He pushed up the sleeves of his white-button down up until his elbows, wiping off a single droplet of sweat that he felt on his neck. “My neighbour?” he muttered as he walked towards the shop’s main door. It was definitely not someone he was expecting to see, even if the voice should have been somewhat familiar to him anyway. He opened the door, seeing no one at eye level so his head dipped down and his eyes were met with his childhood friend. The sight of her shocked him, but not in a ghostly sense. It was more like a strange familiarity since they hadn’t seen eachother in years, not since he left the military. He didn’t even know she was still living /in/ Dandelion. It was rather easy for people to want to leave that small town of theirs.

“Wow, Kim Jisoo?” he let out in his low and slightly surprised tone. A slight grin appeared on his face and he leaned against the side of the doorway, arms crossed. He eyed her tote bag, it probably had some sort of gift inside it. “So… you’re my neighbour huh? You’re here for our special re-opening?” he asked, a teasing note in his voice. While Johnny seemed quite calm and relaxed after seeing a friend he hadn’t seen in what, 2-3 years– Jisoo in comparison seemed more nervous at the sight of him. Did he look that different coming back from the military and handling his shop for a while? “It is me though, hopefully you /are/ the Jisoo I’m friends with.” His smile grew bigger and he finally dipped his upper half for a slight greeting bow. He stepped aside, showing off the inside of Seo Auto Repairs, everything all gleaming and near-brand new, thanks to Johnny and his family working hard for it to thrive since he brought it back from “the dead.”

the day she came back to dandelion was a bit tragic. it's the same year after knowing her father actually wasn't that bad just like she thought him to be. ever since she was little kid, his father keeps throwing a harsh words towards her just because he thought her as the main reason why her mom was died. yeah — quite tragic. her mom was died at the childbirth and for her dad to put the blame on her was unfair things to do. jisoo was sent to orphanage due to his hatred towards his own daughter and being there at such young age confused her. later on, things move forward until the day she came back to dandelion to meet up with her long lost dad so she can finally move on from the past and seeks his forgiveness. too bad, she found out from her aunt that her dad was already died due to his life threatening cancer. when her aunt told her the bitter truth on why did he sends her to the orphanage, jisoo was totally lose it. it's really a bad day for her because she regrets it so much for not coming back sooner.

jisoo was finished baking the cookies as she heard from her aunt myunghee about there's a new workshop will be open later. she was told by her aunt to bake some cookies for the owner as her congratulations gift and she did it. after packing them into a small box and put it inside her cute tote bag, jisoo waved goodbye to her aunt who's smiling so widely while waving her hand back. "please be there for a long time and catch up with each other , jisoo yaa!! don't go home if you don't get his phone number !!!" shouted her happily as she laughs. jisoo was a little bit confused but she still laughing and shaking her head at her aunt's antics. "what's wrong with her .."

jisoo stands in front of the door and pressed the bell ring. she bites her lips nervously when she heard the other's response. "ah its your neighbour. " her eyes goes wide when the male opened the door and her breath hitches at the sight of the male in front of her. she couldn't believe her eyes right now. is it really him? "y youngho?"

Johnny was finally settled in Dandelion after his military service. He and his aunt and uncle were all done moving into their own houses, with his grandmother assisting him financially too. He initially wasn’t sure about what his income source would be in the early discussion stages before moving to Dandelion, but he was glad she let him have the reins to handle the Seo Auto Repairs Shop. After a full week of renovation and preparation for the grand re-opening, he was ready to show his skills for the people of Dandelion.

He stood in the central open space of the repair shop, normally meant for basic car repair but instead put a huge long table full of snacks and smaller dishes. Around him were lots of red and white helium balloons, streamers hanging all around him. Of course he had to go crazy for the grand event, any Dandelion citizen would be allowed to enter and he’d socialize and hopefully make good connections with future customers. There were the cars and tools on the far sides to show possible patrons his mechanic work. Though officially, the shop was closed but it will be opened in about an hour. Only a handful of his close friends and family were allowed inside. He didn’t invite them for an early viewing, but if they barged in he wouldn’t resist. A few of his Seoul friends even dropped by a while earlier for congratulations, but now he’s alone in the setup. He sat behind the table, relaxed in his position as he manspread slightly, eyeing the full display of hors d'oeuvres he had ready.
