Seonghwa growled and tugged on Chungha's hair harder, moving out of the way of her kick this time. "Of course it would turn you on," he yanked it hard enough to toss her away from him. He'd never gotten this angry at anything before, a side of him started to slip out of him that he didn't know he had as he walked back to her. "Stupid ing , you want just his for yourself. I thought a like yourself would just love the option of having two men," he smiled sweetly. He sat down on her hips, thighs holding her tightly to make it difficult to move. "But please, do kill me if that's the case. I would love nothing more than to never have to hear your god-awful ing every night," he sneered, pushing the point of her dagger against his chest to tempt her

@❈♞ Park Seonghwa ''then it would be such a pity wouldn't it be so?'' Chungha interrupted Seonghwa just from first line he spoke. His next words entertained her, it was a threat from one of the biggest rivals she had. A loud hiss escaped the female's lips as the man choose a weak action by grabbing onto her hair, slowly her lips curled into a wide smile ''oh you will '' she teased and jumped from one leg to other to kick the other elite away.

@ꕥ♞ Kim Chungha Seonghwa chuckled. "His highness bought that human for me, I doubt he's that concerned about him. And I would rip your cold, dead heart out of your chest before you even laid a hand on him," he hummed with a smile. He stumbled back from the kick to his stomach, and he let out a soft hiss. His abdomen tightened and he spat onto the ground again, she'd kicked him that hard. Seonghwa took the chance to grab her by the hair, holding so tight the veins in his arms popped out a little bit. "Mm, not even gonna just get it over with and kill me?" he taunted, looking at the knife still in her hand

Chungha raised her eyebrow, she was ready to provocate the elite in front of her "I saw you around this human a lot, do you love him would you still if I bit him and made him mine?" Chungha had experience in fights, she was ready to jump back and so it was a great decision. The man barely grazed his cheek it only left small bruise. She could smell his blood it was as encouragement "Let's dance, pretty boy" she ran towards him, aiming for his chest with a knife but it was only distraction, her weight shifted to another leg and she ained to kick him on stomach or side instead.

@ꕥ♞ Kim Chungha The blade was cold, it made him hiss. "You really want to kill me and make his Highness feel that much pain? I doubt you really love him, then. What a shame, I thought you were better than that," Seonghwa purred at her, leaning into the point of the blade a little bit, making himself bleed a little. The rage was boiling in his stomach. How could she dare have the audacity to kill him just to have the king to herself, when she knew all too well the pain it would cause the man they both loved? The thought of such hypocrisy from such an elite "so far above him" about made him feral, his eyes were glowing such an otherworldly blue. His vision flashed white and his hand cracked across her face, leaving a similar mark as the one on his face. He his lip while it was bleeding still, then spat the mixture of blood and spit right at her feet. If this was going to happen, he might as well make it as interesting as possible

@❈♞ Park Seonghwa Chungha frowned at the other elite she didn't like how a word king rolled out of his tongue. She was satisfied by the mark she has left but a little disappointed as well since the man didn't seem to put up any fight it will only make his death boring or so she has thought. ''let's just say if you stand still as you did before I shall make your death fast and easy okay?'' the woman had no intention on answering Seonghwa anything, she slipped her hand into her dress pocket and took out a knife, it might have looked like usual one but it was not just a simple item, this one was really hard to get but for some personal reasons Chungha managed to get her hands on a weapon blessed by Sekh. She grabbed on it tightly and aimed towards the man's neck.

@ꕥ♞ Kim Chungha "You act as if I'm not already half dead, thanks to our favorite king," Seonghwa stayed rather composed when faced with the claws. He could tell she wanted to do harm, and if he tried to avoid it, it wouldn't go well for him. And it was such a lucky coincidence that he also happened to enjoy a little bit of pain. Not to mention, pulling away and running wasn't in his vocabulary anymore. Last time it gave him amnesia, and he really didn't want to have a repeat. Besides. They were equal, as much as she would hate to accept that fact. One of them had been here longer than the other, yes, but baseline they were both the same ranking in the palace. Why would he be so scared of someone who couldn't do that much to him aside from hit him?

