@- ❛ ʀ ❜:mint ainsworth。⁰² mint knew exactly what he liked, and mal had to bite his tongue. he was a young adult after all, and the way mint made him feel in that moment went beyond some butterflies in his stomach. he felt as though he was set on fire, and for mint, he would gladly burn. he breathed out almost frustrated when their kiss ended, but he knew better than to express his very censored thoughts in public. those might cast away whatever confident demon possessed mint for a while, and mal wanted to enjoy mint’s confidence for longer. perhaps this version of mint made him a little more impatient, and definitely less childish. even if he did get excited over food, he only did so to forget about the smooth duality transition that mint just pulled on him to adjust to his own mood.

mal dug his own grave at this point. he spaced out so badly, he did not realise mint was speaking to him until he lifted a fork with food in front of him. mal’s eyes crossed to see the piece of cake, it was an involuntary reaction that ended up being quite cute. he smiled at mint, and opened his mouth to take the bite of cake. he hummed, a spark of excitement bloomed inside of him again. “merlin’s beard! what is this witchcraft? this is amazing! here, try it!” mal took a very big piece on his fork and shoved it in front of mint. he was definitely less elegant and less patient.

@- ❛ ʀ ❜:maël clair。⁰² There was an amused smile on Mint's lips as he looked at Maël, his head slightly tilted. He could see that the other had been taken aback by his sudden confidence but not in a bad way. He also noticed that Maël was looking at his lips and usually it would make him shy but right now it felt nice and good. his lips he let the other touch his chin, looking at him with confidence. He liked when Maël got so bold as well, they fit very well. "You are hot when you speak french," he mumbled, a shiver going through his body. The moment the waiter came Maël separated, however Mint instead just looked at him. Without hesitation he pulled Maël a little closer, kissing his lips for a long moment. He loved how they felt against his and how they felt much more like any kind of spring than the blooming flowers outside could ever make him feel. Maël was his spring.

"It definitely looks good," Mint then said and looked at the food, chuckling softly. "It smells nice too," he hummed and put the cakes in between them so they could eat from both pieces. "I hope they are to your ." He chuckled at how excited Maël was and it filled him with even more happiness. Seeing how the other had reacted and just turned into this excited person was adorable - they really were good with changing the mood. But it was just who they were. "Open up," he said and put some cake on the fork, holding it out for Maël.

@- ❛ ʀ ❜:mint ainsworth。⁰² ( SH ) given mint’s shyness, his sudden bold gestures took mal by surprise sometimes. he was used to waves of confidence from mint, he would lie if he did not admit they made mint quite y. but when mint pushed away his shyness for seconds at the time, mal would always blink rapidly or stare for a long time. he blinked this time, he will not let mint get away with it. “it is not what I meant,” the tone in his voice lowered, his eyes followed his pretty lips – the ones that touched his not long ago. he grabbed mint’s chin, and touched his lips with his thumb softly. he was glad the table was not big, which meant this proximity was quite easy to achieve. “ma lumière des étoiles, you do not need colour to see yourself the way I do,” he smiled, maybe finally realising the gravity of the words he spoke, he saw mint unfiltered, despite his intense feelings for him. he was beautiful on his own, without mal’s artistry. sometimes it was hard to believe people did not line up to worship mint.

mal will take that mission gladly – worship him in all his being. and he did, even if he did not always voice it out. the way he loved his body should have been proof enough – mint made him experience a divine awakening every time he moved. mal leaned in, closing the space between them shortly, smiling against mint’s lips. the waiter made mal lean back, he thanked them as well. he got slightly distracted by the food, and a little too excited. “this looks great!” he was in full-on child mode again, he even kicked his feet under the table to express his excitement. he even got a little dizzy from the sudden mood swing, but it was something mal experienced on a daily. and it certainly was something mint got to witness more than anyone else.

@- ❛ ʀ ❜:maël clair。⁰² Feeling Maël’s eyes on him only made Mint even more shy. He could feel his ears turn red and it was embarrassing. He should be used by Maël staring at him by now yet he would probably never get used to it. No matter how often and how long the other stared at him, he would never get used to it – however it didn’t mean he disliked it. He knew Maël enjoyed looking at him and it made his heart flutter. Whenever Maël’s eyes were on it: Mint liked it. Maël staring usually meant something positive and in the beginning Mint hadn’t known but now he knew. For a long moment Mint stared back at the other, his heart fluttering in his chest like a thousand butterflies escaping and touching him briefly, one after another. Mint was already so familiar with this feeling. Something only Maël caused in him, at least to this extend.

“Sht,” Mint said and leaned forward, pressing a short kiss to the other’s lips, a small smile appearing on his own pretty ones. “You know I can’t, I’m lacking the colour for it but I can look at you and that is more than enough to me.” He could see how Maël was treating him, how Maël looked at him and that was enough, it had to be enough. It made him excited and happy and sometimes he wondered what Maël saw when he looked at him. Because Mint surely didn’t have that same expression when he looked into the mirror – however he had a pretty similar one when he looked at Maël so they probably just felt the same. The same. Love. Or at least Mint knew that he felt deep, romantic love for Maël. Sometimes he was sure the other felt the same but other times he didn’t even date to believe it. He looked up when the waiter brought their order and he smiled brightly, thanking them.

@- ❛ ʀ ❜:mint ainsworth。⁰² he was certainly staring now – if he was not already doing so before – tracing all those little things that made mint so beautiful. the moles on his face, the patches of skin that were not smooth, those little features that reminded him he was truly flawless – the sharp jawline, and prominent neck veins. the sharp nose, and pretty eyes – but his favourite will always be his lips. full, and sometimes accompanied by bunny teeth or a little smile. he liked it when he got shy, because it reminded him how pure mint was. no matter what mal did to him, said to him, asked him to do – in his eyes, mint will always be innocent. an innocence he wanted to cherish, to immortalise in a picture or a painting. he could spend ages looking at him, and he would never feel like it was enough – his thoughts often distracted him, he could never fully take him in without being interrupted –

by the shattered light on his chin, the reflection of the vase multiplied on his skin, embedded in his skin. like crystals – he was made of precious stones, and maybe he belonged with divine forces. mal was certain he had wings at some point, they were cut – maybe so he can be here in this boring café, where everything paled at his beauty. because in his eyes, nothing will outshine him. he wished he could say those words without losing his tongue or mind halfway, his eyes could only convey that much. but he tried once in a while to put his words on a piece of paper. “you are an artwork by yourself, mint,” it was sincere. clearly his eyes and mind did not catch up, his breath tried to be there – stuck in-between words, and his lips. “I wish you could see yourself the way I see you,” he smiled, words that were easy to say, and did not have any deep meaning to mal. but they told a thousand words of love mal never spoke before.

