was struggling to breathe, his arms opened, not returning the hug. The delirious snake hybrid pressed his face into the crook of Taemin's erogenous area, wishing to drown in the scent of his missed lover only for his body to jolt; there was another scent ruining the palette of the omega. Adam peeled himself back, realization gradually making weight on his shoulders, raining on his parade as he flicked his tongue along his bottom lip.

There was another alpha's scent clinging to his omega, tainting the beautiful man and it was more than enough to tick Adam off. His dark spheres flickered to the sweater, the source of the disgusting smell, and went ahead, trying to yank the thing off of Taemin, who was frozen in the spot, still processing the possibility that he would meet his past lover in the same apartment complex.

Once Adam attempted to strip off his top, Taemin finally cued into the moment and pushed the man away, his own back pressing against the hallway wall. "N-No...I didn't come back for you, I didn't..." The alpha, rejected in a few ways, his features twisted with anger and disgust, soon realizing himself the ordeal of this visit.

"Then why the are you here?" His jaw tensed, his teeth grinding as he waited for the answer, his eyes looking at Taemin with hatred. "To ing rub it in my face, you got some other man's scent all of you. Who is he?!" His voice echoed in the empty hallway, not caring if anyone heard them as he was blinded by rage and his cycle. Taemin pushed further into the wall, wishing it could swallow him away.

"I-I came here for Sicheng....I...didn't know you were..." His voice was weak, struggling to speak loud like the alpha.

"Poking your nose in my business, huh?" Adam rolled his eyes while scoffing, taking a step closer. "So what, you found yourself another alpha? Is this why you left me, ing a man behind my back? Not satisfied with one guy hm~?" The anger poked at Taemin a few times, and he kept quiet, thinking he deserved this for leaving his past partner. Maybe this would heal him and help him move on from the omega to Sicheng. Though his body trembled, the overpowering burnt wood pheromones were making the omega frail, and if the wall weren't there, he would have succumbed to the floor.

"N-No I didn't leave you...for someone else..." He muttered, eyes lingering on their feet as he stepped closer with each punch of words Adam threw. "P-Please let me explain."

"Explain... heh, too late! Go back home to that alpha, disgusting !" He grabbed Taemin by his shoulders only to yank and push him towards the direction of the elevator. Taemin stumbled on his feet and fell to the floor, the impact hard on his knees and hands. The omega remained there, trying to take in slow inhales to settle his trembling physique. "Pathetic of me, thinking you needed time to work on something, that you would return to me. I wasted two years while I watched the news about your music achievements...a ing world tour, and not a single thought of me passed that head of yours, right?" He paced back and forth in front of the opened apartment door, throwing his hands up with a crazed passion, still wanting to beat down the omega with his words.

Taemin curled his fingers to his palms; he had enough; he had to stand his ground despite the anger that oozed off of Adam. He jerked his head, a stern gaze meeting the figure of the pacing man, "I didn't leave you for a man; we weren't working anymore! Y-you didn't want to see that, so I had to leave you! You would have kept a dead relationship going, and we would have just hated each other with passing time, I had to, I had to leave you! For our happiness!" His voice cracked at the end, recalling the letter he left that night with his bags packed up, not saying goodbye before he left Adam's life.

The lingering silence tightened around the omega's throat, strangling any remaining breath out of the enclosed passage as he waited for some reaction. Adam smirked, and his eyes cold, filled with nothing but disgust as he lowered himself to meet Taemin's eye level, his voice hushed, "Guess what....I hate you, are you happy now?" He didn't want an answer and instead headed back inside, slamming the door behind him so that the sound reverberated off the hallway walls.

It took a few minutes for Taemin to pull himself together, a heavy weight pushing on the back of his eyes, wanting to be free but in the comfort of his bedroom, under the sheets, whilst wishing this was all a bad dream. Even better if he could erase it from his memory, all together.

Adam didn't do much while he locked himself in this prison, endlessly lost in his thoughts. Perhaps the things his body needed, like water, food and sleep...and of course, showers. His bedroom was a mess, a clear indicator of a man wallowing in despair and his face riddled with a four o'clock shadow.

What was the day? How many phone calls and texts has he missed on purpose? Was this solitude going to answer his conflicted feelings? Laying, limbs sprawled out till his extremities hanged off the edge.

Then, the silence and his repeated train of thought were interrupted by a knock at the door, and he pushed himself off the bed with a groan. The alpha dragged his legs, as if overused or barely used, and he had forgotten what it was like to walk on them. He answered the door slowly and peeked through the gap to see a familiar face waiting there, "Jaemin?"

He opened the door further, revealing his disheveled appearance in his baggy clothing, "What the...what are you doing here?" At first glance, perhaps it was rude to say that to a friend, but the way his dark, lonely eyes flickered with warmth, he was glad to see a friend to shoo away the loneliness he put himself through.

@ᵃ lee taeyong. “Oh god that’s terrible. I can’t imagine you not cuddling with me for that long! You right then I’m lucky I’m so adorable.” Minhyuk chuckled as he poked Taeyong’s sides. The serious tone of the other gave him chills as he didn’t like that at all, hoping he was joking.

The lion hybrid could feel the other reacting to his words, it made him feel so sensitive, he was just so special to him. Allowing himself just to sniff his smell a little longer, feeling the heat and tension between them, it just made him smile a bit. They never did anything like that yet to gain such a reaction really filled his heart with tingly feelings. His eyes were watching the guy he loved with softness when he took the bowl to the table.