So he didn't move. He let her scratch him. Four deep red claw marks raked across his cheek, and one of them managed to cut clean across his bottom lip. It only pulled a loud exhale out from his nose that wrinkled a bit, and he gave her another smile. "You didn't answer my question," he answered plainly, his bloody lip

@❈♞ Park Seonghwa The woman smirked at man's words ''you sound absurdly confident for a... dead man'' As Chungha spent over twenty years as a vampire she has gotten used to using the new abilities and powers so it was just a matter of time till she used the enchanted speed to get close to Seonghwa with only one inch keeping them apart. She used her claws and aimed it towards the beautiful face of the man, though she wouldn't be surprised if he pulled away on time or were to just slightly get grazed by them as it was careless move and just a mere warning.

@ꕥ♞ Kim Chungha Seonghwa knew Baekhyun had another elite, he just chose to ignore that fact until he would eventually have to face that fact. And that time was now. She'd asked him to talk, but those red eyes and that eerie smile she'd given him said otherwise. Nonetheless, he'd complied, and followed her to the garden. He came within millimeters of cracking his head against one of the stone benches once she threw him outside, and he swiftly twirled around back to his feet, keeping his eyes on her as he walked backwards. The more worked up he was, the bluer his eyes would glow, and they were almost glittering. He hated being tossed around. "Well hello to you, too," he hummed to her with a sickly sweet smile. "Nice to meet you, the pleasure's all mine," he rolled his eyes, waving a hand dismissively. "Why have I received the honor of getting tossed around today, hm?"

@❈♞ Park Seonghwa Chungha couldn't bear the sight of Baekhyun dancing with others but especially Park Seonghwa, the other elite of his. There were times when Chungha was the only one that had strong connection with the royal Tepes, but then the other one appeared. They were close, smiling to each other, talking warmly... everything she felt jealous of. Ah, she couldn't bear it. Something clicked inside her as if it was the last string holding her back it just snapped. Her eyes turned red from rage and didn't plan to turn back anytime soon, not until she gets rid of the man that is in the middle of her and Baekhyun's happiness. Once the dance stopped between two men the woman asked Seonghwa out for a small 'talk' but as soon the stepped outside, she used her strength to throw him into the garden, it was quite some distance but the girl obviously wasn't ready to just to chit chat.

@❈ Lee Hoseok /my eyes form into crescents upon seeing your face be graced with a smile, as if now you are comfortable, satisfied with my answer to your being turned and just why you were not killed along with your sire/
No, not completely, but you will be deemed one if you break the laws of the vampires, or more specifically get caught breaking them.

Once, yes the elites and lower mostly were humans before
But the royals...they were born into that, they have never lived a human life, yet they show more humanity, more sympathy than a human can at times

@ꕥ♞ Emily Mei *it made Hoseok uneasy when you so quickly agreed that a cell was too kind compared to a more final punishment. In spite of all the negative things he'd heard about vampires, he wanted to believe that there was some humanity left in them... but perhaps time had snuffed all that out. He could only hope it didn't do the same to him. Lending you his arm to help you find balance as you trekked along the unstable gravel path, Hoseok found a small smile gracing his lips when you reassured him that you thought he was a good addition to the family. While others might disagree, at least he had the protection of your approval*
Thanks. I'm glad not to be a completely lost cause. The way I see it, everyone started off human at one point. It's just that I'm a bit late to the game.
*chuckles softly, but the next question throws him off guard a bit, the jovial sound dying on his lips as his brow furrowed pensively*
The honest answer...? It's like I said. We all started out as humans... But I feel like that's been forgotten, by both sides. Deep down, we can't be so different, can we? I thought that- I don't know... maybe if I could bridge the gap, things could be better between us all.

