@☆ Yifan "Well every artist has their own interpretation of beauty." Chinhwa stated, gathering her hair behind her head and pulling it up, fastening it into a messy bun. "But here's the thing, it's whether you like it that matters, and if people can't accept that, then they're not worth showing your art to. Make sense?" She raised a dark brow at Kris, her lips falling into a frown

"Oh, well uhhhh." She shifted her gaze to the ground for a moment before meeting Kris' eyes once more. "My mother taught my sister, my brother, and I how to draw when we were kids. We first learned basic shapes and so on. Actually, one of the first main things we learned how to draw was the city skyline." She explained. "I've been drawing most of my life and my earlier drawings were much worse." Picking up her sketchbook, Chinhwa flipped back to one of the first pages, which had a lopsided skyline with lots of marks through and such, signifying her mistakes. "As for what I was thinking, I was thinking of my family. I haven't seen them in over 5 years."

It was nice to share her passion with somebody, especially since her passion connected with the subject she hadn't spoken about since that day in the forest, 5 years ago.

@☆ Yifan (haha really? XD that's awesome :D)

"Oh, sure. Go ahead." Chinhwa nodded, bending down and grabbing her sketchbook off the ground, holding it up slightly as he took pictures. "Well I don't mind doing it, so your welcome ahead of time I guess." She let out a soft chuckle, shrugging her shoulders. "I can do that. Trust me, I've had more than my fair share of failures while learning too."

"Oh, cool." She nodded again with a small smile. "Are you sure about that, Kris?" Chinhwa raised a brow, tilting her head to the side slightly. Nobody's drawings could be that bad. Everyone had their own definition of beauty, so in all honesty, nothing was ever truly ugly because everything was actually beautiful. All it takes to see it is an open mind and the expectation of seeing something different.

@☆ Yifan (lol yeaaaah, had a quick fail. I roleplay Lee Chinhwa a lot so it's sometimes a pain to keep them all straight. Usually I make her a sketch artist or a photographer~ >.<)

"Which is?" The girl raised a brow at the dark haired male, blinking her eyes a few times, receiving only silence as a response. Was it really that bad and he was just trying to make her feel better? Or was he truly being honest with her and just didn't know what else to say? "Oh sure. Either is fine. I don't mind teaching you." She nodded her head. It would be nice to show someone how to draw like her. That way she could at least be remembered by somebody.

"Yeah, I am. Mostly freelance stuff though, nothing big and fancy." Chinhwa explained briefly. She wasn't lying. Mostly she'd take pictures of things that really caught her difficult eye and sometimes send them in to people. She worked on her mostly and really didn't have a boss. She had clients, but not really a boss. Nodding her head once again, a small smile appeared on her pink lips. "Ah, so you appreciate the arts too then. I bet yours are fine too, maybe you're just being too hard on yourself."

@☆ Yifan (that funny moment where I look at my profile and see that I made chinhwa a photographer too XD)

"Oh no. It's alright." Chinhwa nodded with a light smile, releasing her tight grip on her sketchbook. "I just thought I had bothered you somehow and you were coming over here to say something else." She shook her head, tossing her darkish hair around. "I don't mind if you look at it, but it's not that great."

Chinhwa carefully set down the sketchbook on the ground beside her, slowly reaching her hand out and taking Kris's, using it to stand. "I'm Chinhwa, it's nice to meet you. I'm a photographer too, but I spend most of my free time out here drawing." She introduced.

@☆ Yifan Chinhwa continued to shade in her drawing, unaware of the shadow of a dark haired male not far from her. She was soon startled slightly by a voice, her body jumping slightly in surprise. "Oh um, hello." She stammered out, holding her sketchbook against her small chest, nibbling her bottom lip nervously.

