@✽ sungchan j. Chaeyoung stood nearby where Sungchan was assembling their little area of fun, trying her best to help by only crawling inside and putting in a pillow she was holding. She got in on all fours, head ducking to avoid the blanket messing up her hair. She sat inside the cozy small space, her backpack tucked in the corner, and a few more cushions put inside by her hands. With her hand patting the spot next to her, she looked up at her boyfriend who was still a bit outside the fort itself. “It’s comfortable enough in here! C’mon, you choose the movie.”

"yes, it's such a good movie. there's two of them actually." sungchan nodded a few times and grabbed a few blankets and pillows before starting to work on a fort, pulling a few of the dining table chairs over and grinning triumphantly at chaeyoung when he was fully done with building it. "now we just have to make sure it's comfy on the inside, yeah? and then when we're done with that we'll queue something up to watch."

My parents are thankfully more tolerant of me than most!” She immediately grinned at his reaction after eating her homemade kimbap, her head leaning into his little kiss on her temple. “I sure hope that reaction’s genuine, baby.” she whispered before following him to the living room, grabbing some throw pillows that were already on the sofa, holding them to her chest. “The Incredibles?” Chaeyoung whispers as she carefully sets some pillows down on the ground after a blanket was laid down. “It’s that superhero family movie right?” She clearly has never watched it, all she knew was the mom had a nice . She took a glance at her backpack which was nearby and took it with her, wanting her belongings nearby.

"you know they're older, i think they're just confused by you in general." sungchan laughed quietly and ran a hand through his hair before laughing softly, chewing on the kimbap that chaeyoung had popped into his mouth with a small hum leaving his lips. ", this is so good babe. you'll have to continue making this for me for the rest of our lives, mm? i could go for some of this before a football game." he finished the piece of kimbap and leaned down to kiss chaeyoung's temple before moving over to grab some blankets. "i have a lot of blankets, let's get the fort up yeah? and we could watch moana maybe, or the incredibles? i love that movie."

@✽ sungchan j. She scrunched up her nose at his comment, unable to control her expression as she blurted out. “Wow, you should ask them someday. I’d rather know what’s wrong with me, ya know.” Chaeyoung was brought to the kitchen, her lips at the sight of takeaway on the kitchen counter. She set her box of kimbap on it as well, looking up at him and nodding. “Oh, that sounds adorable! I hope you have enough pillows for a fort… did you want to watch a specific Disney movie? I only watched like the ones from the 90s, and Moana, plus a few others. I think.” Hearing his request, she quietly opened her container, pulling out a single beef kimbap with her clean hand, leaning closer to him and popping it into his mouth without warning. She waited for him to have set the cans of coke on the table of course, and she looked at him, expecting a compliment on her kimbap, even if she knew they were /always/ good, thanks to her mother’s recipe she learned.

"they love you, but they still disapprove. why, i don't know." sungchan chuckled softly and shrugged both shoulders as he tugged chaeyoung into the kitchen, motioning to the bags of chinese takeaway he had brought home for their dinner. "i was thinking we could make a little pillow fort and then watch a disney movie or something while we eat? also, i love your kimbap, can i have a piece right now? i'm starving." sungchan pouted before getting out a couple cans of coke for them to drink from.

@✽ sungchan j. Her fist was halfway to knock on the door again when Sungchan suddenly opened it, his face causing a stupid grin to appear on her face as she looked up at him. Her lips puckered slightly when he leaned in to peck her and she took hold of his hand as he tugged her in. She sneakily wrapped her free arm around his waist from the side, wanting to be close to him as she mumbled. “I know, but your parents like me, don’t they? Even if I spend time at your house, as a girlfriend should.” she stated matter-of-factly, keeping her hold on her boyfriend as she spotted his couch in the center of the living room. “I brought some homemade kimbap for our date too, what are we doing?” She lifted up the box, showing off tuna and beef kimbap seen through the clear plastic.

@✽ chaeyoung l. sungchan heard the knocks the first time and laughed to himself before opening the door as she shouted, looking down at chaeyoung with a raised eyebrow. "i know you are babe, i could hear you knocking." he couldn't help but smile before he leaned down to peck her lips, pulling chaeyoung inside. "you're lucky my parents are out of town for the weekend, they'd give you that disapproving stare."

Chaeyoung knocked her fist against Sungchan’s door, forgetting that he had a doorbell as she stood outside his home, wearing comfortable clothing and with a container of kimbap under her arm, as well as her backpack hanging over her shoulder. They had both decided on a stay-at-home date that day, and it had been a while since they became official, so she’d take any date she could with him, especially since there’s a high chance he’d get busy once football season starts. ‘We would probably just be cuddling, talking, and watching a movie,’ she thought as she looked at the back compartment of her bag, which had a few important belongings she always kept with her when she was around her boyfriend. “Sungchan, I’m outside!” she half-shouted, staring at the wooden door afterwards.