Not only were you originally in a cell for, what I find to be, a noble reason, but you were wrongly turned

Killing you would have made much more sense in hindsight, however, you have proven your worth in many ways.
You seem to be a loyal man, and despite your once being human, I have a good feeling about you.
Tell me. Why did you not protest against being turned by that man? What was the purpose of it?

@ꕥ♞ Emily Mei *for a moment, Hoseok thought to insist that he wasn't intentionally hiding from you, merely keeping a safe and respectful distance, but he couldn't deny that he was largely motivated by the fear of what might happen if he crossed the line around an elite. While he'd originally thought that he was turned for some special reason, some quality that made him worthy to the family, he'd come to find out that his sire had broken the law and given him the dark gift without the express permission of a royal. He was lucky he was allowed to live and he certainly wasn't about to inadvertently incur the wrath of his higher ups, even though you were largely who he had to thank for the very breath he continued to take. Giving a subtle nod, Hoseok stopped some paces from you, waiting for you to take the lead*
I feel like a cell would be a kindness... considering you or the others could have killed me for what I am...
I'm thankful to not be locked up, though.

@ꕥ♞ Emily Mei *everything held a new sort of beauty to Hoseok as he looked around the moonlit garden with his keen, vampiric eyes. Or perhaps it was because he never had the luxury of looking upon something so breathtaking before, being from Realm G. Making his way up the gravel path that was walled with waist height hedges, Wonho's senses were assulted with the smell of the blooming flowers and he completely overlooked the one that lingered beneath it all. The scent of another of his kind. His heart would have stuttered in his chest if it still beat when he saw her form and he quickly tried to shrink behind the statue to make an exit before she noticed, but her voice hailed him and there was no going back then. Steeling himself, he moved into the moonlight and slowly approached* Sorry... I didn't mean to disturb you.

/tonight is a beautiful night, with the wisteria in full bloom along with many other flowers of the night/

@☪♞ Park Sooyoung [] short reply cause i wanted to get ur feedback and then post something depending on what you would like to do; do you want to do something like there being a little soiree at the palace for all the nobles and royals and that’s where they meet for a second time? or did you have an idea that you’d like to do?

So.. Clearly this woman had no idea who he was.

How funny, Jeongguk didn’t recollect there ever being a moment where somebody did not recognise him. And to be mistaken for a mere guard? Well, that was simply scandalous. What kind of guard walked around in silk robes that looked like they could be mistaken for expensive pyjamas? Though he supposed that him walking around in the maze for no apparent purpose was a bit suspicious. Still. What an odd mistake to make.

This woman was lucky that he found it incredibly amusing.

And may he be damned to heaven for wanting to play along and indulge in his desires.

He cleared his throat and straightened his posture just enough to seem formal yet he was nowhere near as proper as guard protocol was taught. “You’re very welcome, My Lady, and.. You can just refer to me as J. I prefer to keep my name private while on duty.” Why a soldier would refuse to share their name? Jeongguk didn’t know but his damsel in distress seemed to be in such a hurry that she didn’t care for his response.

“And feel free to keep the handkerchief, I have plenty more like it. I quite like to think it’d be an honour for a lady such as yourself to carry my favour for a little while."

@☪♞ Bae Joohyun Breathing in deep Jongsuk clamed himself down her words were calming his mind and his worries. “I was tested and brought here as a suitable candidate to be a servant.” He explained with a smile after she told him there was no need to apologise and to answer her previous question. Following her he sat down on the bench next to her with soft smile on his lips he couldn’t help but look at her. She was different from how she appeared. “Company is a welcomed distraction.” His voice was quiet as not to disturb the peace of the garden.

Chuckling softly Jongsuk turned his eyes to the moon and the stars in the sky. “I assumed as much. The ones that have such intensions normally state them clear from the beginning.” His eyes on the sky his face showed a rather amused expression. He really didn’t expect to her those words and in an away they amused him. “The night sky is truly peaceful tonight.” With a sigh he turned to face the girl next to him. “I’m Jongsuk one of the new servants in the palace and currently under Beth conservatorship.” He introduced himself after some time thinking it would only be fair to let the other know who she was talking to.

