@☁┊lan minnie ᵇ minjeong looked at the other, "unnie... i..." then she heard her stomach growling. she hold her stomach ad remembers her being pregnant with her daughter, she looked down and she couldn't stop thinking about her daughter. "i'm hungry..." she muttered.

Minnie and Minjeong fell asleep next to each other, slowly waking up to the noise that the other beta made." M.. Minejong?" She rubs her eyes and look at minjeong.

@☁┊lan minnie ᵇ the beta is still sobbing as she leaned close to her, she then eventually sleeps on the bed, slowly regaining her strength bit by bit. the royal physician had told minnie that due to the stress and the pain she had feeling her core had been critically cracked, she's cannot use her abilities than usual, or her core might worsen every time she used it. minjeong wakes in the next morning, still thinking about her baby.

"i'm going to get her... i'm going to get minji..." she clenched her fists as she was full of anger right now, wen karina took her child in hopes to give it to the father. no way in hell she wanted to give her child to him.

minjeong leans against the wall as she walks slowly to get out of the room, "i can't let karina give my baby to him!" she told her firmly before she fell down as her legs couldn't move again then she starts crawling. with so much anger in her heart, small red hues that was on her left iris starts to spread and engulfed the blue cornflower hues of hers.

" Minnie bit her lip as she looked her friend, trying her best not to break the younger's heart." W...well your baby was.." She couldn't tell her about the baby even though she knows that eventually she would know the truth.

Minnie held her breathe a little before she gently caresses her hand." I'm sorry... we weren't trying our best to protect you and the baby... but Wen Karina took the baby and we couldn't because she hypnotized everyone in the room..." She sighed softly as she look at her sister, wiping her own tears as she tried her best to held back her own emotions..." I'm sorry... Minjeong..."

@☁┊lan minnie ᵇ minjeong looked at her friend and struggles to move her body due to the fact that she hasn't been awake for weeks, "w-where's everyone...?" she asked her softly and looked around the room. "a-am i in jiashi?" she asked her as she looked at the other again. "where's yeri unnie? lady irene?" then she asked the other again, "where's my baby?"

but by the look of the other's face, looks like it is something that minjeong is scared and angry about. "minnie unnie... w-where's my baby...?" she asked her again as she holds her hand with her eyes still looking at her with worry. "unnie... don't tell me..."

@☁┊ lan minjeong ᵇ Minnie was the first one to be at the hospital when she heard that one of her best friend was giving birth to her baby, but when she arrived at the scene she was shocked to see everything that happened in front of her eyes. Some of them were laying on the floor knocked out, some of them were fighting and running after someone. She called the doctors and nurses to help with everything as she walked in the surgery room when she saw her friend Minjeong laying on the table bleeding out , she went to help the doctor to get her friend to the room so she can rest. She heard from the doctors that Minjeong's baby was taken by another pack of wolves as she was getting back to the room to stay with her friend, she felt depressed when she heard the news but she needs to keep this from her friend who was still unconscious.

Minnie took care of her day after day as she watched her friend struggles through nightmares and pain, she wanted to help but don't know how to since she wasn't the healer of the pack so she can only hope that her friend would wake up soon. The tears in her eyes were running down on her face as she felt helpless and useless that she can't do anything to help her friend, the only thing she could is to stay by her side till the day she wake up. She felt the urge to help Minjeong or at least ease her pain from the surgery few days ago, holding her friend's hand in her own as she waited patiently next to her bed.

Another day had passed when she felt the movement from minjeong as her hand slowly moving inside her blanket, looking up at her as she called the doctors to come and check on her and making her she is waking up now from her coma. Minnie's heart slowly racing as she watch her friend struggles for days, the patience might finally paid off after days of waiting next to her bed.

She was really excited to see her friend finally opened her eyes to see her, she held her hand and nodded her head." It is me, I'm here Minjeong. " Calling the doctor once again, telling them the good news that Winter finally is awake after few days in coma." Don't worry, the doctors are coming to help you, okay?"

