✦ River's rest
River's Rest is a small settlement with a hot spring spa that lies somewhat near the end of the mountain's large waterfall. Bathing in this spring is said to cleanse one physically and spiritually to a degree. People with corrupted spirits or wounded hearts were said to be brought here and submerged in its water to temporarily restore themselves to their normal selves, so long as they stay in the river's water. The settlement is mostly farmland and surrounded by safer hunting grounds that lead up to the Tchari Thicket.
