Gahyeon just shrugged at Seulgi's words, assuming she knew how to defend herself Gahyeon was not really that worried , infact she was happy. "I move swiftly like a fox and I like to set people on fire , but no I wasn't the one who gave myself that name. Thank god for that, it would be nice if I heard my real name more often. " she randomly made a face of disgust before focusing on the artworks again, slowly examining each brush that was made before shaking her head , walks back to her studies and sips her coffee, mentally envisioning an airplane before finally finishing off the last of her questions. "There, thats done, now what, I kept my promise to sleep." Gulping down the last of the coffee , she placed the cup into the sink where she will wash it up later.
Heading back to the couch , she shrugged it off and chose the floor , which she got comfy on and happily passed out.

Tough. Yeah right, she looked all tough because she dressed like an emo but Seulgi didn't make a comment to it. "Brush handles, good idea, lil sis. I will add that to my 'things that I will put on my nightstand' list," Seulgi stated with a playful scoff, removing one of the earbuds and placed it on the nearest table. "Firefox? Like Mozilla Firefox the internet browser? Please don't tell me that you took it from there or some anime," the older between both of them shook her head in amusement before adding, "But I'm not gonna call you that, sorry to tell you. I ain't your client but I am your uhm, stepsister?" the hesitation in her voice just made her questioning her own status where she should be the one who despised her step-sibling, not grew soft on her. Build a wall between you and her, Kang Seulgi. From the corner of her eyes, she caught a glimpse of her sister going around looking at her artworks. Not gonna lie that the movement itself distracted Seulgi but she let it go as she proceeded to draw abstract lines on the canvas, may the brush would tell her what to do.

@✽ seulgi k. "Yeah to say he was pissed could be an understatement." She clicked her jaw before opening . "You seem tough, but I wouldn't waste something important, but if you really want to smack something, your brush handles could be useful to shove in their eye." With a slight sigh and a little nod she rubbed her cheek a little, being casual was something new to her but she abided to her words. "Alright. Seulgi it shall be, I go by firefox a little too much, I may have forgotten my real name a few times." Lying on the floor and watching Seulgi head back to her work, she couldn't help but softly whisper a little 'good luck' before focusing on her books , occasionally frowning and draws plane parts into her book , mumbling to herself while going back from page to page.
Sipping the last of her coffee she sat up clossed her book, curiously looking over at Seulgi once again , she couldn't help but to also look around at her other artworks , trying to interpret them in her own way.

@✽ gahyeon l. "Woah, I can't believe you lied to him but wanting to be a pilot doesn't sound that bad either. Good or I will smack whoever comes uninvited with my easel," Seulgi shook her head in disapproval when the other took off her sunglasses - geez, she looked like someone who didn't have a sleep for months, Seulgi grimaced slightly at the sight. "Whatever you want to do and please drop the miss Kang, alright? It is completely unnecessary. Call me by my name. Don't really mind that," With that, Seulgi didn't want to bother the younger girl as she made her way to her easel to finish the uncompleted painting. Sighing, the monolid-eyed girl sat on her stool with her brush twirling between her fingers and stared at her freaking canvas without any inspiration in her head. Mayhaps a little of music could do the magic, she took her AirPods and inserted the earbuds into her ears, drowning herself in her own world. Just like the old times.

@✽ seulgi k. at this rate, Gahyeon almost couldn't keep her head up in tiredness so after taking a sip of coffee , she rested her head against the cupboard door, just listening to Seulgi. " oh right, yeah I don't tell father everything, as much as I like him , frankly, I cannot get away from him enough so , I tend to lie, oh as for the medical degree, I learnt it was not for me, so in the end, I changed I am trying to become a pilot now. You might be right, but ... I am studying so much for exams, I would rather pass as soon as I can. As for being an assassin, I need the money to pay off my uni fees, but I want to do it my way However, weather or not you believe me, right now we are safe, no one dodgy is going to be coming." Hearing the tone she peeked a little from behind the kitchen , making her way out and takes off her glasses to show the utter exhaustion of her eyes. "also that being said, I feel like I would crash if I made myself comfortable so i don't want to get comfy anytime soon. " she stared at Seulgi for a moment, sips her coffee then looks down at her book , contemplating. " Listen, we might not get along, but I will make you a deal, I have three pages of studying left, once I have done that, I promise to sleep.. Deal.. miss Kang?" she raised an eyebrow curiously.

@✽ gahyeon l. Seulgi watched the younger went to the kitchen and never averted her eyes from her, as she was trying to read from the younger's body language. "I had mine earlier. Thank you for the offer," she answered or more like murmured and kept listening to Gahyeon's story. Assassin? Certainly, that was unpredictable. A full of questions filled in Seulgi's head and still could not connect any dots. Baby steps, maybe her brain was malfunctioning to understand what Gahyeon said at the moment. "Dad didn't say anything about assassin? He only told me that you're a university student in medical degree? But never mind, just take some shut-eye. Stop reading the books, geez. You need to rest for your brain to function," she grumbled with a tad of concern laced in her voice, gesturing the sunglasses and the books scattered near the couch. Not even a hour has passed, the younger already set a camp in her living room with the books. Without doubt, Seulgi had to buy a table for her stepsister so she won't make another mess in her already messy apartment and also to avoid her father's nagging of "not taking care of your sister" talk.