@- ❛ ʀ ❜:maël clair。⁰² A soft chuckle left Mint’s lips and he shook his head a bit. He surely was not underestimating his own looks. Mint knew he was surely not ugly, his genes were quite handsome – he might not know how his parents looked, however he could see himself in a mirror and he did look quite okay. However everytime Mal or one of the others gave him one of their many compliments, he felt shy and like he did not deserve them. They did deserve them for sure though. All of them were so damn beautiful and especially the man right in front of him just looked like a stunning artwork. Sometimes it was so mesmerizing that it took Mint’s breath away and it was hard to breathe. But honestly, he would give all the air if it meant he could be close to the other.

“I am pretty sure it is not artistically perfect,” Mint said shyly and shook his head. He brushed over Mal’s hand and looked at him, his cheeks a little red from the compliments. “I… no.” He huffed, now feeling none of the confidence he usually had. Most times though. He believed Mal though, he was sure the other had checked it and he had seen Mal draw, not only the others but also himself, and everytime he saw the other’s artwork it made his chest flutter. It was as stunning as the man in front of him and it fascinated Mint. It was beautiful. “Your artwork however is amazing, you should show it to me more often,” he then hummed, a warm smile on his lips. “I love whenever you show it to me. Or use me as a canvas.” He chuckled – it was the truth. It felt nice. Like Mal was making him part of his art.
- ❛ ʀ ❜:maël clair。⁰² 3 years ago
@- ❛ ʀ ❜:mint ainsworth。⁰² of course mal knew he was making mint nervous – maybe that was his intention all along, maybe not. it still amazed him how after all this time mint did not get used to his advances, at the same time he hoped he will never get used to them. he was somewhat aware how love-struck he looked in this moment – eyes longing for mint even when he looked away, hanging onto every word he said as if it could change the world. and it surely could – it could change mal’s world. sometimes, it moved according to mint’s wishes – greens and purples, some pinks and a lot of scents. mint has always smelled so good – always different, yet familiar all the same. it felt as though he was permanently walking around with a garden, it was a comfort mal fell into many times. he liked holding him, and he liked being held by him – his heart did its obligatory skip at the thought, he ignored it as always.

he bit his lower lip in contemplation, a force of habit – he was searching for words, because there were too many running around inside his mind. when mint turned down the compliment, mal was not surprised. no matter how many times he would say it, there has always been something inside mint that denied it. mal tried to say it as often as he could, in hopes that one day mint will accept it. “you underestimate how pretty you are again, mint,” mal smiled, and waited for mint to give the waiter the order before touching him again. he touched his hand, because it was easier to reach it and maybe more appropriate for comfort. “do you know that your side profile is artistically perfect? proportion and all. as a certified artist, my word is the truth,” mal smiled brightly, he was very honest – the amount of time he spent drawing mint taught him that a perfect side profile does exist. and mint was the proud owner of it.

@- ❛ ʀ ❜:maël clair。⁰² Watching Maël back he tilted his head a little bit. The other’s beautiful eyes on him made Mint a little shy, like he was a beautiful masterpiece he had yet to discover himself. He gently looked at the other’s hand that was holding his and smiled, feeling warm and safe with him. Like he was the only person Maël was giving attention to, the only person the other saw right now. And he was pretty sure that was exactly the case at the moment. “Yeah, you staring at me right now makes me gay panic a bit too,” he mumbled and brushed a stray stand behind his ear. The tip had gotten red, his cheeks not blushing but his ears.

“Ugh, you really like to see me suffer, huh?” Mint huffed as he heard Maël’s wish for making him end up panicking more often. It was a hilarious view, Mint all fidgety and nervous and his cheeks probably bright red from how nervous he was. He often even ended up stumbling over his own words and Maël knew that very well and clearly enjoyed it too. He then tilted his head a little bit. “You think so?” Mint asked a little surprised when Maël said that he was sure Eleazar would like to go out with him. “I hope you are right.” Because he was always a little awkward around people that were not Maël and he was pretty sure it was not a secret around school or anywhere else. He chuckled and shook his head a bit. “Maël, you are the one they would take home, not me,” he said and smiled amused. He felt his cheeks heat up a bit. A doll? He definitely did not look like a doll, he was not that pretty. Surely, he was not ugly but that handsome? No, definitely not. He looked at the number and then smiled. “Yeah, it is my birth day number. You remembered,” he hummed and looked at Maël. He never really cared about that number though, however he did remember Maël’s birthday. He turned to the waiter who had noticed them looking, asking for their orders and so Mint ordered, a smile on his lips and a thank you for the waiter.

@- ❛ ʀ ❜:mint ainsworth。⁰² mal always took his time watching him, maybe that was why he was familiar with the subtle changes in his face. he could easily tell when he was sad, even if he was hiding it. it was that type of adoration – for mint, he was able to control his tendency to space out and really take him in. of course, it took him quite a while to not get distracted by how beautiful he was. everything about him – sometimes mal wondered if he was real, he seemed like a pretty dream. one that mal wanted to have every single night and day, one that he did not want to let go of. leaving him behind has never been an option, he smiled at how ridiculous that idea sounded. he took mint’s hand, and held it in his own to warm it up – or to show his possessiveness.

“you really do,” mal answered, and touched mint’s cheek that changed its colour because of the sudden proximity. he wondered how he did not get used to it in so long, but maybe there were things mal did not have to know. he only understood that it was mint’s way of showing him that feeling he did not want to name. and mal felt it – he really did, and it scared him senselessly. “it is very cute to see you crumble down in embarrassment, it explains why I want to make you panic often,” he chuckled, it sounded more evil than it actually was. he cared for mint, he would never deliberately hurt him. “you should. I am sure eleazar would love to go out with you,” he said with a smile, no flicker of jealousy in his eyes. there was none required. “and I will not leave you here, please. some weird person will take you home because you are so pretty. they will think you are a doll!” he shook his head and then he let go of mint’s hand, and looked around to check if they still had waiters around. sometimes they did, but only when it was too full. not today. “you can go order for table…” mal looked at the number glued on the table. “twenty-five. hey, your birth day!”