The place was filled with peace and quiet making it easy to sit down and just look at the garden and the sky he didn’t feel the urge to strike a conversation or the need to fill the silence it was one of those silences you would feel in a place of peace and beauty easy to break but not awkward or with the need to break it. Thus, he stayed quiet after introducing himself. Jongsuk leaned back to sit more comfortably he really didn’t expect to find a place like this jet at least such niche company to spent a few quiet moments.

@☪♞ Bae Joohyun It was a quiet night for once and Jongsuk finally took the time to wader round the palace exploring the place finding new places and maybe so quiet corner he could sit down and get some thinking done. First, he had gotten lost a few times and now it was nothing different when stumbled into a beautiful garden rather by accident. It was a beautiful garden full and big filled with green and flowers. The moonlight making the place look a little magical and reminded him of the woods and the lake at home light up by the moonlight. Strolling down the path he looked around enjoying the nature and even though it was cut and controlled it was still the first time that he found himself in anything even close to his favourite place back at home. It was the first time he realized just how much he had missed it.

After walking around for a while, he saw someone sitting there in solitude the person or more likely vampire looked like she didn’t want to be disturbed so since he was still rather far away, he decided to walk in another direction. But then he was called out. With a lowered had an apologetic hunched back he walked closer. “I’m sorry I didn’t mean to interrupt.” He stood close to the bench the girl was sitting on. “I got lost and when I looked around, I found myself in this garden. It reminded me of home so I stayed a little.” Trying to explain himself he still had is head lowered trying to not look intrusive or anything. It looked like he stepped in on a bad timing and he really knew the important of solitude so he was sorry for intruding.

After saying his apologies, he finally looked up the moonlight lid up the girl’s face. She looked young but how could he say. Those beings could look youthful even after centuries so he showed respect in his mannerism with a bow. “I’m really sorry Ma’am. I’m Jongsuk one of the humans staying in the palace. I didn’t mean to disturb I’m just lost.” He explained himself again feeling the urge to make sure she would understand that he had no ill intentions. All the vampire he had encountered till now were rather lose with their interactions with humans. So, it was important to not give them reasons to be angry or upset with him.

@☪♞ Park Sooyoung “Satan! Careful!” Jeongguk nearly fell on his when the woman leapt out at him, not to attack(as he feared for a split second) but to wrap him in what was probably supposed to be a hug but ended up being an almost bone crushing squeeze. “Alright, alright, we’re going! You don’t need to be so impatient” He grumbled, brushing the woman hand away from his shoulder.

He wrapped an arm around her shoulders and pulled her in close as he led her out of the maze, the journey itself taking only a few minutes. The vampiress(he’d have to remember to ask for her name at some point) was still shaking even after they came out into the open air, the heaviness of the maze falling off his shoulders. No matter how much Jeongguk liked it in there, it was still ing creepy.

Shadow came bounding out of the maze after them, looking as happy as could be when Jeongguk gave him the most deadpan expression he could “A few minutes too late, buddy” He said, reaching to flick his dog between the eyebrows. As per usual wolf fashion, Shadows tongue just lolled out of his mouth as he flopped onto the grass. “Lazy piece of ” He hissed though there was no bite to his words.

He turned to face the woman and now that he actually had the chance to look at her, he found that she was stunningly pretty. Well.. She would be, if it wasn’t for the fact that her makeup was running, her cheeks were puffy and somehow she’d managed to get a few leaves in her hair probably from all that running around. Jeongguk huffed a laugh as he picked out the twigs from her hair, his free hand pulling out his handkerchief from his pocket.

“Here, you might wanna wipe your face clean, it’s a bit of a mess”

@☪♞ Park Sooyoung “Don’t think I’m not gonna find you!”

