villains in this roleplay are a part of a small collection of villains throughout the city (called the coalition) who are trying to tarnish the name of heroes. because those with quirks are looked down upon in society, the villains' goal is to tear down whatever good name or reputation heroes have. if they both have to suffer, villains would prefer to have heroes suffer more.
villains in the school want to get information on heroes, on upcoming and strong potential enemies, to bring to their leader. villains in the school are eyes for the coalition, pretending to be heroes in order to get as much information as they can.
in order to be a villain, you must contact the main admin. please make sure to read all of the information below before considering.

the point of a villain within this roleplay is to be sneaky about it. do not out yourself as a villain, even in ooc plotting with other rp members. this is vital, because if you out yourself as a villain, then you will be unable to participate in secret villain interactions.
once every 2 weeks, one of the two villains in the roleplay will be asked what type of problem they would like to cause either within the city or university itself. these will be considered mini events, with live updates as the members of the roleplay work to get through the problem.
members of the roleplay are allowed to speculate who the villain(s) are, and they are free to point fingers, but do not give your position away regardless.