@- ❛ ʀ ❜:maël clair。⁰² ( H ) The look in Maël’s eyes was so beautiful and Mint could not describe it, ever. It held so many emotions and Mint felt like he was the only person that existed right in that moment. The only person right here right now and it made his heart beat so very fast. It was hard to take in as he had never been looked at this by anyone ever before. Maël looked at him like he was about to give him the world – or maybe Mint was just imagining it. He surely was imagining it but it made him feel so special. With Maël he always felt special and it was so easy for the other to make him all happy and giddy inside. Gently Mint reached out for Maël’s hand and squeezed it, smiling at him. He did not need to see Maël in colours for him to be all vibrant and warm. Just in that moment Maël reached to touch Mint’s cheek, poking it and he chuckled. They probably had had the same thought.

“It was a little romantic, yeah,” Mint said, blushing a bit and looking at him. “You know I gay panic sometimes when you get romantic and flirty with me.” He chuckled a little bit, looking at Maël with his slightly red cheeks. It was one of the things he was not too proud of sometimes, how he got all gay panicky around Maël from time to time, a little easily overwhelmed but with Maël it probably was no surprise. The other was just too amazing, to perfect. “Mhhh maybe I will,” he , however he rarely ever took someone on a date. The only one he took out to dates was usually Maël, but maybe it would be nice to go out with Eleazar too, he liked spending time with him after all. The next words made him kick the other’s chin slightly and carefully, just a nudge, but still. “Yah! Don’t leave me here. You know I’m not doing well with new places when I’m left alone.” He whined and looked at the other. “Just making sure I’m picking something new!” He huffed and then chosen something for them. “Okay, should I go and order or will they pick up our order?” Mint asked, always a little unsure how places handled their service.

@- ❛ ʀ ❜:mint ainsworth。⁰² the rose next to mint’s face was blooming even more – maybe because it was so close to him. mal found himself staring helplessly at him, the pain in his chest getting a little out of hand – his heart was pounding against his ribcage, a feeling he has had before but could not describe. with him, and with a few others – but it always took him by surprise, always made him a little dizzy. he was so absolutely beautiful, he could not believe his eyes sometimes – and as he stared at him, he trailed off. he often did look at him like that, as if he was the only one there – and he was, for mal anyways. even if he was blurred by bits of colour or flowers or mint, he was still visible. and mal saw all of him, heard him, and wanted to touch him desperately.

he reached his hand out to touch mint’s soft cheek, poking it with a lost smile on his lips. “yes, they really do,” he answered after a while, then leaned back in his chair to stop himself from staring again, it would get a little annoying – especially with how much he still wanted to do. “come on! how did that sound bad? I thought it sounded kind of romantic,” in his standards anyways. letting himself get lost in every little detail of eleazar’s face was something he would do in a dark corner! he thought el’s eyes were brighter in the dark, they showed mal stars he really wanted to touch. “tsk, you take him somewhere better. I dare you!” it was not an honest dare, but rather a childish dismissal. he returned to his previous tone, and smiled brighter. “yes, I think you are cute and you fit in here. oh! I will put you on a shelf and leave you here,” he teased, there was no way he would leave him behind. he reached for his hands, and touched them slightly, watching him go through the menu. “what is the point of you picking if you will still ask me about it? just pick, pretty boy,” he shook his head, still refusing to acknowledge the claim.

[ have you met mal??? his mind is pure chaos! so, do not worry ♥ ]

@- ❛ ʀ ❜:finch goldhorn。⁰² "Now I'm very curious what the incident is about! I will wait impatiently to hear it. Your parents set a good I suppose, it would have been tragic if you or your siblings were to get seriously injured by magic. When we're young, our skill in controlling magic isn't as good." he rubbed the back of his neck and shrugged. "I suppose it had some benefits too, for one I didn't argue with siblings and besides I had a childhood friend that was like a brother to me. We spent most of our childhood together, before he had to leave the country. He goes to Ilvermorny school now. I haven't seen him in a while." he sighed, it wasn't a big issue for him anymore, and he had learned to move on. It didn't mean that he didn't long for those times tho, that friend had meant a lot to him.

"I guess that is true. Here I try to tone it down and sound more british, I don't know, maybe I was embarrassed of my heavy accent when I got here first. Now, it naturally comes out sounding more british than australian. Yes, yes. From jeju, specifically! It was delicious, and most expensive on the menu. We went to a bbq place with my parents, my mom's choice of place of course." he remembered how much they had ordered off of the menu and had finished all of it by the end of the night, his parents hadn’t fought that day. it was perhaps one of the happiest memories he had of them. “ah so you are roommates with him! I think he mentioned it, but I'm forgetful..hm this is concerning, he might have bad-mouthed me in front of you which I hope not!" Cass laughed, hoping his close friend hadn't complained about him too much in front of Finch. It was enough that Mint got angry with him from time to time. "You wouldn't want me to help since there is a risk that I would burn down the kitchen huh? That's fair! Mhm, we could eat out or bring some take outs back with us to the dorm. Whatever you’d like. " he didn't mind any of the options, as long as they got some food, and ate together he’d be happy. "Oh well, it wasn't said to get any specific reaction. A wild card, you say? I will keep that in mind." he smiled and leaned back, resting against the seat.
Creating art was something that Cassian was fascinated with, he didn't feel that he was good at it, but he gave it his best attempt. "I would argue that, even though no spells were used in drawing these, art is still a form of magic. I'm sure you can only get better from here, and no need to rush as you say. Slowly but surely you'll get there." he reassured Finch, hoping that his words would put Finch at ease. He didn't know if the other boy was as much of a perfectionist as he was, but being unsatisfied with your work must feel agonizing. "yeah, we can go." he picked his belongings and put them in his bag, reaching for his jacket and putting it on.

@- ❛ ʜ ❜:cassian faye。⁰³ "Mmm. Sometimes it's nice to have siblings, but other times it's not so very nice. As expected of siblings, we sometimes argue here and there. And well..it's a whole different type of arguing when you and your siblings know magic. Then again, my mom has made a rule about not using magic against each other after a particular incident. I'm not getting into that, at least..not yet, I guess? Maybe when we get a bit closer. Ah, I do miss my siblings. My sister is almost old enough to start studying here at Hogwarts, so..that'll be interesting." Finch muttered and took another piece of the cake, shoving it in his mouth. He wondered what it would be like to have his own sister in the same school as him. It would probably be funny to see, and he'd most likely be overprotective of her as usual, but that's just something big brothers do. "Well, being an only child isn't bad either. But I guess I know what you mean by wanting a sibling.."