Jeongguk grinned as a happy bark sounded from a few corridors away, his feet carrying him through the maze as he chased after his dog(well, wolf really), the big mass of fur evading him just at the last second.

This was something that he and his pet, Shadow(wow— a black wolf named Shadow, how original), liked to do on the days that were particularly slow. He knew the palace hedge maze like the back of his own hand yet it still took him back to the days where he was much younger and scampered after his brothers in a game of tag. One too many times had he gotten lost in this beast of a labyrinth and that experience had taught him never to get lost again.

Jeongguk slowed down to a stroll, his whistle ringing out and he waited to see if his dog would fall for it and come running.

.. Twenty four, twenty five.. Nope. Better luck next time.

Not letting it become a setback, Jeongguk strolled on and turned down a path that would take him close to the easternmost exit, only pausing when he heard a screech from further in the maze. Help? Was somebody lost? What a loser, he thought smugly, snorting lightly as he headed in the direction of the shout. Everybody knew not to go into the maze unless you had somebody who knew the layout with you; the thing was a mind, there were even rumours that the hedges were enchanted to move the further in you went. That was just silly gossip but even he couldn’t deny the chilly darkness that seemed to emanate from the centre of the maze, even though all that was in the middle was a rotting statue.

It still made him shiver.

“Hello?” Jeongguk called when he felt as if he’d gotten to the source of the screaming. He rounded a particularly sharp corner and stopped at the sight of a vampiress crouched down and borderline hyperventilating. “Uh..” Maybe this was a bit more serious than he thought. “Um, hello? Are you alright?” He asked, approaching the girl, whistling sharply for his dog come immediately. “Geez, you look like a right mess. Don’t worry, I got a big furry cuddle buddy coming to help calm you down, think you can try breathing a bit slowly?”

@♙ Henry Cavill "A son?" she purred, her lips tugging into a sinister smirk. In the mirror the trusted spy nodded from their kneeling position, their head bowed obediently within the presence of the blood drenched queen. Soft rivulets of blood cascaded down her skin as she sat at her vanity, dimly lit with candles, as she brushed out her thick hair. A nice bath of blood and the Queen was rejuvenated. She was back. The weeks had not been kind. But with the new turn of events for today, oh... she was more than just back. She had leverage. Several traitors were dispatched, a dinner party was planned for the near future and this tidbit about a certain human more than tantalized her. Once more, her spy had gathered more than enough intelligence this time around to be used to her advantage. "That'll be all," she smirked, watching the vampire disappear with a "yes, my Queen".

A son. This could be used against him. Children had always held a soft spot within her heart. Did she hold malice towards them? No. Not in any possible way. Instead, she fostered a deep, nurturing nature that she had yet to full discover. When she took the twins in they were old enough to fend for themselves, but did not have the mind to know better. She stepped in as their mother figure and that opened the flood gates. She had missed out on the chance to nurture kin of her own -- her own children. And this tidbit broke her heart. Since then she had more than enough conscience to not harm a child. Rather she saw them as her own and unconsciously took them under her wing. A mother she would be for eternity.

Once she was dried off, the blood soaked into her glowing skin making her glow, she was clothed in a simple, long sleeved black dress with a leather corset, her hair flowing wildly around her in a perfectly untamed manner that granted her the visage of a woman unkempt yet seductive. It was in the garden she would find him, travelling between the stables and his home. His home that kept a secret. A jewel. One she would use against him. With a smirk she silently made her way through the garden's maze, keeping just out of his sight as she trailed the male. He was bulky in stature. Bigger than most humans. Which would explain why some of the reports seemed... off. They said he was stronger than most humans and Anzhelika could see why. His skin glistened with sweat -- proof of a hard days work.

Before long she grew tired of trailing him. "So, a son," she whispered, making herself known as she stepped forth from the shadows and into his line of sight. "What other secrets does the man of horses keep?"