The older one was so excited, the food looked so great in his eyes. He was sitting and smiling happily at him. “I have to say it looked so delicious!” He said warmly before taking two small bowls, adding some of the food to Taeyong’s plate before taking some to his own. holding a full spoon with the chicken and the rice, he was eating it and humming in pleasure. “Wow- this is amazing!” He gasped as he was eating more, looking very happy with the dish.

@ᵃ lee minhyuk. Minhyuk’s request only made Taeyong puff his cheeks, squinting at the former with half-hearted unhappiness. At the teasing question, he quirked a brow and hummed thoughtfully. “I would’ve… not cuddle you for the next three months!” He even crossed his arms to show the seriousness of the statement.

Taeyong’s knees grew weak from the growl, silently thankful that Minhyuk was hugging him or else he would’ve fallen to the ground. He bit his lower lip to prevent any noise from escaping him, feeling heat building deep in his gut from the meaningful confession. He cleared his throat to erase whatever arousal threatened to build—they were in the kitchen for goodness sake—and took the bowl of oyakodon to the dining table.

Setting the dish down, he procured a spoon and handed it to Minhyuk, taking his seat in the chair opposite of the older alpha. He smiled and nodded at the meal, musing, “You eat first. I want to know what you think.”

@ᵃ adam chng. Technically speaking, Lies of P wasn’t a horror game. Sure, it had horror elements, as would most dark souls genre, but it wasn’t labelled as ‘horror’ specifically. Still, it was a game Jaemin liked, and they immediately thought of Adam when they saw it on discount in the local game store.

On a whim, he bought the blu-ray disk. Also impulsively, they visited the alpha’s apartment to hand him the game and watch him play it. They might as well catch up with the guy, right? See what he had been up to and make sure he’s still alive and kicking.

So now, standing before the apartment door, he knocked on the wooden surface three times, calling out. “Adam? You in there? I got something for ya!”

@ᵃ lee taeyong. Minhyuk was hypnotized by the cute pout, kissing his lips right away. “No pouting.” He whispered softly and laughed loud at the little murmur. “What would you do to me if I weren’t adorable?” His voice was full of teasing, it was too hard not to smile.

The older one could feel his words and little touch affected Taeyong, it made him really happy. Feeling his own cheeks turning pink a bit as the other said out loud they might do something after dinner. Trying to focus on the food and not the fact his heart was beating so hard inside his chest. Of course he wanted him, it was his rut now and he wanted him more than ever, his smell was driving him crazy and it didn’t matter at all that both of them were alpha. To his body right now it felt like he was with an omega right now. Trying to keep his hands to himself even when it was hard, wanting to give him all the respect he had for him.

When the younger was letting him small his neck he was almost growling, closing his eyes and forgetting about anything else as he smelled way too good. “Defiantly a snack… a snack I want to eat for the rest of my life.” He confessed and blushed at his own words. “Yeah right- eat- we- let’s eat.” The lion hybrid felt too many emotions right now, but he took a deep breath and sat on the chair, smiling at the guy he loved so much.

@ᵃ lee minhyuk. As Taeyong was guided to look at Minhyuk, he pouted in protest. Yet, he could not maintain his unhappy facade for long, as the other alpha kissed away the frown. He could only glare half-heartedly at the latter and murmur, “You’re lucky you’re adorable.”

A comfortable warmth spread through his chest at Minhyuk’s words, his heart beating just a tad faster. Taeyong inhaled sharply as he felt the teasing touch to his behind, a playful smile on his lips in response to the other alpha’s wink. “After dinner then.” He replied instead, taking the bowl of rice and filling it with the egg and chicken topping.

An amused chuckle left his lips at Minhyuk’s compliment, leaning back against the latter’s chest and tilting his head so the lion hybrid could nuzzle his neck more. “If you mean I smell like a snack, I’m flattered.” He teased, reaching a hand back to ruffle Minhyuk’s hair. “Let’s get this to the table. The sooner we eat, the sooner we can get back to your bedroom.”

@ᵒ dong sicheng. Adam's broad shoulders twisted till his back faced the omega, bottling up his embarrassment and any other emotions that tried to escape through that small opening greedily. Guilt and fear attempted to flee the entrapment when he heard those soft words, the warmth they carried—just like a cozy fire, crackling and wishing to gift visitors warmth and admiration with its blazing flames. The omega carried a heart full of yearning and love, so gentle and pure, and here he was, laying his heart out for the stubborn alpha. On the contrary, Adam was an abandoned room, a fireplace filled with coal so cold to the touch that it would be a miracle if anything could bring a fire to life.

He was too afraid to answer, unsure of what his answer would even be. He pretended he didn't hear and returned to face Sicheng with a brightened expression, grabbing a second bowl of food. Food, something to keep himself silent, but the guilt simmered under the makeshift lid of the bottle, rattling and wishing to be known, loud and proud, but the alpha placed his hand on his thigh, silencing the guilt as he dug his nails into his muscular flesh. Laughter easily roared out of the snake hybrid, his orbs hiding behind the thick curves of lashes, "Ah, I didn't realize, do you often feel sluggish and unable to move? After eating we could take a nap if you wish."

The husky took this opportunity when Sicheng joined him on the floor, rolling on his back to reveal more of the fluffy fur on his stomach, his tailing wagging nonstop. Adam breaks a piece of chicken meat, and hands it over to his guest. "You can tell him to do tricks too, like sit, paw, spin, speak~"

@ᵃ lee taeyong. To see him keep blushing over the nickname only made him want to keep teasing him. “You are just adorable my love.” He chuckled lightly, cupping his cheeks softly. “My little princess.” He said again and pressed a soft kiss over his lips.