"That so, huh? Well, I'm sure if you spend a little bit of time in Australia, your accent will be back in no time. In Jeju, we have a different way of speaking, and it's pretty funny to see how people don't often understand what we're saying." Finch hummed out softly and let out a soft chuckle. "Ah, but have you had black pork bbq from Jeju, specifically? You should taste it, it really is our specialty. And, yes. I do cook. I love cooking. Back home I do all the cooking to relieve my mother and such. Hah, assuming I'd let you in to taste my cooking. Then again..Mal probably would let you in." Finch slightly squinted his eyes as he looked at the male. He wasn't quite sure what's going on between them, but he knew there must be something. His roommate was often so vague with things. "Anyway, it's on invitation only, when I cook. So, you'd best hurry when I invite you. Let me do all the work when it comes to cooking while you just relax, trust me. I've got it. Another invitation, huh? Mmm..sure, I guess I'm up for grabbing some food later." Finch leaned back and rested his hand on his stomach, giving it a gentle pat. He was also getting somewhat hungry while they were on the topic of food. Maybe it was a good idea to go out and get some food. "I'm more the type that's not easily affected by them, I suppose? Unless you'd do it over and over, but that might wake up another reaction out of me, I'm..a bit of a wild card at times." He shrugged and chewed on the end of his lip, running a quick hand through his hair again before glancing at the woman behind the counter again, noticing she was busy doing other things before he turned back to look at the other. "Yeah, hands are a tricky thing to draw. You should really take the time for it. No magic spells can help you, but that's the beauty of drawing. No magic, no help. It's all you doing it. Even if you don't consider it to be pretty, someone else probably does consider it pretty." Finch slowly took his sketchbook back and glanced down at the drawing, nodding his head slowly. "It's good, but it can always be better, you know. I still have a long way to go, but I'm slowly getting there. No rush from me, at least. But, ah..thank you for the compliment." He nodded his head again and closed his sketchbook, patting it gently. "Well. I mean..I don't really have anything to teach you anymore. I mean..for today. So..we could go grab a bite or something."
- ❛ ʜ ❜:cassian faye。⁰³ ( H ) 3 years ago
@- ❛ ʀ ❜:finch goldhorn。⁰² Cassian nodded in agreement, happy to see the other with so much confidence, something that he himself lacked at times and wished for. "It must be nice having siblings, it must feel less lonely.. and besides you're the oldest which means you can have fun being the big bro. You must miss them, well unless any of them study at hogwarts." he smiled, playing with the ring on his point finger absentmindedly. "I'm an only child. Sadly my parents decided to invest their all in me which is a gamble if you ask me. They could have had another child just in case I didn’t turn out to be awful,” he laughed, half joking. “I wish I had an older sister, hm yeah an older sibling would have been nice.”

“Oh speaking about the accent, I think I’m slowly losing my accent since no one around me is from australia. When I go back to Sydney during the holidays, my aunt makes fun of my aussie accent. Says it’s a watered-down version of what it used to be.” he clutched at his chest to dramatically show how much that hurt. “Black pork bbq! I’ve had it and it really is delicious! of course as an australian korean my family loves grilled meat- wait you cook! Yes, I would love to eat the food you make. If I did come to your dorm at weird hours of the day to ask for kimchi stew or bibimbap, then you’re to blame for offering it to me in the first place. I would help but that would mean risking burning down the kitchen. I can make simple dishes and bake but not much experience when it comes to cooking. You know what, we should go grab some food after this. I’m also getting hungry talking about this.” Cass listened as Finch spoke about his family while smiling as if he was reminiscing fond memories. It was a nice change for once to see a friend who didn’t cringe while talking about their parents. At the mention of the compliment, the pause and the long stare from the other boy made Cassian slightly nervous and he bit his lower lip out of habit, smiling to ease the tension. “I wouldn’t want to make you uncomfortable with the compliments if you’re the type that dislikes hearing them.” he hoped that wasn’t the case as that would mean he had to stop himself from blurting out appreciative comments at random.
Cassian sighed loudly at that while shaking his head; hands were the worst to draw and he had never been able to completely nail it either. “You’re right, I showed you my drawing of the human hand before, right? It always ends up looking disfigured and if I could cast reparifarge on it to fix it, I would. It’s as you say, the drawing never feels fully finished and I have to remind my perfectionist brain to stop nagging at some point and be satisfied with it.” he waited excitedly as Finch went through his sketchbook, showing a drawing of a hand that was beautifully drawn. Cassian was sure that Finch’s father would be proud to know how well his son drew. “It is amazing, what are you saying? There are many details and the shading is great! Good job!”

@- ❛ ʜ ❜:cassian faye。⁰³ "Yeah, I guess they must, hah. Then again..who wouldn't want to be me, right? I'm..pretty amazing honestly." Finch laughed out softly and flipped his slightly long hair back before letting out a soft laugh as he hummed out softly. "You know..the only people I will allow to somewhat copy me, are my siblings. My two little baby brothers and my annoyingly cute sister. Okay, my brothers aren't really babies anymore, but I still consider them my little babies. And I will always see them like that, because I'm the oldest one of the house. Aside from..my mother, of course. But anyway..it's pretty funny. We're all family, but we're still all so different. Of course I have traits from my parents and such, but I am still my own person."

