“2025 Lunar Awards Festival IN BANGKOK”

The annual award ceremony, which combines the glamour of music awards and the excitement of a festival, will be held in Thailand this year!
The excitement surrounding the show this year is driven by the artist lineup, bringing together the artists who defined 2024. In the music category, artists such as Big Talk, cœur, DIA, Dollz, Girls Justice, Janus, LeDeux, Pandoria, pixie, Re:New, Royal Flush and many more will grace the stage!

Ji Changwook, Park Jaechan, and other surprise MCs will be hosting the event!

✨ Red Carpet Starts: 2 p.m., at Royal Jubilee Ballroom, 1st Floor [OOC Start: Jan 27th]

It's almost upon us, ladies and gentlemen, buckle up.
As we come closer and closer to the Awards, here's what to expect:

1) HOSTING: As mentioned, the two set hosts are Ji Changwook (nepotism, boooo) and Park Jaechan (drama uuuu) and there is one more co-host slot alongside them. Please apply by replying to this tag, in this room. All debuted idols and some staff are eligible to apply. If you're not sure if you're eligible, but still want to host - apply and we'll let you know if you're not considered.
Once chosen, the three hosts will receive a timetable of the event, including the red carpet, where at least one of them must also host. It will include all performances, and award categories in order.

2) PRESENTERS: For each award, there may be up to 2 persons, besides the hosts, who announce the nominees and present the award trophy to the winner(s). If you have a face that would like to be a presenter, please apply by replying to this tag, in this room. All debuted idols and some staff are eligible to apply. If you're not sure if you're eligible, but still want to host - apply and we'll let you know if you're not considered.
All presenters will receive the details of their allotted category, nominees list, and winner, as well as a rough time estimate of when they will present.

3) PERFORMANCES: Each debuted idol and group is eligible to perform on up to 2 separate instances. This includes own songs and covers. Your performances will be chosen for you, but you are free to fill Daimeng's suggestion box for us to choose from. Once presented with the performance, you are free to argue your case, but I am not one known to listen.

4) WINNERS: After many a sleepless night, the academy has come together, and behold - the nominee lists have been finalized!
In the upcoming days, many of you will start receiving tags, urging you to roll in certain rooms, for certain awards. FOLLOW THE TAGS AND INSTRUCTIONS. Pretty self-explanatory. Yes, you can forfeit certain awards and thus not roll, if you're feeling particularly benevolent today, but you MUST forfait in the room where you were tagged. Nothing you post in OOC will matter.

5) TIMELINES: this whole ordeal takes 1 day IC, and the characters will stay in Bangkok for a little less than a week more IC-time, as a little getaway, courtesy of DSF, you're welcome. OOC-time the event will take a couple of weeks, enough to do some short threads alongside the main show thread.

6) OTHER DETAILS: Your outfits for the red carpet are already being coordinated, make sure to adhere to them. The event IC takes place in Bangkok, Thailand - it will be up to 31°C there, hot as balls, so act accordingly. Every winner is invited to give a little speech on the stage, mind your manners. There will be an after party, with a room for that, for all characters.
