@ꕥ♞ Kim Chungha It is often for Wendy now to buy goods in the marketplace since the tragedy that happened to her seven years ago, she had been asked to buy by a maid and went to the place at dusk where people are few in the marketplace. She saw some stuffs she'd like to buy but her money is only limited, once she is done, she suddenly bumped into a guy and felt that she slid something inside her pocket then left, Wendy only looked at him as he walked away before getting that thing that slid him inside her pocket and saw a golden hairpin. Her eyes widen and looked around and saw some authorities running towards the lady, they pointed at her and accused her of stealing the hairpin. Wendy denied that it was her but some people now got their attention before saw the man that bumped into her recently was smirking, she got irritated and gives the pin back to the owner and follows the man to the alley.
@♙ Lee Jeno The college campus in Realm A was one of Emily's favorite spots to go. She was quite a studious woman in her human life. She knew that if she did not get by academically, she would not be able to get anywhere in life. She would spend hours in her campus library at her university, cramming and studying as hard as she could. At least, that was as a human, a human that had not realized her real place within this world, what her bloodline may have in store for her. That she had derived from such ancient blood, one that protected her when she was truly dying.
Emily was merely twenty-one years old when she was turned. She was in here last year of her accelerated Master's program when the war started...and when she and her parents died. Thus, that is why she enjoys being here on this campus, watching as the college students walked by.
It was moments like these that she was still human, that she wished she could worry about how to make money later in life. Missed the caref- "You're nothing but a nuisance..." Emily was quite a ways away from the group, but due to her heightened ability she was able to hear those peircing words cut through the air.
She felt bad for the young man on the ground, was hurt by the fact that he seemed to be in such distress, yet these women, despite seeing that they won, continued to patronize him. Emily untied her silky black hair, letting it fall just passed her shoulders as she approached the women.
"Oh my, are you sure that your existence is not already ?" She leaned into the woman that was speaking, that seemed to take such joy in hurting the man's soul. The woman by the name of Hyejin twitched in shock and turned to look at Emily. How was it possible for the other to approach without being heard or seen?
"Oh look, Jeno paid for a woman to speak up for him," Hyejin and her friends laughed, "What are you, some kind of e?"
Emily gave a genuine look of confusion, looking down at her outfit then back at the other. "Oh, so you patronize me now, how cute." A smile curled on her lips at the thought of the shorter woman trying to do such a thing.
It took merely seconds when curled her fingers into the woman's hair, pulling her head back in her grasp. "Such an ugly little thing on the inside. Humans like you are the ones that I enjoy every second of making my feeds as painful as possible." Emily murmured this to Hyejin, only loud enough for her to hear. Her eyes flashed their feline green, her pupils becoming slits in those moments. As a warning, as a precaution to watch how Hyejin speaks to others.
She let go of Hyejin when she saw the panic come into her eyes, then watched as she ran away. Emily was amused, but she did not let her hesitate with helping the young man up from the ground. Her eyes were normal once more showing their dark brown as she looked onto him with what seemed like worry. "Are you okay there sweetie?"
@❈♞ Park Seonghwa There was another hint of his Seonghwa when the vampire got rid of his tears, something they’ve both one for each other and something Youngjo had always been grateful for. It was still different now, the gaze scanning his face as such words left those lips that he used to kiss, those lips that said so many things which he might never hear again unless he manages to remind the other of what they had and why they were a couple.
Noticing how uncomfortable Seonghwa seemed with his threatening outburst, the dark haired human sighed and did his best to calm down for him, rubbing his cheeks which were indeed feeling colder than a while ago. “Baekhyun.. king.. Tepes.. but I don’t want him to own you if that’s what’s going on. It might just be an assumption but you said he doesn’t want you to remember and simply took you away from me for no logical reason. I.. I’ll get you out of that situation, alright? I’ll make you remember everything somehow and then we can go back to being all happy.” His eyes were burning again after saying that and his anger turned into determination, knowing that he was supposed to appear at the said event and seeing it as his chance to do something. No, he wouldn’t give up on his lover who didn’t remember, he’d fight.