"Heh, cute. You didn't have to say my bad. I was simply joking around. Jeju is nice, and I'm sure Australia is nice too. I really like the accents, actually. Ah..the food from Jeju. Gosh, talking about it makes me miss it so much. Ah..our number one specialty..black pork bbq. It's..amazing. And yeah, it really is unfortunate there aren't any Asian restaurants around. I mean..they are there, but..still not as much as I'd like, you know? Hey, maybe we can start our own restaurant. Not to brag, but..I'm a pretty good cook, if I may say so myself. Perhaps you'll see my cooking skills in action one day." Finch shrugged simply and leaned back in his chair, a small smile on his face. "Hmm, I agree. My mother and father were both fairly dark, and I guess we got even darker after moving to Jeju. I don't regret it at all though..with the sun shining every single day, it's hard to not get darker." Finch furrowed his eyebrows and looked at the male for quite a while without saying anything before letting out a soft laugh and shrugging once again. "I don't know, maybe it is. Maybe it isn't." He wasn't going to let the other affect him that quickly. He first wanted to see where things were leading to, then again..he did find his compliment somewhat amusing. "I know, I know. I can see you really tried your best and you nailed it in my eyes. You know what the hardest body part to draw is? Hands. They can be difficult to draw. Even for someone like me. I find them difficult at times as well. Hold on, I'll look through my book if I can find a drawing of hands. You're right, by the way. The lighting did change. When it comes to drawing, you always need to keep adjusting things here and there. You're never truly finished, only when you deem it good enough." Finch was scrolling through his book when he suddenly came to a stop at the other's question. He chewed on his bottom lip a bit and glanced up at him briefly before going back to scrolling, albeit a bit slower this time. "It does..make me happy. It's one of the things that gives me fond memories about my father. He also loved to draw and paint and taught me how to draw. Every time I draw or paint something, I'm reminded of him. I didn't only start loving it because my father loved it, no..I enjoyed drawing and painting myself as well, but knowing my father loved it as well, just..fueled my drive to keep on drawing." He stopped scrolling through his sketchbook and turned the book towards Cassian, showing him the drawing. "This is so far my best drawing of a hand." @- ❛ ʀ ❜:finch goldhorn。⁰² "I respect that, that way of living must have its difficult moments where people would try to force you into a category, label you just to make you more understandable. The people trying to be you must find your free spirit admirable." he guessed that the other did not like to be a trendsetter either, instead, he wanted to remain unique. Cassian has never thought about that, he didn't consider himself to be someone that people copied. In contrast, his childhood was spent with his parents expecting him to copy other relatives, those that were more successful. It didn't escape him how Finch looked around a lot, a habit of noticing small things about others.

“My bad, Jeju is lovely of course. My mom is korean and she always went on and on about how the food and fruits coming from Jeju island were something else and how the taste suited her taste buds better. I love korean food and have sadly not eaten it in years. I wish it was easier to find asian food around here.” he shrugged, pursing his lips before eating another spoonful of cheesecake. It wasn’t food but it filled his hungry stomach. “Wow naturally honey-colored skin is so pretty, but I inherited all the pale genes from my parents and no melatonin.” taunting Cass with a ‘we’ll see if you’ll manage to do it’, if only he knew how competitive Cassian could get if presented with a challenge. Was he flirting? Perhaps he was, without quite realizing. Finch was an attractive person after all, who wouldn’t compliment him? He smiled genuinely, “Depends, is it working?” he said playfully, not expecting much in return from the other. “I like giving compliments, Fin. You will get used to it.” he watched as Finch showed excitement for the painting. He knew he was staring intently to find any fake enthusiasm on the other’s face or in his tone of voice. His leg was bouncing as a habit when he was nervous, he’d even chew on his lower lip usually but he was pressing his lips together to avoid doing it. In the end, the critic was not nearly as harsh as he had imagined, which meant he felt nice about his drawing while knowing it was far from perfect. Expecting the worst out of any situation was in some way a defense mechanism. “I tried. I will work more on it! Thank you! Well, you did also give me a relatively easy subject to paint which I'm grateful for. Although while the cake didn’t move, the sunlight did. How real can this drawing be if we take into account the time that has passed since I started?” he placed the pens in a line on the table, organizing them while his thoughts wandered off. "what does this mean to you? Drawing, painting? Does it make you happy?"

@- ❛ ʀ ❜:maël clair。⁰² ( H ) A soft chuckle left Mint’s lips and he shook his head amused. He was both rose and mint? No, that did not feel entirely right. He smiled amused at Maël, looking at him. “Mh, no, I’d say I am more lavender but I’ll accept the rose for today. However I do think you’d look beautiful with that colour too.” Honestly all colours would look so beautiful on Maël, especially whenever his friend described them to him and Mint felt like he needed to see them, needed to touch them so badly. But for now it was just something Maël was giving him with his beautiful words and to Mint it was, mostly, enough. “Do they bloom on my cheeks sometimes?” he asked curious and tilted his head when he felt the gentle touch on his skin. It always felt like there was another flower bloom inside his chest whenever Maël touched him.

Carefully Mint touched the rose carefully, feeling how soft the petal was under his fingers and he smiled gently, leaning back in his seat as he kept his eyes on the other even though this place was almost as beautiful as well. A soft chuckle left his lips as he heard that Maël would talk El to a dark corner. “Now that sounds so bad,” he laughed but he knew that they both liked to stare at each other. No surprise, after all they were so damn beautiful and sometimes Mint found himself just daydreaming when looking at them. “So you think I’m cute and fit in here?” he teased and looked at the other, wiggling his eyebrows. He liked that, he liked that Maël saw him as cute and it was something he could easily agree with even though he felt really handsome too, sometimes. Nothing compared to Maël, however. “Then I’ll decide for us,” he hummed and looked at the menu, glad that he could easily pick food for them and knowing what they liked. “Anything you’d definitely not want? Or already tried?” He would get them something new then. He stared at the rose and then at Maël, shaking his head amused. “I think it fits the both of us.”

@- ❛ ʜ ❜:cassian faye。⁰³ "Well, I'm glad to have my own style, at least. I don't want to fit in with others. I want to be my own person, like whatever I want to like, listen to whatever music I want to listen to. That's why..I sometimes get annoyed when people try to be like me. I mean..sure, in some way it's flattering, but copy someone else. I'm not saying people aren't allowed to like the things I like as well, but don't copy my whole style, like..when it comes to clothing or whatever. I'm sure you know what I mean." Finch mumbled and crossed his arms as he looked out of the window, letting out a soft sigh in content before turning back to looking around the cafe, the waitress no longer looking at them, or..if she was looking, she must have done it very discreetly, because Finch didn't notice it at all.

