below you will find all the room related requests! do tag an admin (preferrably all admins) with your request and we will get to it asap.

— private quarters
studio apartment: 200 points
two-room apartment: 400 points
three-room condo: 600 points
house (4 bedrooms): 800 points
penthouse / mansion: 1000 points + 100 pts for every room added (5 minimum)

+ mature rating: 50 points extra

only bedrooms and living rooms count as "livable" and "countable" rooms - kitchens, toilets, bathrooms and closets are free.

please link all rooms you wish to have in your residency + the name you want for the room.

any other roleplaying room is free but make sure you use it!