[okay but that means no interaction until the 24th :')]
@♙ Kim Youngjo “I’d believe you,” the words were practically yanked out of his mouth by some unknown force. Maybe it was the sight of the human crying more and more in front of him, and that it was his fault. Seonghwa wiped the tears from the other’s face. He didn’t feel temperature much anymore, but he could tell it was cold out. “Don’t cry, it’s freezing out, I’m sure,” he murmured to him, searching his face for anything that could spark a useful memory.
Seonghwa could feel that white hot rage bubbling up in the other, and he could see it too. It scared him a little — he didn’t want to be the thing that anger got taken out on. “He said his name’s Baekhyun, king of the Tepes bloodline... You might not be able to do anything, and if you do it’d start a war,” he sighed. He didn’t know enough yet to find the irony in what he’d just said, either. “I don’t know much, but there’s some sort of... ball that’s coming up. If you’re coming, or allowed to come, or however it works, you’ll probably see him if not meet him. And you’ll see me. I’m sure I’ll have to go. I’d love to dance with you... again? If I can,” he offered, assuming they’d shared a dance or two if he was telling the truth about their past.
(We could each probably do one more reply here and then they meet up again at the ball somehow whenever it starts? dkddjfjd)
@❈♞ Park Seonghwa There was nothing more comforting than the hug being returned but a moment later, it all seemed to fall apart again, the human’s words stuck in his throat for a while. Seonghwa didn’t remember him, didn’t remember what kind of past they’ve shared or what they had been talking about for the future. It was all gone and he didn’t know what to do or how to bring back the memories that the vampire had lost since that fateful day.
“You don’t remember anything and have been forced into this? I.. would you believe me if I told you that we were pretty close?” Youngjo spoke carefully but wouldn’t have been to speak much louder anyway even if he wanted, more tears spilling and wetting his cheeks due to the pain he felt. At least there was some hints of feelings left which the other couldn’t understand. “This has been the realm that you’ve been living in before someone took you away, that’s why it seems so familiar. Once I find the person who’s done this to you.. “ the human trailed off, feeling anger bubble up inside of him without knowing who he would have to deal with.
@♙ Kim Youngjo His arms were wrapped around him, and Seonghwa found himself reciprocating, hugging the stranger back. It had been a few days since the turn, weeks since his disappearance, and it was starting to aggravate Seonghwa that he still couldn't recall much of anything. That hug, that warmth felt familiar too, but he couldn't put his finger on it. It frustrated him, and it made him cry. He just wanted to remember who it was that was using his name, talking to him.
"I... don't remember what you're talking about. I know he said I cussed him out, so I'm guessing I didn't want this," he answered, staring off. "I don't remember, and I don't know why I don't remember. Everything here seems familiar, but just beyond reach. I don't remember why it's all so familiar, and I don't think he wants me to remember," Seonghwa rambled on for a bit longer, looking around before his eyes fell back on Youngjo. "Why is it that when I look at you, my heart wants to jump out of my chest, yet I can't recall why?"
@❈♞ Park Seonghwa The human was anything but prepared for the sight that greeted him or more like the red eyes meeting his own, dark and wide open ones. At least it explained what happened, why the male disappeared without a word and left him behind as if he didn't matter. "Seonghwa.. do you know how worried I was when you didn't show up like we said?" Youngjo spoke as soon as he was able to put words together and use his voice again, fingers itching to touch his lover.
After fighting for a moment and ignoring the lack of reaction, the dark haired human wrapped his arms around the turned person after closing the distance between them, some tears rolling down his cheeks in a moment of complete weakness. "Did.. did you let it happen? You wanted to become one of them?" It wasn’t like Youngjo hated vampires or wanted to fight them, it just didn’t make sense. They wanted to stay together till the end and with one of them being immortal, there would be a problem. Maybe it hinted at changed feelings too but he didn’t want to even think about the possibility.