"Correction: Jeju IS a lovely place. Honestly, living on an island is so cool. You'd expect everything to be like off-the-grid, but no. We still had our electricity and stuff, so that was pretty cool as well." Finch shrugged his shoulders and smiled a little bit to himself at the memory of his hometown. Ah, how much he wished he could go back there. Even in Winter, it was still relatively warm there. Not warm enough to go swimming outdoors, but still warm enough. Finch looked at his own skin and then back up at Cassian. "Oh, this is all natural, thank god. I look good, true sun kissed skin. But, yeah. We can travel together, once we both have time." He nodded his head slowly and went back to looking out of the window as Cassian returned to the drawing. It seemed to be almost done, he was curious as to what the result would be. "Mmm, we'll see if you manage to do it. I'm pretty damn stubborn when I want to be, you know. Perfect face? Are you...flirting with me?" Finch glanced at him with slightly furrowed eyebrows. Normally he was the one doing the flirting, but I suppose it worked differently this time around. Oh, well. It wasn't like he really minded it. He slowly relaxed his eyebrows and let out a soft chuckle before looking away again. Once he had gotten bored of looking out of the window, he noticed the other was done with drawing, only dotting down the last few details. It should be safe to eat the rest of the slice now, right? And besides..if he forgot something, they still had another slice. Finch grabbed his fork and grabbed a small piece with it, leading it to his mouth as he ate it happily, a small smile on his face before perking up a bit as the other announced he was finished with the drawing. He quickly swallowed down the cheesecake in his mouth before talking again. "Mmm, let me see, let me see." Finch looked over the drawing of the cheesecake as the sketchbook was laid in front of him. His eyes darted between the sketchbook and the cake, slowly nodding his head in approval. "It looks good. You really nailed the crust of the cake, I like how it looks. The cake itself could use a bit more work though, it doesn't look that sturdy enough, but it's still a solid drawing for someone who said he's not that good at realism. Good job."

@- ❛ ʀ ❜:finch goldhorn。⁰² Cassian had heard of legilimency, mind readers, a strong power that not everyone could possess. However, the boy in front of him made him believe for a second that he could be a legilimens, voicing out Cassian’s exact thoughts. “I wholeheartedly agree! The students shouldn’t be given one label that would describe them, that is just unrealistic. You, for example, Finch. You clearly have your own style as you don’t remind me of other Ravenclaws I know.” he nodded, finishing his now cold drink.

“Seoul..I sometimes think about how it would have been for me if I grew up in south korea. Jeju sounds like a lovely place, living on an island must suit a water rat.” he chuckled, already excited at the mention of water, he loved swimming and he couldn’t wait for summer to go cliff diving. “I know what you mean, I miss the heat too since it made swimming more fun. It can get too cold here sometimes and I don’t like the cold that much, not when the child me was used to 40 degrees celsius. Though, too much sunlight wouldn’t give me a pretty tan, like yours. I’d get light freckles and sadly burn easy too..but yeah, we really should travel together. I can already imagine you as a great traveling partner.” Cassian gave a bright smile and his lips, glancing back at the drawing and deeming it good enough. If he was to go until he was satisfied, they would sit in the café for days, and even then the perfectionist in him wouldn’t be completely content with the finished result. He hummed in agreement at the animal abuse comment, eyebrows pinched at the thought of the monsters that can do harm to pure defenseless animals. “Oh! Hmm you got me there. I hadn't taken into consideration your stubbornness. But no matter what, I will find a way to be the quick one next time anyway, and you won’t need to do any appearance change. Would be a shame to change a perfect face like yours anyway.” At the reassuring comment about taking his time, he continued a little longer. Painting details while humming to the song until he realized his humming wasn’t as quiet as he had hoped for. He bit his lower lip shyly, stopping and apologizing to who he wasn't sure. Finch probably didn't mind anyway. He had that quality, a calming aura, that made Cass not feel annoying while opening up to him. He looked up at the other and smiled, seeing no judgment. “I think I’m done.” he placed the sketchbook in front of Finch and waited nervously for feeback.

@- ❛ ʀ ❜:mint ainsworth。⁰² he looked at mint, trying to figure out if he was serious. sometimes their minds really did align, they spent so much time together, their minds were basically one. it was especially amusing when they would say the same thing at once. mint has, over time, perfected his imitation of mal’s cambridge-british and french-british on occasion, so it made everything funnier. mal provided mint with the perfect vulgar vocabulary to mimic during games, and it was always more entertaining to have an echo. “oh no, you are both mint and rose,” he said with a smile, touching the boy’s cheek. “the rose that blooms on mint’s cheeks. sounds appropriate,” he chuckled. he was relieved to see the table still unoccupied, and he made sure to claim it right away.

they had menus on the table, and some roses in a vase – that was a nice touch that mal can never cease to appreciate. he was a little surprised at mint’s question. he wondered what made him ask about el in particular, when mal considered this place to be a little out of the boy’s character. “no. I think this place suits you better. I will take el to a dark corner, so we can stare at each other,” he said amused, he was only half-joking. both el and him liked intimacy in public, so a dark corner might just be the perfect environment. “not that I will not stare at you,” he added, and rested his elbows on the table to cup his cheeks and gaze at mint lovingly. “you are the only one I brought here. at least, for now. their menus are cute too, I hope you will not have trouble picking out two orders. I cannot decide,” he grinned shortly, then pushed the vase with the pink roses closer to mint. “as I said, the rose blooms on your cheeks.”
- ❛ ʀ ❜:mint ainsworth。⁰² 3 years ago
@- ❛ ʀ ❜:maël clair。⁰² ( H ) “It does smell like it too,” Mint said as he connected smell and sounds more to what people considered colours than other things. Living in a monochrome world had never really bothered him, unless he was in potions and needed to check the colour of the liquid – that could be rather problematic however he had found his ways around. He did not need colour to survive – though sometimes he wished he could. Even if it simply meant seeing Maël’s beautiful face in colour, how it vividly lit up with the red cheeks and shining bright eyes. Or so he thought.

Looking around in awe he leaned a bit into Maël’s touch, walking over to wherever the other lead him. He liked giving the taller the lead and he could see that he enjoyed that too. It was just how they had fallen into each other, like perfect puzzle pieces. “Okay,” he hummed and stared at the list of teas – so many. He was sure he had never heard of some of them and Mint was glad that he rarely felt overwhelmed and therefore would just choose what sounded most appealing.