@☁┊lan minnie ᵇ ever since she gave birth to a new pup, minjeong hasn't been waking up due her almost losing most of her blood. her consciousness as a walking soul with her golden core transparent through her, she was walking aimlessly through the snowy woods north of gusu. she was looking for a way home but she couldn't find any signs where she goes back to the city, she felt cold as she hugs her both arms as she shivers but she couldn't see a mist through her breath. she remembered the pain of giving birth, her child, where is her child?

minjeong was desperate, wanting to know where is the way back. then she sees a smoke from the sky, coming from a village. with a spark of joy, she starts running, despite the snow on the ground being thick and she is unable to use her power. she wants to feel warm, the beta is trying to create warm friction over her arms as she starts to rub it while she ran towards the smoke. but then she stopped from her tracks, the glimpse of the village gives the the beta the memories of her past.

the sound of cries and screams of the people who knew her starts ringing through her ears, she had seen what humans can do against the wolves. she ran towards the village to see anyone she knew starts fighting off the hunters, some were unfortunate some were escaped from the horrible tragedy.

then she sees her mother, fighting off a hunter while her father protects a family from getting eradicated. "eomma!" minjeong ran to her mother only to see that she was unable to be seen by them, "w-why...?" she starts to ask herself and sees that her body is just a soul reminiscing the horrible past. then she looked at her mother, who was wounded by the hunters before she killed him and reunited with her father, then she saw her younger version of herself, trying to fight as well but her father insisted not to before they were stabbed by the cold blades of a hunter. her eyes widen and ran to them and then she heard what her father had told her, "minjeong... y-you are... part of them..." then feihong holds her daughter's hand before speaking again, "go back... go back where you came from..." and he gave his last breath and with fear, the young minjeong left. she saw what happened but she didn't followed the young beta and stayed in front of her parent's corpses, her eyes widen as she found out something...

minjeong woke up from her coma, her eyes are blue but not wholly blue now, her right iris has a hint of red around the pupil. she was still feeling weak from giving birth and tries to get up, only to see an old friend sitting beside her. "m-minnie unnie...?" she called as she slowly sat up from the bed.

@☁┊lan chengcheng ᵒ he laughed a bit at the comment about the snow ball. it indeed described their little one pretty well. his own eyes twinkled in happiness at the mere thought of their baby. when his eyes landed on Cheng's glowing silhouette once more, he stopped smiling. his eyes slightly widened as he was stunned by the beauty. whenever it was the pregnancy glow or the beauty of the other, he had this celestial shine that almost blinded the alpha. sehun swallowed the saliva as he couldn't stop talking. when he was sure that the other noticed his gaze upon himself, the leader suddenly turned head to the side and cleared throat. he was embarrassed at his own actions, he was far better at controlling his emotions than this. 'what next?' he mumbled and pushed the cart, looking around.

'I could look after you this way.' he hummed as he admitted and mindlessly picked up some stuff as he examined it. 'you don't have to do this alone. I am here.' his eyes suddenly moved to rest on Cheng's frame, especially his stomach and he smiled. sehun had definitely changed, became more mature and this time he was determined to get him back. he picked up the white costume for the newborn and showed to the omega. 'what do you think?'

'should we look at the crib first? where should we put it? ' he looked as if he was lost in the thought before made an 'ah' sound. 'you should move in.'

@☁┊ lan irene ᵃ as one of the unique settlements in gusu lan, yeri established animal rescue and shelter center after she graduated from fenrir academy along with her twin brother. she didn't waste any time and effort to build her company of her own, even though it is small, their services are a big hit. rescuing domestic animals, as well as taking care of wild animals and recovering their normal status, it is a big achievement for yeri to build a center for animals. even though they are wolves, they are still capable of taking care of other animals.

as the head veterinarian of the facility, yeri, at the moment, is taking care of a snow owl who is two months old as its nest were fallen from the tree. she and her assistant are the only once taking care of the facility as other staffs are helping the volunteers to rescue some animals in the wilds. "here's your meal, xue." she gave the snow owl some treats before petting its head gently and heard a customer coming. "oh, enjoy your meal, i'll be right back." yeri smiles and went to the front desk to see, her old friend. "irene unnie!" she ran and hugged the alpha dearly before pulling back, "it's been a while since we last met! how are you?" she asked with a bright smile on her face.

It wasn’t too far back that the leader had gotten sick, to the point where she became just as emotionally vulnerable as she had been physically vulnerable to the male leader of Lan, Sehun. They were supposed to be partners, and were on the fronts that counted, but… too much had popped up at once and she needed a break from the mansion and his presence.
Turning through corners and alleyways, the ivory alpha’s eyes caught on a cute open sign of a small shop. “Animal Shelter…” her breathe clouded in the cold air as she paused her steps to read the sign.