@✽ seulgi k. "Doubts that you would accept the money." Gahyeon pulled a face while scratching her cheek, silently accepting the pillow and blanket, gratefully. "Thank you Miss Kang..." She got up and headed to the kitchen, took off her sunglasses and started to prepare herself some coffee. While waiting, she decided to look at herself in the small mirror and became startled , her eyes due to lack of sleep really made it look like she had two black eyes, so she quickly slipped the sunglasses back on. "Would you like a coffee too?" She poured water into a mug and pulled the milk , humming softly at the question. "Ever since I arrived here honestly, perhaps one or two but what can one do in their job, as an assassin, but from what I know medically , lets just say, one of us escaped injury free, This is why I wished to not come here, I don't want to put you in danger, but Father forced me to stay here , despite my protests." She made a slight growl before sipping her coffee , staring out the window. "But considering things now, honestly we are not in danger." Perhaps she said too much, that she quickly looked at Seulgi. "As to why I am wearing sunglasses inside, lets say I currently look too horrible to take it off. Any other question Miss Kang?" She went silent and takes a rather large gulp of coffee.

@✽ gahyeon l. Doubts. What is she talking about, Seulgi was so perplexed, she shook her head with a sigh. Her stepsister's presence alone was already overwhelming. Grabbing the blanket and a set of pillows in her arms, Seulgi went down to hand them to Gahyeon. "Here. There are packs of instant coffee on the kitchen shelf. Go ahead." Seulgi took a seat on the couch, slowly observing this younger girl's appearance. What's with her and the sunglasses anyway? Surely she was gonna question her dad about his strange youngest daughter later or maybe not. Maybe having small talks will do the magic. "How long have you been living in that motel, huh? You didn't mess around with shady people, right?"

@✽ seulgi k. Gahyeon just managed a shrug at Seulgi's confused expression, before patting the suitcase. "Ok fair enough, I have no need for it either, personally , perhaps you could burn it or see it as rent payment from me, but I have my doubts." With a shrug, she left the suitcase by the door and scratched her cheek , pushing up her sun glasses again before looking at the door, right now she wouldn't care if someone did take her from behind .

"Fair enough Miss Kang! " sure Gahyeon was appreciative of being given the couch that she gave a small nod. "Not as it would be to your concern , but I haven't slept for a day or two so another few days of none sleeping won't hurt but thanks for the kind offer? Better then sleeping on the floor." She watched her with slight gratitude before making herself comfy on the floor and pulls out her text books and study materials and watches seulgi disappear, before focusing on her studies until the older lady came back. "Well, as long as theres coffee, I can survive." She made a slight choking laugh .

@✽ gahyeon l. Blinking her eyes in pure confusion at the sight of a suitcase presented to her, Seulgi couldn't help but wonder if it's true or not. Whatever her dad and step-sister were doing was not her business, Seulgi wasn't really surprised if someone else would show up in front of her apartment, searching her step-sister. "Thanks, I guess. Tell Dad that I don't want his dirty money. Just put it on the corner. You could use it for your future purposes."

Uniform, huh? There must be an exception for this, right? Seulgi could not do so much about it, so she just nodded. "Okay, do whatever you want. I don't really care, and also I didn't have a spare bed yet since it's still on the way. Not sure when it will arrive, so I guess you could sleep on the couch first," Pointing a big couch on the living room before she went upstairs to grab clean blanket and pillows along with hygiene necessities.

@✽ seulgi k. Of course Gahyeon was not happy , she just made herself happy and comfy in the shady Motel room so being told to check out made her not happu , but alas things could not get worse, so she hoped at least.

While waiting Gahyeon heaved a giant yawn , rubbing her eyes and decided to text Father to let her know that she finally arrived at Seulgi's place , with a very unhappy voice message upon being told to leave , but she guessed it couldn't have been help. Upon hearing the door open she became a little startled upon hearing the older womans voice , turning around and seeing her covered in paint made her eyes go wide with a small gasp, yet also with a small laugh appearing. Noticing her looking at the luggage, she almost ed the shady looking suitcase at her. "Your's... there is at least two thousand in there, not mine but was told to give it to you." Her voice remained soft and timid before gulping a little.

With a small tut at Seulgi's words, she bit her lower lip. Gahyeon would love to see her paint but just shook her head, this time stuttering out the next words. "Un..derstood, but my uniform is..bright coloured." Once again she rubbed her eyes and slipped her sunglasses up more before clearing . "Oh right yes, um .. understood.. big sis." Her lips turned up a little into a small smile, perhaps one of slight shadyness.

@✽ gahyeon l. After sending the message to her step sister, Seulgi distracted herself from the annoyance that emerged within herself. How can her father be that selfish? Taking care of her step sister? Seulgi knew it would be a rocky one since she despised her father's new family. With a deep sigh, she laid down on the ground, more like on top of her new art. Not caring that the paint was still wet or not, she placed an arm over her eyes and pondered over the fact who told her father that she was back in Dandelion.

Despite the fact that Seulgi was drowned in her thoughts, her sensitive ears perked up at the tiny sound on her door. Perfectly knowing that it was her step sister because she, herself, did not order food or things online for the past few days. Reluctantly, she got up from the ground and made a beeline towards the door. Here, she was finally facing her step sister, Lee Gahyeon. "Oh. there you are," she crossed her arms and let her gaze linger on the younger from head to toe, and slowly to her luggage.

"Please make yourself comfortable at this very humble hell of mine. There are two rules that you have to follow in this house. One, don't disturb me if you see me painting. Two, no bright colored clothes are allowed. Understand, lil sis?" Seulgi sneered at the last part, pushing the door wide open.

With a backpack , at least two heavy luggage cases and a suitcase she finally managed to reach the home of Seulgi , with a knock on the door Gahyeon bit her lip, wondering what would the older lady think of her. While waiting she silently started panicking, also wondering what happens if the girl wouldn't answer , what she would think of her and many other small worries.
Slipping the sunglasses back up to cover her tired looking eyes, she called out, not as loudly as she hoped, her shy-ness becoming quite obvious with the slight quiver in her words. "H..hello .. um s..seulgi-nim um? I arrived a..according to what I was sent."