“Funny, I was considering taking that,” Mint said amused as the other mentioned the mint-rose tea, an amused smile on his lips. “Guess you are the rose in it,” he winked and nodded, linking his arm with the other and walking towards the tea Maël had been eying. Of course he had seen where the other had disappeared too earlier, he never let him disappear from his sight entirely. Mint had already lost one too many people and he would surely never lose Maël, no matter what it would cost him. “It’s really nice in here. Have you taken Elli here too?” he asked, honest curiosity and no hint of jealousy. Because he wasn’t. This place was beautiful and so were Maël and Eleazar – surely, Henri and Cass too, but it was still a different kind of aesthetic beauty.
- ❛ ʀ ❜:maël clair。⁰² 3 years ago
@- ❛ ʀ ❜:mint ainsworth。⁰² maybe his cheeks growing redder made mal more attentive – mint was very cute. it was not just the date that made him think so, no. mint was cute at all times, even when he was mad – especially when he was mad. he found himself smiling, a little too lost for his own good. he had to hum at mint, before he could actually speak again. “yes! exactly like cherry blossoms,” he wondered why that did not come to mind immediately. the place looked like a japanese spring day, and it also smelled like one – the sweet scent was enough to send him in a sugar rush. he grinned at mint when he entered, and closed the door once the boy was inside. he would have made an inappropriate comment about his behind, but decided against it.

instead, he wrapped one of his arms around his waist to steer him in the direction he wanted to go. it was towards a shelf that had a variety of leaf teas, labelled for everyone to know. the variation was a little much for mal, who already had problems choosing options. he pressed a peck on mint’s cheek, just something he wanted to do for a while now. “you can choose whatever tea you want, I will buy it as a gift. I will go find a table,” he added, then reluctantly let go of mint to find a table.

he looked around the pink place, he enjoyed the detail that went into decorating it – and he definitely enjoyed the fresh flowers on the table. he spotted a perfect one near the fireplace – given it was still winter, he wanted to be near a heat source. he went to bring mint along, but instead was stuck holding his hand, staring at the wall of teas. he pointed at one of them, and then looked at mint with a happy smile. “I like the label. mint-rose tea. we should get a tin!” he said, then remembered the table he eyed earlier. “right, I found a table. we should go before someone else takes it.”

@- ❛ ʜ ❜:cassian faye。⁰³ "Mmm, you're making sense, yes. You know what thought sometimes crosses my mind too? I don't know, maybe I'm not the only one who has this, but when I sometimes look at people, I feel like they should've been in different houses. Like..they don't match the whole..well, if I say they don't match the vibe, I sound unnecessarily mean and I don't want to sound mean, or anything. But that's basically what I mean. They don't really look like they belong, but that's also a good thing. Just means you're different, and different is good. You don't want to be the same as other people, after all. Gotta have your own personality and your own style, right?"

"Oh, me? I'm from Korea, actually. Born in Seoul, and then later moved to Jeju Island, if we're being precise. I grew up there, so..I went to the beach a whoooooole lot. If it was Summer, or even a little bit warm, you could always find me on the beach. Oh, where's Finch? Yeah, I saw him relaxing on the beach. I'm a real water rat. Love to swim, play with water, or whatever. That's one of the big things I miss from back home. Being able to spend all day at the beach, just sunbathing and swimming all day. Anyway, we should totally go to Australia and then Korea when it starts getting warmer again." He chuckled and leaned back, letting out a soft sigh in content as he looked up at the ceiling before turning his gaze back to the other as he started speaking. "Yeah, although I do understand people when they say they dislike cats. Some people just..like different things I suppose. But that's fine, as long as they don't go out of their way to actually hurt cats because they happen to dislike them. I despise people like that." Finch furrowed his eyebrows and chewed on the inside of his cheek before shaking his head and chuckling at the other's words. "How would they know I'm Finch, though? I mean..you could describe my looks to them, but hey, nothing a lil' appearance changing spell can't fix." He winked and laughed out softly, biting down on his bottom lip. He hadn't had this much fun with anyone else these past weeks. He really enjoyed his time with Cassian, and he was glad that he accepted to tutor him. "Take your time, take your time. Really. It looks quite good already. I'm curious as to what the end result will be." Finch looked up as a new song started playing and then looked over to Cassian as he started humming to the song. Finch instead..decided to just tap his foot to the song, not wanting to distract Cassian as he was still drawing.

@- ❛ ʀ ❜:finch goldhorn。⁰² Speaking of the sorting hat, Cassian suspected that the old rag was rigged sometimes, why else would it be so hard for him to relate to his fellow house mates. Perhaps he fitted being a hufflepuff years ago when he first got to the university, and perhaps the hat would make a different choice if it was to hear his thoughts now. Would it feel as conflicted as Cassian felt inside too? "humans are more complex, I believe many of us could fit in more than just one house. It almost makes me wonder if being put into only one house and the prejudices that comes with it, affects what person you'll become in the future? I hope what I’m saying make sense.”

"Well we could always visit Farley before going to Sydney. ah I see, then we both like going to the beach, noted! That is a good idea, I would love traveling together, oh, and I didn't ask where you're from?" Cassian noticed the other leaning over while he was shading the cheesecake's shade on the plate, it wasn't that bad. He personally thought that talking while drawing somehow gave him more focus. Crazy, shouldn't it be the other way around? A small voice in his head answered that the Ravenclaw boy was good at grounding him, keeping him distracted from any unwanted thought by the carefree small talk they were having. "Right?! I don't think of them as menacing evil creatures. Sure they do scratch, but I think they're just playing around..albeit slightly aggressive but still playing." he laughed, remembering when Celine had bitten his nose while he was deep in sleep. He deserved that one for not feeding his hungry cat in time so no one else to blame but himself. "Oh please! I'd call and tell them before we even get there to not accept any payment from you Finch," he chuckled, shaking his head at their silliness. “It’s almost done, just need to draw the details on the plate.” The drawing was almost complete when the sound of the new song filled the café, and it was almost enough for him to stop and drum his fingers in the rhythm of the song, instead he hummed to the cheesy song, considering where they were.

@- ❛ ʜ ❜:cassian faye。⁰³ Finch let out a soft sigh and bit on the inside of his cheek after the comment he made on his father. He didn't meant to do this. He really didn't, but sometimes it just came out. Then again, his father along with his mother were his biggest role models. His mother was still alive, fortunately, but his father was not. He never stopped thinking about him. After all, he was doing this all partly for him, to make his father proud, and he really hoped that wherever he was, he was looking at Finch with pride swelling up in his chest. When Cassian spoke again, Finch quickly got back to his senses and focused on the male across of him again. He just let out a soft chuckled and leaned back against his chair, chewing on his bottom lip this time. Finch managed to hear the male, but decided to just stay quiet. It sounded like something that he wouldn't really want to talk about it any time soon, and he respected that. "That's right. I could belong to any house, but alas, the sorting house but me in Ravenclaw, which I really don't mind at all. But still."

