they say don't make the same mistakes twice - but yet here he is, making the same lovely, forbidden and whirlwind of a mistake time and time again. the thought fuels ning's ego and she couldn't help but chuckle as she came by - the bell to the diner dinging chirpily as her orbs dark as they may search the interior. and there he is, sitting like the good puppy he is, all pliant and obedient as ever. this causes the pride in the young woman to grow even more.
it's a toxic trait of hers- she couldn't help it. toying around with him because he's such a good prey, such a good person to have her myriad of pleasure and blissful temptations with. the male accepted yizhuo for who she is. she had to admit that she could've seen jiwoong as the one that got away - she's not dumb by any means. but - would she ever admit to it. never. a small smirk graced her roseated, gloss-coated lips as she struts into the diner as if she owned it.
knowing ning, she owned anything she touched. .she just had that wave of confidence in her that couldn't be knocked down by anyone, even in the face of rejection - albeit that was something that never happened. and if it did, clearly they didn't worth an ounce of her precious time for her to remember such an atrocity.
"woong-ah~" her voice is a low purr as she flashes a soft smile his way, eyes lidded with makeup to match her fit, her little skirt fluttering with her skips as she chuckles and slide herself shamelessly into the male's awaiting lap. arms slinging around his neck and hooking herself in and up against him. the vape she had smelled of raspberries and she knew it would be sweet, dizzying and intoxicating all the same. she couldn't help but hum softly as she her lips. ignoring the fact that the male did pull her chair out but instead - as soon as he sat back down, she was all up in his personal space.
that's something, ning had no barriers about - with jiwoong at least, because, he allowed it. at least she's sure that it's consented. that much she knows. "you look exhausted, baby. are you?" her brows pinched forth, furrowing a bit as her lips pulled into a small frown, her eyes roaming his handsome features, a hand gliding to brush a strand away from his forehead as she leans in and press a soft kiss to his lips. her eyes twinkling in wicked mischief and amusement. her lips part as her tongue glides out to brush against the seam of his succulent pair as she breathes him in.
"you're so handsome, my love. such a good boy you are, but yes. I'm starving. what are you in the mood for?" with that, she chirpily added with a bounce from jiwoong's lap, gliding over to the chair he so graciously tugged out for her. chivalry was never dead when she was with her ex-lover. a trait that she loved dearly from him - but it was yet another thing that she took pride in never admitting loudly.
@โงห n. yizhuo jiwoong sat in the booth of the diner, nimble fingers wrapped around a warm mug of lemon tea, mindlessly swirling the content as he stares into it, deep in thought. he barely noticed the taste; his mind was even more of a swirl of conflicting thoughts, each one more confused than the last.
tonight was unusually colder than usual. he seemed to be on edge, and some of the patrons in the diner probably noticed it too. the corner of his eye kept drifting towards the door, waiting for her.
yizhuo. that name alone had a weight, a familiarity that felt like a comfortable ache. he'd remembered to change her name in his phone: ningning. just that, as if to neutralise the mistake he's about to do, a play pretend that nothing had ever happened, even though he knows damn well that wasn't the case.
it had been months—no, longer—since they’d broken up. but it always seemed like she knew exactly how to twist his heart in knots, pull him back in with those sweet words and that tone in her texts. “i’m bored,” she’d say and some “have to see you, i want entertainment,” were all it'd take before the texts start to smell an awful lot like the strong, dizzying chanel perfume he'd gifted her. ... it wasn’t the first time she’d come back around. he wished her to be easier to dismiss, but she simply isn't.
the bell above the door jingled, and jiwoong stiffened, even before he saw her.
"ning." his voice is soft as he greets, unbroken. ... just yet. he could've commented on how she really took her time getting there, but it died in his tongue when he pulls out a chair for her, as if on autopilot. "hungry? let's order up."
@โงห j. wonwoo "Hmm that I can't good try though." Eunbi looked out the window though the whole ride remembering the good old days while also keeping an eye out on the twins. She was honestly only a little shocked about how comfortable this all is. She was shocked however about wanting more times like this. "Thank you." She said as he help her into the wheelchair once they arrived.