Had she interrupted him? Wait, that wasn't it. She had been almost silent the entire time she'd been here today. Her eyes made their way down from the dark haired boy's hair to his feet in a quick look, her eyes capturing a camera. Ah, so he was a photographer of some trade? Or did he just take pictures for fun? Hmmmm~
Chinhwa kept her eyes on the tall made, not caring that she was still sitting on the ground in the middle of a park. The guy wasn't half bad looking either, but then again, looks could be deceiving, especially in the world today. Ahh the art of deception and emotional manipulation.

@☆ Yifan Chinhwa took in a deep breath, filling her lungs with the air she had been breathing for how long now? 18 years? Well, it could have been stopped at 13 years about 5 years ago...but she didn't feel like thinking about that right now. If she did, she'd end up crying. And that was the last thing she wanted right now. Especially in public. She'd hate to show her feelings to the people here. She didn't know a single one of them anyway.

Continuing to scribble out the skyline from her place in the middle of the grassy park that was slowly emptying, sunset approaching and more and more kids and their parents leaving for home to cook dinner, take showers or baths, and go to bed, hopefully dreaming of good things. And since that day 5 years ago, Chinhwa hadn't been able to do that. She had no parents and no remaining family except her brother, who was nowhere to be found. She's been searching for him, but to no avail. And as far as she knew, he hadn't turned up nearby or anything. Just her luck.

Pulling out a thicker leaded pencil, Chinhwa began to darken in some of her lines, shading in different areas to make the trees, sky, and buildings look more lifelike. This was her outlet, her way of keeping her dark thoughts at bay and keeping those tears from coming back. This was her escape from the dark reality she had to live through every day.
(hope it's okay.)

@☆ Jiyeon ( jiyeon stole that young v-card tho. )

The clock that hung mockingly on the gray walls ticked as time passed by. The longer, thinner black line indicated it was but a minute away from Myungsoo's clock out time. Leaning against his boss' desk, Myungsoo's eyes were fixated on the framed picture nested between multiple files and papers. The image depicted was a slender woman, no younger than 25, and a small child in her arms. The young girl resembled the older from the almond shaped eyes to her small pink lips. Myungsoo felt his lips curve into an upward smile before his boss spoke, breaking the trance he had been entrapped in.
"She's beautiful, ain't she? That's Soyeon...and my little girl Ji Hae.", his boss informed him, he as well following Myungsoo's attention to the two. Biting his lower lip, Myungsoo broke contact with the picture and lowered his head, wondering as to why he had been called in seconds before he was meant to be off. A mother, and a daughter. Family, sharing the same blood. His boss noticed the hinted sorrow in Myungsoo's eyes and subtly asked, resting his elbows on the desk.
"What about you?", he asked.
Myungsoo mustered the feelings of regret that began to resurface and collected himself before backing away from his boss.
"Listen, it's time for me to check out, I gotta get home. To Bella.", he replied, reverting to his monotone way of speaking. His boss nodded, handing him his paycheck, and allowed him to leave. Myungsoo had forgotten his workplace had begun paying in checks now and that employees were responsible for picking them up at the end of each week. His boss had observed him well then, knowing Myungsoo, he wasn't one to exactly show interest in his work; even when it involved money.

Exiting the workplace, Myungsoo began walking at a quicker paste then usual, considering he had lost time due to the meeting; checking his watch to ensure he had enough time to make it to the station before the last train could depart. A party. Myungsoo heard the washed out sounds of music and mingling despite it being so late. Paying no way to the speed of his walking, nor what was in front of him, Myungsoo continued whilst making a mental 'to-do' list. He teased the vague line of reality and thought to the point of daze, causing an unexpected encounter with another going in the opposite direction. Before he could stop, Myungsoo ran into a girl; young in appearance but most likely mature in age. Dropping the envelope containing his pay, Myungsoo's eyes widened as he looked to find the girl was in no consideration either, but was instead facing down; small cries escaping her muffled lips as what appeared to be tears dampened her cheeks. He blinked once, then twice, before putting thought into whether he should engage her or not. Feeling a gust of wind on the back of his neck, Myungsoo watched as the girl's hair flailed against it and spoke directly,
"Um...are you alright? Ma'am?".
