one of the old abandoned factories that the im corporation ran out of town a generation or two ago. out of spite, the land owners of the factory never budged to the money of the im family and the factory has stayed abandoned since its demise, rotting on the outskirts of town where it's been forgotten by all but the young children who keep the spirit  of the factory alive with urban legends.