Kotori barked once more hopping off of the car then onto Eunbi lap going into her work mood. She glanced at the twins making sure they are behaving then smiled as they are talking in excitement. "I know lo-Wonwoo I know, but you know I would never deny the twins an outing with their dad. I'm not that evil." She answered looking up at him before quickly looking away.
@โงห l. eunbi wonwoo took a quiet breath before he chuckled as he watched eunbi instructed the dog to settle in back. "well can't blame a man for trying." he replied with a small smirk. the drive to the restaurant was filled with a quiet moments, the small chatters of the twins in the back got the situation warmer. as they arrived, wonwoo parked close to the entrance. he stepped out , then moved to open eunbi's door, took out the wheelchair first before he carefully assisted her into it, making sure she was comfortable.
once she was good, he went to the twins, and set them out of the baby's seat. wonwoo then look at kotori, with a small smile. "all set kotori." he said , gesturing towards the twins with a grin. straightening up, wonwoo placed his hand on the back if eunbi's wheelchair and began to guide them inside. "you know, it means a lot to me right now. " he glanced down at her. "thank you again, love."
@โงห j. wonwoo She shook her head mainly to shake off memories she want to forget. "Still a thank is a thank what kind of example will I be setting for those two if I didn't." The way her face dropped into a frown before putting on a bittersweet smiled. "The one thing I wanted was ruin already." She was slightly surprised to see the car seats as she was prepared to take them out of her own car. She watched to make sure the kids were put in correctly before blinking at his reaction towards her dog. "Sweettalking will not work to get back in my good book sir." Sweet Kotori her Pomeranian service dog looked so confused since she's use to being in front with Eunbi. "It's OK go into the back for now." Eunbi said then Kotori hopped into the seat.
@โงห l. seungyeon wonwoo shook his head and rubbed the back of his neck with a smile. "you don't have to thank me. you deserve everything in this world, honestly," he mumbled under his breath, letting out a soft sigh afterward. after placing the kids in their seats—ones he had bought in advance—he glanced at the dog for a few seconds before turning to her. "let me help you inside first." carefully, he lifted her from the wheelchair and gently placed her in the passenger seat. as he pulled the seatbelt across her, he leaned in closer, his eyes softening as they met hers. "you’re really beautiful," he murmured, his voice sincere. "i don’t think i’ll ever get used to seeing you like this." he smiled, letting the seatbelt click into place, and lingered for a moment longer, taking in her face before pulling away. after closing the door, he gestured to the dog. "get in," he commanded, motioning toward the backseat.
@โงห j. wonwoo All she could do was smiled at what she was seeing. She was happy as long as her babies were after all. "Hmm." She rolled over her new service dog walking right beside her. It was sad that her old one she had since a little bit after being adopted passed away due to old age. "You both remember to say thanks good job." She said before tilting her head in confusion at the flowers; however she took a hold of it. "White lilies." She smiled before remembering the flower meaning. "Clever very clever. Thank you for the flowers though you really didn't have to get us anything."
@โงห l. seungyeon "appa!!" the sudden calls out makes wonwoo looks up from his phone and smiles growing on his lips, as he kept his phone inside his hoodie's pocket, open his arms towards the two munchkins as they got into a hug ; pulling away as he pecks the top of their heads, he stands up and turned to look at the mother. "oh wait, appa got something for you both." he opens the car's door and took out the fox plushies and hand it over towards his twins. "for you both, my babydeuls." they giggled happily while saying thanks and wonwoo took out the small bouquet of the white lilies right after as he hand it over to her. "and this is for you."
@โงห j. wonwoo She sighed not sure how to feel about this dinner-yes her kids are obviously excited to see their father; however she's have mixed feelings. It was only half an ten minutes before the meeting time when she got the twins, and herself dressed barely finishing when she got the text. She got everything she needed locking the door behind while the twins ran towards their dad.
@โงห l. seungyeon wonwoo prepared two small fox plushies for his twins and of course, a small bouquet of white lilies for his — the mother of his children. he doesn't know what to called her. after he left her a few days before the wedding, because of his naval duties, wonwoo did regret it a lot, but he knows he needs to cherish all the times they had before. he reached their house building and waits outside. he took out his phone and texted her that he was already in front of their house.