@♙ Kim Youngjo Seonghwa had been taken away not too long ago, but it took a bit for Tepes' king to turn him – he'd put up quite a long fight. So it was a few days after his turn, mind still foggy from his time with the king, that he found himself in Realm A's marketplace. He'd been sent on an errand, but he already forgot what it was, he was too distracted and all over the place. Almost everything he touched made his vision flash white with some sort of brief memory. Always too brief to be of use. Oh, well, he was probably just sent to check on everyone, there was no real reason the vampires needed something from the human realms anyways.
He heard those slow, curious footsteps, one after the other. They were getting closer to him. Why? He didn't know anybody, did he? Sure he'd been a human, but his life had to have been irrelevant for Baekhyun to steal him – and oh how wrong Seonghwa was to think that. Seonghwa turned when those footsteps got close enough, and he looked the human up and down, mouth opening to utter a "Who are you," but he paused. His vision didn't flash. He did feel a sense of longing tugging at his heart and he knew he remembered this face, but he didn't know how he did.
Instead of speaking, he just met the other with a slight tilt of his head, eyes shining a bloody red.
@❈♞ Park Seonghwa Days have been rough without the other by his side but it’s not like Youngjo could end his life because of a single person who went missing. Some people said he’s still alive somewhere, others claimed that his lover died and a handful refused to answer when the human male desperately tried to find the one he considered the love of his life. It’s as if they wanted to hide the truth from him which he tried so hard to ignore with more and more vampires walking around freely, claiming humans left and right. Youngjo was lucky to live in the calmer realm where it was possible to continue as before with some changes, the dark haired male not being too worried about the higher beings as long as they didn’t bother to mess with him. Feeding on him worked too as long as he benefited from it somehow.
Walking around with his hands in the pockets of his coat and the usual blank face, he was unaware of the happenings around him until his gaze fell upon a guy who looked way too familiar to be real, memories reappearing and causing his eyes to fill with tears that threatened to spill almost immediately. “This can’t be.. I must be crazy..” Youngjo mumbled to himself, frozen on the spot and never looking away. “Seonghwa is gone.. he must have had a brother or something.. is my mind playing tricks on me?” Without realizing, he took a few steps into the person’s direction, one step after the previous one.
@ꕥ♞ Emily Mei Traversing through the streets of the realm, Yoojung had to walk to work today since most transportations are full and she doesn't want to be late. It's critical working day and two of their staff are not around and all hands of those who will come to work must be on deck and early at that. Glancing at her watch, it's already 6:30 am and she needs to be there by 7:00 am. Trying to walk as fast as she could, Yoojung suddenly bumped into someone and when she looked up, the reaction on her face must've been evident because the woman snickered and it made Yoojung back away.
"Look who it is, ladies. We have our freak walking the streets this early. Trying to ruin someone's day again?" That snide comment had Yoojung looking down her feet as she shakes her head. These three are her bullies in her university. She's already in college and it might be hard to believe but people like them still exist but being the older one, and given her shy and timid personality, she never really fought back nor confronted them. She's not exactly sure why they hate her but they do. They mock everything that she does and just do stuff that makes her stay at the university hellish. They've spread rumors that she sleeps with men, she's a freak, she's alone in life because her parents don't want her, so on and so forth.
Yoojung just lets everything pass because she believes that it's not worth it to stoop down to their level. Biting her bottom lip, her reverie was back to reality when the leader of their group, Hyejin, pushed her shoulder, making her stumble back. "What? Say something! I want to hear you talk at least, it's fun to hear you stutter when you talk to me, it just shows how scared you are."
"I-I need to go to work, please let me pass through. . ." She mumbled and that was met with mocking laughter and the latter female pushing her head, speaking again until she stopped as Yoojung fell down, bumping into someone behind her, again, making Hyejin laugh. "Look at what you've done. You're nothing but a nuisance, Yoojung. If I were you, I would have fled, even killed myself for having such a ty existence." Yoojung felt those words pierce right through her, rendering her speechless and unable to move from the ground to get up. Is she really? Should she really should get lost forever? She asks herself as she had seemingly frozen onto the ground, unsure of what to do or say as she tries her hardest not to cry.
a question...
is it possible to ask for two characters from the beginning?
I'm torn between being a human and a vampire, and the only solution I got is getting two characters XD
