//having not done many radio shows, if any at all, after leaving DB Entertainment and the active idol life behind, I was glad to find out the cozy little studio did not unnerve me, actually felt quite comfortable and in familiar waters - all of this was in great thanks to the hospitable reception Seohyun and I got from the host - Jaechan was evidently not only kissing just because we signed his cheques but because he did enjoy his profession. That was great to learn. The dress code was also comfortable - didn't need the flashy tight ballgowns as usual, so I could huddle up in my big black sweatshirt and jeans. I only asked for a glass of water and a pen, to have something to fidget with but also to take notes along the script, having skimmed my copy briefly beforehand, as we were sat down around the simple table and propped with mics and headsets.
I was busy showing Soohyun yet another funny photo that Changwook had just sent of Eve [https://i.pinimg.com/564x/c5/f8/8c/c5f88c13eac49c781e90a1f6ec4d859f.jpg] when the staff raised the signs and did the countdown, everyone but the host keeping quiet as he spoke the intro/
Aaahh, Jaechan-ssi, you're flattering us! Again! Everyone, please send warm congratulations to Jaechan-ssi for his maiden voyage, so to speak, we both want to wish you wind in your sails and calm waters. Full steam ahead, captain!
//at the verbal prompt, I glance down towards the screen where questions are rolling in, but don't dwell on them long, the host would ask them at some point anyway/
Thank you again, Jaechan-ssi. Ah, hello again everyone, I'm Tiffany Young, head of this operation, if I may say so, you may know Seohyunnie and me from our solo idol careers, but also as members of Girls Forever, and now the two at the helm of this ship that is Diamond Soul Factory. It has never been a secret that we were not the original creators of the company - Kwon Boa-sunbaenim and Dai Meng-ssi paved the way, as the kids like to say, before they decided to focus on different paths in life. Boa-sunbaenim, who I've known since our time in DB Entertainment, invited me to take over as she wanted to focus on her family, and I knew there was no one else I would turn to to be a pillar in the stormy sea, other than Seohyunnie here. I think we make a pretty good team, no?

@❖ stephanie hwang @❖ seo joohyun ˢᵉᵒʰʸᵘⁿ It hadn't been too long since the renovations to the studio had been made to accommodate the new upcoming radio show, and Jaechan had been feeling extremely nervous about finally kickstarting his career in the radio hosting scene, but the for now unfamiliar yet cozy scene he'd managed to create in the room managed to calm his nerves even if just by a little.

Arriving way too early and being somewhat of a perfectionist, the host spent over an hour going over his script and making sure everything had been set up perfectly, from the chairs to the microphones, to the new and thoroughly designed website where people would hopefully tune in to not only follow the episode but also leave their requests, questions and feedback.

The time was here and the rest of the staff were all in their designated positions, some operating the cameras, some working on checking the sound, the rest either managing the website or making sure everything else was in order. Just moments before the show went live, the first guests arrived and Jaechan immediately greeted them and thanked them, making sure to ask if they had everything they needed before proceeding. As he guided them to their seats, he took his own and checked with the rest of the staff as they motioned the countdown, taking a big breath before placing his headphones on and turning his attention back to his screen.

'3.. 2.... 1'

The short theme intro played and they were finally live.

"Welcome, welcome everyone! My name's Park Jaechan and I will be your host for the upcoming episodes of J's Factory, a show where you get to find out all you need and more about your favorite celebrities. Before we move on, we would like to thank everyone already tuning in with us today, being it through our website or on your car or workplace, we promise you won't be disappointed."

The host takes a break to bow his head and flash a thanking smile to one of the cameras.

"And so with me today I have the one of the kind, beautiful and extremely talented ceo's of DSF Entertainment, Seo Joohyun and Stephanie Hwang!"

The staff's claps filed the air for a couple seconds as the cameras paned over to the first ever guests of the show, Jaechan clapping along and adjusting him mic, a habit he'd come to acquire after practicing with his own so many times.

"Welcome, and thank you so much again for being on the show with us today. We have a lot planned for them and we can already see some of your questions regarding the latest show hosted by DSF not too long ago, so stay tunned for all the information, you won't want to miss any of it! Before we start, can we get you guys to introduce yourselves and talk a little bit about how you came to be the ceo's of such a big and popular entertainment company?"
