Rules and Guidelines for Blacklight District Casino

General Rules for BlackJack Dice

1. Objective:

   • Get a dice sum as close to 21 as possible within 3-4 rolls.

2. Winning Conditions:

   • Rolling 21 exactly within 4 rolls is an instant win.
   • If your sum is closer to 21 than the dealer’s, you win your wagered points.
   • Ties are resolved with one additional roll from each party.

3. Losing Conditions:

   • If your sum exceeds 21, you bust and lose your wagered points.
   • If the dealer’s roll is closer to 21 than yours, you lose your wager.

4. Wagering Points:

   • State the exact number of points you’re betting. (Example: “Bambi bets 500 points.”)
   • If you run out of points, you may wager your freedom—proceed at your own risk.

Gameplay Process

1. Tagging the Dealer:

   • Tag the primary dealer (Emily Mei) to begin. Only tag the secondary dealer (Seo Inguk) if the primary is unavailable after 48 hours.
   • Do not tag both simultaneously unless instructed otherwise.

2. Player Turn:

   • Roll the dice three times. After the third roll, you may choose to:
     • Fold: Tag the dealer to notify them your turn is over.
     • Roll a 4th Time: Roll again to try to get closer to 21, then tag the dealer.
   • If you roll as the wrong character, do not delete or reroll. Simply tag the admin and explain the mistake.

3. Dealer Turn:

   • The dealer will roll 3-4 times after the player’s turn to determine their total.

Etiquette and Conduct

• This is a mature-rated (M) environment, but OOC respect and professionalism are mandatory.
• Gambling outcomes are final. Admin decisions are binding—no disputes will be entertained.
• Enjoy responsibly; reckless behavior could see you banned from the Blacklight District.
