yizhuo has been and always been a loner, an outcast of sorts. she was the type to go on her own and go at her own pace and beat. she never cared for company, no did she ever want company as much - unless it was for something along the lines of hitting a line, smoking a joint here and there, or going out for drinks. she knew a lot of people from the wrong walks in life, at the race tracks, she met a lot of these persons day in and day out - although, majority of them come lurking around at night. since events did take place during the night period.
it's why yizhuo found herself walking along the edge of the lake, admiring the pristine waters as ripples were made from the swans roaming around. usually, she would bring bread crumbs or biscuit crumbs and throw for them - but today, she came empty-handed. school was a pain in her today, she ended up bumping into someone she necessarily didn't care to - an enemy of sorts. someone from her past whom she wanted to leave them there - in the past. ning wasn't the type to drag up old problems from her life back in china and bring it to Korea in haepung. her new life, a new walk on the road that she built all for herself.
as she looked around the area, her eyes suddenly found a way to settle on the view before her, a vape in her hand as she took a long, deep pull and blew out the vape smoke before seeing the pretty motions of the puffs filling the air. the scent of raspberry and citrus soothing the area around her, soothing ning effectively and calming her nerves as it works its way down her body and into her blood stream. eyes slipping shut as she takes a deep breath as she laid back against the luscious grass. her skirt billowed around her lap with the wind and her clothing was more on the airy and light side which was perfect, as her eyes slip shut when the sunlight grazed over her features.
only for that to be interrupted by a little tap. causing ning to peek open an eye and glance around with furrowed brows, vape midway to her lips as she breathes out. not expecting anyone to be around close by and worse yet - bother her. eliciting a soft huff, she glances at the whiteboard, wondering what the fu- only for her eyes to widen, brows furrow, eyes squinting at the writing and then flickering up to meet the curious girl that's hovering over her. ning's brow raises a little and she her head to the side before pursing her lips out and humming under her breath as she felt a twinge of sympathy for the girl - since she after all, cannot speak.
ning isn't heartless by any means, but she just couldn't believe she's her sister, even though, upon looking further she noticed a picture dangling in the girl's hand and ning isn't blind by any means, she can tell that looks like her from this angle. reaching out, wordlessly, she tugs on it and scoffs under her breath. "so... my mom was a indeed after all. no wonder she allowed a man to come and have his ing way with me. makes much sense.... apologies... miaoyi is it? how old are you?" ning mumbles, patting the spot next to her and beckoning the girl over, if this girl was telling the truth, she didn't wish to be rude, nor is ning a to someone who's undeserving. so tucking her vape away, she welcomes the young female to sit with her for a chat - as best as ning could provide her attention for the girl, pretty as she may be - ning was still a little skeptical and wondering just how she got that photo. giving it a tap, her eyes find miaoyi's curiously, "where you got this?"
@โงห n. yizhuo It was early in the morning when Miaoyi woke up to get ready for the day. The sun had just risen when she got out of bed to wash up before getting dressed. The mute decided to wear blue jeans with a simple top of a design of a cat on it. She quickly yet carefully checked her bag making sure she got everything she needed before grabbing her pink jacket and slipping on her white tennis shoes locking the door behind her.
She put on one of her wireless Bluetooth earbuds while listening to music as she makes her way to the lake like she always does once a week to reset herself. The water had always been the one friend that was always there for her since she was young. Miaoyi smiled in peaceful bliss as she sat down placing her bag right beside her just looking out at the lake.
A few minutes later she notices someone that seems off all she could do was stare at the person. The lightbulb moment went off after about ten more minutes or so. Miaoyi reached for something in her bag taking out a picture looking back and forth between the picture and the person to confirm. The person was indeed her half-sister from her mom- Yizhuo. Miaoyi herself never did care if she ever met her half-sisters or not but seeing one of them in front of her made her wonder if she should reach out.
She took out a mini whiteboard writing “Hi My name is Miaoyi I’m your half-sister. We have the same mother. Sorry for not talking I’m a mute.” She then walked over to the other tapping her on the shoulder holding up the whiteboard and Yizhuo picture. Miaoyi might not have known her birth parents, but it doesn’t mean it was her half-sister's fault for any of it. The mute had no idea why she even decided to reach out in the first place. It was just a whim; however maybe just maybe a little part of her was curious about how their life turned out to be. Yizhuo might not even know about her, might just flat out not want Miaoyi in her life at all. Miaoyi was fine with that after all until today they never once met or talked to each other-they can forget this happen, but if Yizuho wants her to keep reaching out then maybe down the line tey can be good friends/sisters.