"It really is amusing. I didn't think it would amuse me this much, but it does. Ah, Sydney..well, I mean..I can't complain either. I mean..I did grow up in a city, but I later moved to an island with my family. Summers there always equaled going to the beach and spending the day there. Ah..I miss it, I really do. But I mean, I went back for the winter break, so. I might just go back around the summer break. If you show me your hometown, I will show you mine." Finch smiled brightly and leaned over the table slightly to take a peek at the other's drawing, slowly nodding his head in appreciation. It was starting to look really well, he managed to draw the real thing quite perfectly, for a beginner at realism. "I believe you. Most of the cats I came across were all really sweet to me. I haven't really had a negative experience with a cat." He hummed and chuckled softly, shaking his head. "Except for when I was playing with a cat, and he accidentally scratched me, but it didn't leave any marks, so..I didn't get upset or anything. And yes, I'm quite stubborn. Your treat next time, huh? Hmm..we'll see. I might just be faster than you think and end up paying for it again, but like I said..nevermind the costs. I'm just glad to be teaching someone something about drawing."

@- ❛ ʀ ❜:finch goldhorn。⁰² The urge to push for more information was there, Cassian had always been curious and eager to understand the person he was talking to. The other's passing comment about his dead father did make him wonder, what happened to the boy's father? But he would remain silent as that was the polite thing to do, they weren't yet close enough to talk about sensitive subjects and Cassian knew himself, he wouldn't be able to in return open up about his family if Finch was to ask. "I do get it, it can be refreshing to talk about these things without feeling like you're walking on eggshells around someone. You're welcome, I guess?" he said, reciprocating Finch's tone playfully and smiling with his eyes. "It's what comes after a daydream that is scary." he mumbled, not knowing if his voice would even be heard in the busy café, he hoped it didn't sound as miserable as he felt. "and confident, it seems! Not to mention an animal lover too! You could belong to any house."

"It is amusing, isn't it? Farley in Farley..it is pretty there, I miss it sometimes, my hometown, Sydney. Specially my friends who I haven't seen in many years! We used to go to the beach during the hot summers," he let out an exaggerated exhale, fanning himself dramatically. “If I’m totally honest, I don’t miss the burning sun, being this pale meant my skin would burn easily. I would love to show you my hometown at some point, maybe a short trip?” he returned to the drawing, finishing up the lines and began shading the cheesecake with care. The lighting coming from the window had already changed as the sun was lowering on the sky as dawn neared, throwing shades of orange light on the creamy colored cheesecake. “Celine is friendly, she won’t bite I promise. I raised her after all.” he chuckled, listening to the other and finding him cute. ‘no you’re not making any sense’ is what he wanted to say, ‘but it’s adorable’ was also on the tip of his tongue. “You’re stubborn, aren’t you? Okay fine, if that makes you happy. but I’m saying it from now, next time, it’s my treat.”

@- ❛ ʜ ❜:cassian faye。⁰³ "You're certainly right. Life isn't all gold and glitter. Ha, I wish. Maybe my father would still be alive, but..alas, things can't always be nice unfortunately. But, I'm glad you don't shy away from me when I speak of things like this. It's..refreshing? Somehow? Ah, I hope you get what I mean. I mean, I don't talk about topics like these 24/7 but sometimes they do happen to come up, so..thanks for letting me be myself, I guess?" Finch laughed out softly and chewed on the corner of his lips, glancing down at their hands as Cassian gently touched his hand. The corner of his lips twitched up slightly and he slowly shook his head, running his fingers through his hair again. "Dreaming can be nice too, unless those dreams get all twisted. Then I understand why you'd find it scary. Then again, dreams don't have to be twisted to be scary." He shrugged and glanced outside at the people walking and let out a soft sigh before turning to look at the other again. "I'm not only smart and talented, but also brave. Hah, I am the full package, huh?"

"Oh, really? Farley in Australia..maybe I should take my Farley to Farley. Hah, I'm going to have fun with that for a little while. Anyway..born in Australia, huh? How is it there? Is it pretty? Oh, I bet it's really, really warm! I have always wanted to visit Australia, actually..well, now is the perfect opportunity, huh? Maybe you could accompany me, one day. Only if you wish to, of course. Ah! A cat, I love cats too. I have a cat back home, but here just to accompany me, is my Farley. A pet date? I think that could be really fun, it would be amazing if our pets became friends, hah." He chuckled softly and shook his head at the thought. It would be quite funny too, and the possibility was there, of course. But for now, a pet date to start off their meeting was okay too. He had to first see how everything went, of course. "Mmm....nope, I can't let you pay. I mean..you kinda already paid to spend time with me. In a way..I never really tutored someone before. At least..not in drawing, so by asking me, you paid already! Do you get what I mean..or am I just not making any sense, right now?"

@- ❛ ʀ ❜:finch goldhorn。⁰² "Not all topics need to be fun to be worth discussing, life is not all gold and glitter. There are morbid things surrounding us at all times. I know that, so don't shut yourself around me hmm?" Cassian could understand why people didn't want to talk about morbid things, they were too busy chasing happiness, wasn't he the same? In some ways yes, but he knew suffering too. He knew pain, and he knew what pain would do if it was bottled up. Finch didn't have to go through it too. He reached to touch Finch’s hand softly, a lingering tap before he went back to his sketchpad "I envy those who can stop dreaming, sometimes I dream too much. Dreaming while I'm awake, it's...scary." he blinked several times, focusing on every pen to keep his hand and mind busy. "very brave of you, not to fear the battle. Nice to see bravery in Ravenclaws too"

He trailed off and let the other talk about his pet owl, ears perking at the mention of an adorable animal and the painting coming to a halt as he raised his head to listen closely to Finch. "oh that is so cute! a white majestic owl named Farley, what a unique name! there is a village in Australia named Farley, kind of random, huh? Well, the only reason I know that is because I was born in Australia. I have a tabby cat who has also lived with me almost all her life. Her name's Celine and I love her with all my heart. We should set up a pet date or something, wouldn’t that be fun~" he said, laughing and nodding his head once Finch said he ordered another cake. No complaints from him, the cake was delicious, and he was doing best not to cave in and eat the object of his drawing. It still could do with some more berries. "oh please Finch, you have to let me pay. I'm having such a blast today, this is the least I can do ok?" he gave the boy his best impression of puppy eyes, thoughts racing in his head. He said he believed in Cass. 'I trust you completely', huh... that's nice of him, he thought and smiled sweetly. It was nice to know he seemed trustworthy to someone.
